But before you starting your journey with this amazing device it's very important to read the entire manual provide with this. It will help you to become familiar with this appliance's operation and precautions. Before this device it was quite impossible to cook something crispy, fried and crunchy for you and your family without deep frying in fat or oil. The Emeril Lagasse Power AirFryer 360 has changed everything. It helps you to leave messy, unhealthy oil with Turbo Cyclonic Air that make your food crispy and juicy with perfection. The Emeril Lagasse Power AirFryer 360 not only cooks fried foods only, it also cooks food by broiling and baking, like air-fried French fries, calzones and doughnuts. Twelve one-touch presets automatically set the ideal cooking time and temperature for your dishes, like crispy shrimp, fries and chicken. There is also a Rotisserie preset function which help you to cook chicken perfectly in less time than oven and there is a Dehydrator preset function that help to preserve fresh fruits and other food for future use. With the Emeril Lagasse Power AirFryer 360, you and your family will enjoy many years of great-tasting food and snacks.

Important Safeguards These Instructions – For Household Use Only Always you have to follow these basic safety precautions When you use an electrical appliance. Warning: •

Should not put anything on top of the appliance.



Should not cover the air vents on the top, back and side of the cooking Unit.



Always use oven mitts when removing anything hot from the Unit.



Should not rest anything on the door while the door is open.



Should not leave the door open for long period.



Always make sure that nothing is protruding out of the Unit before closing the door.



Always close the door gently; Never slam the door closed. Always hold the handle of the door when opening and closing the door.

CAUTION: Attaching the Power Cord •

Plug the power cord into a 2-prong wall outlet. Make sure that there is no other appliances on the same outlet. Plugging other appliances into the outlet will cause the circuit to overload.



Do not use an extension cord with this product.



This model is designed for use with a 2-prong grounded 120V dedicated electrical outlet only. Do not use with any other electrical outlet or modify the plug.



To disconnect, turn any control to off and then remove the plug from the

wall. Electric Power: You cannot operate this new appliance with such electrical circuit which is overloaded with other appliances. It should be operated on a dedicated electrical circuit. Important •

You should hand wash the cooking accessories before initial use. Then have to wipe the outside and inside of the Unit with a warm, moist cloth by using mild detergent. Then preheat the Emeril Lagasse Power AirFryer 360 for a few minutes to burn off any residue. Finally, you have to wipe the Unit out with a wet cloth.

CAUTION: During first use the unit may smoke or emit a burning odor due to oils that used in coating and preserving the heating elements. •

The Emeril Lagasse Power AirFryer 360 must be operated when the Drip Tray is in place and the excess food must be cleaned off from the Drip Tray when the Drip Tray becomes more than half full.



Should not operate your Emeril Lagasse Power AirFryer 360 with the door open.



Should not put the Baking Pan or any other accessory directly on the top of the lower heating elements.

Parts & Accessories

1. Main Unit: This feature is constructed with the stainless steel throughout. You can clean it easily by using a damp sponge or cloth and a mild detergent. You have to avoid harsh, abrasive cleaners. Should not submerge this Unit in water or any kind of liquids. 2. Door Handle: Door handles remains cool during cooking. For open the door always use the handle and avoid touching the Glass Door. During the cooking process the Door may become very hot and someone can cause injury. 3. LCD Display: This display is used for selecting, adjusting programming, or monitoring cooking programs. •

It illuminated the BLUE when the device is in selection or standby mode.



It illuminated the ORANGE indicates when program is actively operating. 4. Glass Door: This glass door is sturdy and durable. This tempered glass keeps heat inside and helps in well distribution of heat to food. Should not cook when the door is in open condition. 5. Control Panel: It contains the Control Buttons and Knobs. 6. Crisper Tray: This tray is used for cooking oil-free fried foods and broiling. The amount of food may vary. 7. Pizza Rack: This rack is used for toasting breads, bagels and pizzas. Mainly used for baking, grilling and roasting. The quantity of food may vary.

8. Baking Pan (Optional): This pan is used for baking and reheating various foods. Deeper oven-safe pans and dishes may be used in the Emeril Lagasse Power AirFryer 360. CAUTION: When you bake or cook with the baking pans and dishes, always place them on a rack. Should not cook anything directly on the heating elements. 9. Drip Tray: This tray is placed in the bottom of the Unit, just below the heating elements. Should not run this Unit without the Drip Tray. When you cook large or juicy foods the drip tray may become full. When the Drip Tray becomes more than half full, empty it. During cooking you can empty the drip tray by opening the door and then slowly slide rhe drip tray out of the unit. Empty the Drip Tray and return it to the Unit. Close the door to finish the cooking cycle. You must have to wear oven mitts during this procedure. 10. Rotisserie Spit: This unit is used for cooking whole chickens and roasts of all types. 11. Rotisserie Stand (Optional): This unit is used for placing the Rotisserie Spit when removing hot food from the Unit. You have to use oven mitts to avoid burns from hot food, carefully seat the Spit into the Stand, allowing the food to stand upright. Warning The rotisserie parts and other metal components of this Unit are sharp and will get extremely hot during use. You have to be more careful to avoid personal injury. Must have to wear protective oven mitts or gloves.

