Serving size: 5 Cooking time: 4 hours Ingredients 4 medium-sized Yukon Gold potatoes, quartered 1 (3 lb.) boneless pork loin roast 3 tbsp. chopped fresh rosemary. ½ cup finely chopped flat-leaf parsley 3 baby carrots, peeled and cut into 2-inch pieces

1 tsp. fresh ground black pepper. 2 tbsp coconut oil, divided 1 ½ large turnip, cut into 8 wedges 1 cup unsalted chicken stock 4 garlic cloves, finely minced 1 tbsp. chopped fresh thyme. 2 ½ tsp. kosher salt 1 tbsp. finely grated lemon zest (from 1 lemon) Instructions Combine the turnip, carrots, and potatoes in a 6-quartz slow cooker, cover the lid and cook for an hour on high heat. While it cooks, mix the rosemary, salt, thyme, and pepper in a medium bowl and set aside. Then, paint the pork with 1 tablespoon of coconut oil and submerge it into the thyme mixture, pressing it until evenly. Warm the remaining oil in a skillet, toss in the seasoned pork and cook until browned