The Control Panel LCD Panel: •

AirFry Fan Indicator: This indicates whether the AirFry Fan is on.



Preheat Indicator: This indicates or blinks when the set cooking temperature is reached.



Heating Element Indicator: This indicates which heating elements are active.



Toast/Bagel Darkness Indicator: This indicates the desired level of lightness or darkness of toast or bagels.

1) Temperature/Darkness Control Knob: This knob allows to override preset temperatures. Also controls the desired darkness during Toast or Bagel Mode. By using this knob, you can adjust the temperature at any time during the cooking cycle. 2) Time/Slices Control Knob: This knob allows you to override preset times. The setting to select the number of slices being toasted during Toast or Bagel Mode also controlled by this knob. Time can be adjusted at any time during the cooking cycle. 3) Program Selection Knob: This knob is used to scroll through choices when selecting a preset mode. 4) Air Fry Button: This button is used for cooking all types of oil free fried snacks and main dishes. The Fan can be activated by pressing this button for the following presets: AirFry, Pizza, Bake, Rotisserie, Slow Cook, Roast, Dehydrate, and Reheat. 5) Light Button: It can be used at any time during the cooking process to light the Unit's interior.

6) Fahrenheit/Celsius Button: You may choose your preferred method to measure cooking temperature. 7) Cancel Button: You may select this button at any time to cancel the cooking process. Hold the Cancel Button for 3 secs. to power off the Unit (the LCD Panel will read "OFF"). 8) Start/Pause Button: Press to begin or pause the cooking process at any time.

Cooking Charts Internal Temperature Meat Chart: This chart and a food thermometer is used to ensure that meat, poultry, seafood and other cooked foods reach a safe minimum internal temperature. *For maximum food safety, the U.S. Department of Agriculture recommends 165° F for all poultry; 160° F for ground beef, lamb, and pork; and 145° F, with a 3-minute resting period, for all other types of beef, lamb, and pork. Also review the USDA Food Safety Standards. Instructions for Use Before First Use: 1. Read all material, warning stickers, and labels. 2. Remove all packing materials, labels, and stickers. 3. Hand-washing is recommended. Wash all parts and accessories used in the cooking process with warm soapy water. 4. Should not wash or submerge the cooking Unit in water. Wipe the inside and outside of the cooking Unit with a clean, moist cloth. Rinse with a warm, moist cloth. 5. Before cooking food, preheat the Unit for a few minutes to allow the manufacturer's protective coating of oil to burn off. Wipe the Unit with warm, soapy water and a washcloth after this burn-in cycle.

Instructions: 1) At first place the appliance on a stable, level, horizontal, and heatresistant surface. Then ensure that the Unit is in an area with good air circulation and away from hot surfaces and the unit is not connected with other objects or appliances and any combustible materials. 2) Ensure that the Unit is plugged into a dedicated power outlet. 3) Select the proper cooking accessories according to your recipe. 4) Place the food in the cooking unit and close the door. 5) Select a preset mode by pressing one of the preset buttons. 6) After choosing the function you can adjust the temperature by pressing

the Temperature/Darkness Knob (marked "TEMP") and the time by pressing the Time/Slices Control Knob (marked "TIME"). NOTE: When toasting bread or a bagel, you control the lightness or darkness by adjusting the same knobs. 7) Press the Start/Stop Button to begin cooking cycle. NOTE: When the cooking process is complete and the cooking time has elapsed, the Unit will beep several times. CAUTION: All surfaces inside and outside of the Unit will be extremely hot. To avoid injury, wear oven mitts. Allow at least 30 mins. for the Unit to cool before attempting cleaning or storing.

Tips: 1. Foods that are smaller in size usually require a slightly shorter cooking time than larger ones. 2. Large sizes or quantities of food may require a longer cooking time than smaller sizes or quantities. 3. Flipping or turning food halfway through the cooking process ensures that the food is evenly cooked. 4. Misting a bit of vegetable oil on fresh potatoes is suggested for a crispier result. 5. Snacks which normally cooked in an oven can also be cooked in the Emeril Lagasse Power AirFryer 360 easily. 6. Use premade dough to prepare filled snacks. It will be easy and time consuming. Premade dough also requires a shorter cooking time than homemade dough.

7. A baking oven dish can be placed on rack inside the Emeril Lagasse Power AirFryer 360 when cooking foods such as cakes or cookies. Using a tin or dish is also recommended when cooking fragile or filled foods.

Cleaning & Storage Cleaning: You must have to clean the Emeril Lagasse Power AirFryer 360 after each use. You have to remove the power cord from the wall socket and be certain the appliance is thoroughly cooled before cleaning. 1. Have to wipe the outside of the appliance with a warm, moist cloth and mild detergent. 2. To clean the door, gently scrub both sides of the door with warm, soapy water and a damp cloth. DO NOT soak or submerge the Unit in water or wash in the dishwasher. 3. Have to clean the inside of the Unit with hot water, a mild detergent and a nonabrasive sponge. Do not scrub the heating coils because they are fragile and can break. Then, rinse the Unit thoroughly with a clean, damp cloth. Do not leave standing water inside the Unit. 4. Have to remove unwanted food residue with a nonabrasive cleaning brush. 5. Caked-on food on accessories should be soaked in warm, soapy water to remove the food easily. Hand-washing is recommended. Storage: 1. Unplug the appliance and let it cool thoroughly. 2. Make sure all components are clean and dry. 3. Place the appliance in a clean, dry place.

Buttermilk Spicy Fried Chicken with Pepper Jelly Drizzle (Prep Time: 20 mins / Cooking Time: 35 mins / Total Time: 55 mins / Servings: 6) Ingredients: 1 us liquid quart buttermilk ¼ cup hot sauce 3 tbsp. minced garlic 2 tsp. celery salt 2 tbsp. salt, divided 2 tbsp. ground black pepper, divided 1-pound chicken, cut into 8 pieces 4 eggs 1/2 cup milk 4 cups flour 1/2 cup red bell pepper, minced and seeded 1 tbsp. crushed red pepper 1/2 cup cider vinegar 3 cups sugar 2 jalapeño peppers, thinly sliced 2 Fresno chilies, thinly sliced 1 clove garlic, minced 1 pinch salt Instructions: 1. Combine the buttermilk, garlic, hot sauce, celery salt, 2 tsp. salt,

and 1 tbsp. black pepper in a large bowl and whisk together well. Coat the chicken in the buttermilk mixture evenly. Cover it and refrigerate it overnight for best result. 2. Remove the chicken from the refrigerator about 1 hr. ago and let the chicken come to room temperature. Remove the chicken from the buttermilk mixture and discard the marinade. 3. Combine the eggs and milk in a shallow dish. Then mix the flour, 1 tbsp. salt, and 1 tbsp. black pepper in a separate dish. Dip the chicken into the flour mixture and shake off the excess. Then, dip the chicken into the egg mixture. Finally, dip the chicken into the flour mixture for second time. 4. Spray the crisper tray with cooking spray. Then place the chicken on the tray. Slide the crisper tray into shelf position 2. Select the Air fry setting at 400° F/205° C. Set the cooking time to 35 mins. Press the Start button to begin the cooking cycle. Cook until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165° F/74° C. 5. In the meantime, make the pepper jelly drizzle. Combine the bell pepper, crushed red pepper, and vinegar in a blender and blend them for a few seconds. Transfer the mixture to a medium-sized saucepan and stir in the rest of the pepper jelly drizzle ingredients. 6. Place the saucepan to the stove top and heat the jelly over high heat until it comes to a big boil which cannot be stirred down. Then, remove the jelly from the heat and let it cool to room temperature. The pepper jelly drizzle can be used immediately or stored in an airtight container. 7. When the chicken is done, transfer it to a serving plate and serve with the pepper jelly drizzle.

Pecan Crusted Crispy Chicken (Prep Time: 10 minutes / Cooking Time: 15 minutes / Total Time: 25 minutes / Servings: 4) Ingredients: 1 cup pecan pieces 1/2 cup breadcrumbs 1 tbsp. + 1 tsp. Creole seasoning 2 large eggs 1/4 cup olive oil 2 pounds boneless and skinless chicken breasts, cubed 1/2 cup mayonnaise 2 tsp. honey 2 tsp. creole mustard 1 pinch salt 1 pinch ground cayenne pepper Instructions: 1. Combine the pecans, 2 tsp. Creole seasoning and breadcrumbs in the blender pot and pulse for 1 min. to combine well. Place the mixture into a shallow dish. 2. Beat the eggs, rest of the Creole seasoning and olive oil in a medium bowl. Dip one chicken at a time into the egg mixture and then dredge them in the pecan mixture, remove any excess. 3. Place the chicken on the baking pan over crisper tray. Slide the pizza rack into shelf position 1. Place the baking pan on top of the pizza rack. Slide the crisper tray into shelf position 2. Select the Air

fry function. Set the cooking temperature to 360° F/182° C at 15 mins. Press the Start option to begin the cooking cycle. Halfway through the cooking time, slide the crisper tray into shelf position 5 and slide the pizza rack into shelf position 2. 4. While the chicken cooks, combine the honey mustard dipping sauce ingredients into a bowl and whisk well to combine. 5. When the chicken is done cooking, season it lightly with salt and pepper; then serve with the dipping sauce.

Spiced Rotisserie Chicken (Prep Time: 15 minutes / Cooking Time: 55 minutes / Total Time: 70 minutes / Servings: 4) Ingredients: 1/2 cup paprika 3 tbsp. ground cayenne pepper 1/4 cup + 1 tbsp. freshly ground black pepper 1/4 cup + 2 tbsp. garlic powder 3 tbsp. onion powder salt, to taste 2.5 tbsp. dried oregano 2.5 tbsp. dried thyme 1 4-lb whole chicken Instructions: 1. Combine the garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, cayenne pepper, black pepper, oregano, thyme and salt in a large mixing

bowl. Rub the chicken with 1⁄4 cup of the mixture. 2. Truss the chicken. Attach one of the rotisserie forks to the rotisserie spit and tighten the screws on the fork. Slide the chicken on the spit rod into the secured spit fork. Set the chicken on the rotisserie spit with other rotisserie fork and screws. 3. Insert the chicken into the rotisserie connections inside the Power Air Fryer 360. 4. Set the rotisserie setting at 350° f/177° c to 55 mins pressing the Start/Pause button to begin the cooking process. 5. The chicken is ready to serve when the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 160° F/71° C. Press the Cancel button and remove the chicken from the Power Air Fryer 360. Rest the chicken for 15 mins before serving. Serve with your favorite sauce or toppings.

Emeril’s Seasoning Fried Chicken (Prep Time: 10 minutes / Cooking Time: 40 minutes / Total Time: 50 minutes / Servings: 6) Ingredients: 2 cups buttermilk 1 tbsp. salt 1 tsp. sugar 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper 6 chicken legs 6 chicken thighs 1 cup flour 6 eggs 6 cups crushed flaked corn cereal 1 tbsp. Emeril’s Essence Seasoning Instructions: 1. Pour the buttermilk into a large mixing bowl. Add the black pepper, salt and sugar to the buttermilk. Soak the chicken legs and thighs into the buttermilk. 2. Place the flour to a shallow baking dish. 3. Then pour the eggs into a second dish and beat the eggs well with a fork. 4. Lastly, place the cereal crumbs and Emeril’s Essence Seasoning to a third dish. 5. Shake the buttermilk off the chicken pieces and dredge the chicken

in the flour, then in the eggs, and finally in the crumbs. Place the chicken pieces on the crisper tray. Then slide the crisper tray into shelf position 2. 6. Set the temperature to 375° F/191° C to 40 mins. Press the Start/Pause button to begin the cooking. 7. When the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 160° F/71° C, the chicken will be ready to serve. Press the Cancel button and remove the chicken over a serving dish.

Flank Steak (Prep Time: 12 minutes / Cooking Time: 18 minutes / Total Time: 30 minutes / Servings: 4) Ingredients: 1 cup extra virgin olive oil 1/2 cup sherry wine vinegar 2 tbsp. lime juice 1 cup chopped cilantro 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped 1 tbsp. fresh marjoram leaves, chopped 3 tbsp. garlic, minced 2 tbsp. shallots, minced 1/4 tsp. red pepper, crushed 1 tsp. kosher salt 1 tsp. fresh cracked black pepper 1 1 3/4 - 2 lb. flank steak

crusty bread Instructions: 1. Combine the olive oil, garlic, lime juice, sherry vinegar, basil, cilantro, marjoram, and shallots in the food processor bowl. Pulse until well blended but not puréed. Then add the crushed red pepper, ½ tsp. salt, and ¼ tsp. black pepper and mix them well to complete the chimichurri sauce. 2. Place 1 cup chimichurri sauce from the processor to a glass bowl and cover it with plastic wrap. Reserve it at room temperature for about 6 hrs. If you are cooking the steak next or other day, refrigerate the sauce and keep it to room temperature before serving. 3. Season the steak with 1 tsp. salt and ¼ tsp. black pepper on each side and place the steak in a large resealable plastic bag. Add the unreserved chimichurri sauce to the bag. Seal the bag and refrigerate the steak for at least 2 hrs. to overnight. 4. When the steak is ready to cook, remove it from the refrigerator and let it sit for almost 30 mins to come to room temperature. Brush the excess chimichurri sauce off the steak and then place the steak on the pizza rack. 5. Slide the pizza rack into shelf position 2. Select the Air fry to 400° F/205° C for 18 mins. Press the Start button to begin and cook until desired doneness is reached. 6. Place the steak on a clean cutting board and let the steak rest for 5 mins before slicing across the grain into thin strips. Serve with crusty bread and chimichurri sauce.

Green Beans Fry with Garlic Lime Dip (Prep Time: 10 minutes / Cooking Time: 10 minutes / Total Time: 20 minutes / Servings: 2) Ingredients: 1/2 cup flour 2 eggs 1 cup plain breadcrumbs 2 tbsp. blackening spice 1-pound green beans 1 cup mayonnaise 1 clove garlic 1/2 lime, juice 2 tbsp. parsley Instructions: 1. Place flour into a medium bowl. 2. Then, beat the eggs in another bowl. 3. Lastly, combine the breadcrumb mixture ingredients in a third bowl. 4. Dredge the green beans in the flour, then in the eggs, and finally in the breadcrumb’s mixture. 5. Place the breaded green beans on two air flow racks. Place the racks on the lower and middle shelves of the Power Air Fryer oven. 6. Press the power button and then the French Fries button at 400° F and decrease the cooking time to 10 mins. Rotate the racks halfway through the cooking time.

7. Combine the dip ingredients in a small bowl and mix them together. Serve the green beans with the dip and enjoy.

Korean Style Beef Wrap (Prep Time: 10 minutes / Cooking Time: 10 minutes / Total Time: 20 minutes / Servings: 4) Ingredients: 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce 2 tbsp. fresh orange juice 1 tbsp. brown sugar 1 tbsp. red pepper flakes 1 tbsp. garlic, minced 1 tbsp. ginger, minced 1 bunch scallions, white parts only 2 tsp. hot sesame oil 1-pound sirloin steak 2 tbsp. toasted sesame seeds steamed white rice kimchi Romaine lettuce hearts or butter lettuce Instructions: 1. Combine the garlic, ginger, sesame oil, soy sauce, orange juice, brown sugar, red pepper flakes, and white parts of the scallions in a medium sized bowl and stir together. Then, add the steak and toss to coat. Marinate the steak in the bowl for at least 4 hrs. up to overnight in the refrigerator. 2. Once the steak is done marinating, transfer the steak to the crisper tray and baking pan. Slide the pizza rack into shelf position 1.

Place the baking pan on top of the pizza rack. Slide the crisper tray into shelf position 2. Select the Air fry setting at 400° F/205° C to 10 mins. Press the Start button to begin. 3. Serve the steak, rice, miso paste and kimchi wrapped in the lettuce or with your favorite Korean side dishes if desired.

Manchego Mushroom Pizza (Prep Time: 20 minutes / Cooking Time: 22 minutes / Total Time: 42 minutes / Servings: 2) Ingredients: 1/2-pound wild mushrooms 1 tbsp. olive oil salt, to taste fresh ground pepper 1-pound semolina pizza dough 1/4 cup store bought roasted garlic white sauce 4 slices Spanish ham, or other thinly sliced cured meat 4 slices Manchego cheese truffle oil Instructions: 1. Combine the mushrooms, olive oil, black pepper and salt in a medium bowl and toss them well. Then, spread the mushrooms in a single layer on the baking pan. 2. Set the pizza rack to shelf position 1 and place the baking pan on

top of the pizza rack. Select Air fry setting at 400° F. to 10 mins. Press the Start button to begin the cooking function. After 5 mins, stir the mixture properly. When the cooking time is complete, remove and reserve the mushrooms. 3. Divide the dough into two equal portions. Dust a work surface lightly with flour. Turn the dough out onto the work surface and roll each piece into 8-in. rounds. 4. Place one pizza on the crisper tray. Spread half of the sauce evenly over the dough. Top the sauce with half of the roasted mushrooms, ham, and Manchego cheese and drizzle the truffle oil over the top of the pizza. 5. Slide the crisper tray into shelf position 5. Select pizza setting at 375° F for 20 mins. Press the Start button to begin. 6. When the cooking time is complete, slide the crisper tray into shelf position 1 and select the Pizza setting. Set the cooking temperature to 400° F and time to 2 mins. Press the Start button to begin the cooking cycle. When the first pizza is done, repeat the cooking procedure with the second pizza. Serve the pizza immediately.

Scallion-Cheddar Biscuits (Prep Time: 22 minutes / Cooking Time: 8 minutes / Total Time: 30 minutes / Servings: 6) Ingredients: 1.25 cups all-purpose flour 1/2 cup cake flour 1/2 tsp. baking powder

1/4 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. granulated sugar 1/4 tsp. salt 1/3 cup unsalted butter 1/2 cup cheddar, grated 3 tbsp. chopped scallions 1 cup+2 tbsp. buttermilk 3 tbsp. butter softened butter Instructions: 1. Sift the all-purpose flour, cake flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and sugar into a medium mixing bowl. With the help of fingers or a pastry cutter to work the cubed butter into the flour until the pieces are pea sized. 2. Add the cheddar and scallions and toss to combine. Then add the buttermilk and using a spatula stir properly until the milk and flour come together to form a dough but not to overmix. 3. Lightly dust a work surface with flour. Turn the dough out onto the work surface. Press the dough with hands into a ½ in.-thick disk about 8 in. in diameter. Use a lightly floured 2 1/2-in. round cutter to cut out six dough rounds. Be sure to press straight down when cutting the dough because a twisting motion will prevent the dough from rising. 4. Brush the baking pan with melted butter. Then, arrange the biscuits in a single layer on the baking pan and brush the biscuits with 1 tbsp. melted butter. 5. Slide the pizza rack into shelf position 5. Place the baking pan on top of the pizza rack. Select the Air fry setting at 400°F for 8 mins. Then press the Start button to begin the cooking process. Cook until the biscuits are golden brown in color. Then serve warm with the softened butter.

Quiche Lorraine (Prep Time: 30 minutes / Cooking Time: 30 minutes / Total Time: 60

minutes / Servings: 6) Ingredients: all-purpose flour homemade prepared pie dough 1.5 tbsp. unsalted butter 2-ounce button mushrooms 1/2 cup small diced yellow onions 1/4 cup diced ham 1 large egg 1 egg yolk 1 cup heavy cream ¼ tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg 1/2 tsp. fresh thyme 1/2 cup Gruyere or Swiss cheese, grated Instructions: 1. Dust a work surface lightly with flour. Turn the dough out on the work surface. Invert a 10-in. plate on top of the pie dough and, using the plate as a template, cut around the dough’s edges to make a pie shell. Discard the rest of the dough and lay the formed dough into a 9-in. pie pan, easing the dough into the bottom of the pan so that the dough fits snugly against all edges. 2. Fold the edges of the dough under itself so that the folded edges sit above the rim of the pie pan. Crimp the edges of the pie dough to form a decorative edge. Line the dough using parchment paper and add pie weights to weight the shell. 3. Set the pizza rack in shelf position 5. Place the pie pan on the pizza rack. Select the Air fry setting at 400°F to 10 mins. Then press the Start button to begin. When the cooking time is complete, remove the foil and pie weights from the pie shell. Return the pie pan to the Power Air Fryer 360.

4. Select the Air fry setting at 400°F for 2 mins. Press the Start button to begin the cooking function. Cook until the bottom of the crust is lightly golden in color. Then, open the Power Air Fryer 360 and let the crust cool. 5. Place a sauté pan over the stove top. Melt the butter over medium heat. Then, add the mushrooms and onions and cook while stirring until the mushrooms and onions are softened for about 5 mins. Add the ham, cook, and remove the sauté pan from the heat. Add the mixture to the baked pie shell. 6. Lastly, combine the egg, egg yolk, cream, salt, black pepper, thyme and nutmeg into a medium sized mixing bowl and whisk until well blended. Pour the mixture very carefully into the pie crust on top of the vegetables and ham. Sprinkle cheese over the mixture. 7. Return the pie pan to the Power Air Fryer 360. Select Bake setting at 300Åã F/149Åã C and also set the time to 25 mins and press the Start button. Cook until the crust is golden brown in color and the quiche is set. Let the quiche cool for 30 mins before cutting into wedges. Serve and enjoy.

Vietnamese Shrimp Egg Rolls (Prep Time: 10 minutes / Cooking Time: 7 minutes / Total Time: 17 minutes / Servings: 3) Ingredients: 3 tbsp. sugar ½ cup warm water 1/3 cup lime juice 2 tbsp. fish sauce 2 tbsp. vegetable oil 1/2-pound Chinese sausage 1/2 cup yellow onion, minced 1 tbsp. garlic, chopped ½ pound bok choy 1/2-pound medium shrimp 1 tbsp. chile garlic sauce 1 tbsp. scallions, chopped 1 cup bean sprouts 1 cup matchstick carrot strips 1 cup packed cilantro leaves 1 cup packed fresh mint leaves 24 spring roll wrappers canola oil Instructions: 1. Combine the sugar and warm water in a mixing bowl and let the sugar dissolve properly. Combine the Thai chile, lime juice, and fish sauce to make the nuoc cham. Reserve the nuoc cham. 2. Place a sauté pan on the stove top. Heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. When the oil is hot, add the sausage and stir fry for 3 mins. Then, add the yellow onion and garlic; then cook for 2 mins. Finally, add the bok choy and shrimp; stir fry for about 1

min. 3. Season with the chile garlic sauce and 3 tbsp. nuoc cham. Reserve the rest of the nuoc cham. Remove the sauté pan from the heat and let it cool completely. Then, stir in the scallion. 4. Combine the bean sprouts, carrots, cilantro, and mint and dress lightly with the nuoc cham. Reserve the salad and the rest of the nuoc cham. 5. Spread 2 tbsp. shrimp mixture in the bottom quarter of each spring roll wrapper. Fold two sides of the wrapper toward the center and then roll like a jelly roll, pressing the edges together to seal and repeat the process. Brush the egg rolls with canola oil. 6. Divide the egg rolls between the crisper tray and baking pan evenly. Slide the pizza rack into shelf position 1. Place the baking pan on top of the pizza rack. Slide the crisper tray into shelf position 2 and select the Air fry setting. Set the cooking temperature to 380° F and set the cooking time to 8 mins and press the Start button. 7. When the cooking time is up, remove the egg rolls and drain them on paper towels. Repeat until all the egg rolls are cooked well. Serve with the nuoc cham for dipping, carrot and herb salad.

Bacon Wrapped Asparagus (Prep Time: 5 minutes / Cooking Time: 15 minutes / Total Time: 20 minutes / Servings: 2) Ingredients: 10 fresh asparagus spears 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper 5 bacon strips Instructions: 1. Place the asparagus on a sheet of waxed paper. Wrap a piece of bacon around each spear. Then sprinkle the asparagus with black pepper and turn to coat. Secure the bacon with toothpicks. 2. Place the asparagus in the crisper tray and then slide the crisper tray into shelf position 4. Set the Power Air Fryer 360 to Air fry to 400° F for 15 mins. Cook the asparagus until the bacon is crisp for almost 15 mins. Discard the toothpicks before serving.

Corn Pudding with Bacon (Prep Time: 10 minutes / Cooking Time: 30 minutes / Total Time: 40 minutes / Servings: 6) Ingredients: 4 strips of bacon kernels from 2 ears of corn 1 cup small diced onion 1/2 cup small diced red bell pepper 1/4 cup small diced celery 1 tsp. kosher salt 1 tsp. Creole seasoning 1/4 tsp. ground cayenne pepper 2 tsp. garlic, minced 1 tsp. fresh thyme leaves 1.5 cup whole milk 1/2 cup heavy cream 3 large eggs 3 cups cubed day old bread 1 cup grated Monterey Jack cheese 1.5 tbsp. butter 3 tbsp. finely grated Parmesan cheese Instructions: 1. Place a sauté pan over the stove top and heat the pan over medium heat. When the pan is heated, add the bacon and cook for 5 mins while stirring until most of the fat has rendered. 2. Add the onion, bell pepper, corn, celery, salt, ground cayenne pepper and Creole seasoning to the pan and cook until softened. Then, add the garlic and thyme; and remove the pan from the heat. 3. Place milk, cream, and eggs into a mixing bowl and whisk well to

combine. Fold in the bread, Monterey Jack cheese, and the onion mixture. Set it aside for 5 mins to allow the bread to absorb some of the liquid. 4. Grease a casserole dish with butter and transfer the pudding mixture into the pan. 5. Slide the pizza rack into shelf position 6 and then place the casserole dish on the pizza rack. Select Bake setting at 325° F to 20 mins and then press the Start button. When the cooking time is up, sprinkle the Parmesan cheese over the pudding evenly. 6. Select the Bake setting and set the cooking temperature to 300° F/149° C to 10 mins. Press the Start Button to begin the cooking cycle. 7. When the cooking time is complete, remove the pudding from the Power Air Fryer 360 and let it cool for at least 30 mins before serving.

Pizza with Hot Italian Sausage (Prep Time: 10 minutes / Cooking Time: 35 minutes / Total Time: 45 minutes / Servings: 4) Ingredients: 1-pound pizza dough 3 cups tomato sauce 1.5-pound hot Italian sausage 8-ounce mozzarella cheese 2 tbsp. chopped fresh thyme leaves 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper 1/4 cup finely grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese extra virgin olive oil Instructions: 1. Divide the dough into four equal portions. Then dust a work surface lightly with flour. Turn the dough out onto the work surface and roll each dough portion into an 8-in. round. 2. Place the sausage on the crisper tray and slide the crisper tray into shelf position 2. Select the Air fry setting at 400° F for 15 mins and then press the Start button to begin. 3. Transfer one dough portion to the crisper tray. Spoon one quarter of the tomato sauce evenly over the dough, then sprinkle one quarter of the mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce. Top the mozzarella cheese with one quarter of the sausage. Garnish with crushed red pepper, thyme, and Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese. 4. Place the crisper tray into shelf position 2 and select the Pizza setting for 20 min at 425° F/218° C. Press the Start button to begin the cooking process. Repeat the cooking process with the rest of the pizzas. Serve the pizzas drizzled with the extra virgin olive oil if desired or other favorite toppings.

Stuffed Burger in Gigantic form (Prep Time: 20 minutes / Cooking Time: 25 minutes / Total Time: 45 minutes / Servings: 4) Ingredients: 3-pound ground beef 8-ounce bacon, chopped 1 tbsp. Creole seasoning 1 tsp. sea salt 1 tsp. ground black pepper 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese, shredded 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded 1/4 cup red onion, diced 1/4 dill pickles, diced small 2 11-ounce pizza doughs 1 egg yolk 2 tbsp. water 1 tbsp. sesame seeds Instructions: 1. Combine the ground beef, bacon, Creole seasoning, black pepper and salt in a large mixing bowl and mix them properly. Split the beef in half and flatten each half into a round disk. 2. Top one side of one disc with the Monterey Jack cheese, cheddar cheese, red onion, and pickles. Then, top with the second burger disk and seal well. 3. Place half of the pizza dough on the countertop and top the dough with the burger. Place the rest of the pizza dough over the burger and seal. 4. To make egg wash, combine egg yolk and water in a small bowl. Brush the egg wash over the dough and sprinkle sesame seeds on top of the dough.

5. Place the burger on the bottom of a springform pan or a pizza stone that fits in the Power Air Fryer 360. Slide a crisper tray into shelf position 5. Then place the burger on the crisper tray. 6. Select Bake setting at 325° F for 25 mins. Press the Start option to begin. When the cooking process is complete, let the burger rest for about 40 mins before serving. Serve with favorite sauce or topping.

New York-Style Thin Crust Cheesy Pizza (Prep Time: 22 minutes / Cooking Time: 22 minutes / Total Time: 44 minutes / Servings: 2) Ingredients: 1 tbsp. olive oil 1 large onion, chopped 28-ounce canned whole peeled tomatoes, drained and pureed 1 sprig fresh thyme 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil + 1 tbsp. 1-pound pizza dough, divided into two balls cornmeal, for dusting 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves 1 cup freshly grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese 1-pound mozzarella cheese, sliced 1/4-in. thick Instructions: 1. Place a saucepan on the stove top. Pour 1 tbsp. olive oil to the pan and heat the oil over medium heat. Then, add the onion and garlic and cook until soft, for almost 2-3 mins. After that add tomatoes, thyme sprig, black pepper, and salt; simmer for 20 mins. Then,

remove the saucepan from the heat. 2. Stir in 1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil, discard the thyme sprig, and reserve the sauce until ready to use. 3. Place the dough onto a surface dusted with cornmeal. Use a lightly floured rolling pin to roll the dough to fit on the Crisper Tray (about 1⁄8–¼ in. thick). 4. Brush the dough with 2 tbsp. olive oil. Then, spoon the sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a ½-in. border along the edges. Top the sauce with the basil leaves and then the Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese and mozzarella cheese. 5. Emeril's Essence Creole seasoning 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper 12 small hamburger buns Instructions: 1. Select the Air fry setting at 400° F/205° C for 18 mins and press the Start option and let the Power Air Fryer 360 preheat. 2. Place the beef in a large mixing bowl. Then add onion, garlic, ketchup, mustard, pickle relish, Creole seasoning, black pepper and salt. Using your hands, mix until all the ingredients are well incorporated. 3. Form the meat into patties, using about ¼ cup for each and then, place the formed patties on the crisper tray. 4. Pecan-Crusted Codfish (Prep Time: 12 minutes / Cooking Time: 28 minutes / Total Time: 40 minutes / Servings: 4) Ingredients: 1 cup fried shoestring potatoes 4-ounce cod fillets 1/4 cup olive oil 1 cup roasted pecans 1/4 cup breadcrumbs 1/2 tbsp. Emeril's Essence Creole seasoning + more for seasoning 2 tbsp. scallions, chopped 2 tbsp. red peppers Instructions: To make the Fried Shoestring Potatoes: 1. Using a mandolin, make shoestrings out of 1 potato. 2. Then lightly toss the potatoes in vegetable oil. 3. Spray the crisper tray with cooking spray and place the potatoes on it. Slide the crisper tray into shelf position 2 and select the Air fry setting. Set the cooking temperature to 325° F/163° C for 10 mins. Press the Start button to begin. Turn the potatoes occasionally while they are cooking. To make the Pecan-Crusted Codfish: 1. Combine the roasted pecans, breadcrumbs, and Emeril’s Essence seasoning in a food processor or blender. Puree the mixture until it develops a mealy texture to make the pecan crust. 2. Place the fillets on the crisper tray and season the fillets with the Emeril’s Essence seasoning. Slide the crisper tray into shelf position 2 and set the Air fry setting at 400° F for 18 mins. Press

Short Ribs Smothered with Red Gravy (Prep Time: 30 minutes / Cooking Time: 8 hrs. / Total Time: 8 hrs. 30 minutes / Servings: 5) Ingredients: 6-pound beef short ribs salt freshly ground black pepper 1 tsp. liquid crab boil 14-ounce ketchup 12-ounce light beer 1 tbsp. molasses 1 tbsp. Creole or whole grain mustard 1 tbsp. garlic, chopped 1/2 cup onions, chopped 1/4 cup firmly packed light brown sugar hot pepper sauce Worcestershire sauce 1 pinch ground cayenne pepper 1 tbsp. fresh ginger, peeled and grated Instructions: 1. Season the ribs with black pepper and salt and place the ribs in a 4 ½-qt. Dutch oven. 2. Combine the beef, crab boil, garlic, ginger, onions, ketchup, hot pepper sauce, mustard, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, ground cayenne pepper, black pepper and salt in a food processor; process until smooth for about 15 secs. With a rubber spatula, scrape down the sides. 3. Pour the mixture over the ribs and cover the Dutch oven. Slide the pizza rack into shelf position 6 and then place the Dutch oven on the pizza rack. Select the slow cook setting at 225° F to 8 hrs. and press the Start button. When the cooking process is complete, serve

the ribs with the sauce.

Roasted Lamb Leg (Prep Time: 20 minutes / Cooking Time: 18 minutes / Total Time: 48 minutes / Servings: 8) Ingredients: 1-pound boneless leg of lamb 1 tbsp. Emeril's Essence Creole seasoning 2 tbsp. fresh rosemary, chopped 1/4 cup minced garlic, divided 1 tbsp. kosher salt, divided 1 tbsp. coarsely ground black pepper, divided 3 tbsp. chopped fresh oregano leaves, divided 2 green bell peppers, sliced into 1-in. strips lengthwise 2 large yellow onions, quartered 1/2-pound carrots, peeled and cut diagonally into 1-in. pieces 1/4 cup olive oil 3 russet potatoes, peeled and quartered lengthwise 1/2 cup chicken broth 1/3 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper Instructions: 1. Place the lamb on a cutting board and spread the Emeril’s Essence seasoning, rosemary, 3 ½ tbsp. garlic, 2 tbsp. oregano, 2 tsp. black pepper, and ½ tbsp. salt inside the lamb. 2. Roll the lamb and tie with butcher’s twine. Attach one rotisserie fork to the rotisserie spit and tighten the screws on the fork. Slide the lamb onto the spit and into the secured fork. Secure the lamb on the spit with the other fork and screws. Insert the spit into the rotisserie connections inside the Power Air Fryer 360. 3. Select the Rotisserie setting at 375° F to 70 mins. Press the Start option to begin the cooking process. Cook until the internal temperature of the lamb reaches 135° F.

4. When the lamb is nearly done cooking, place onions, carrots and peppers in a large mixing bowl. Add 2 tbsp. olive oil and ½ tbsp. garlic and toss to combine.
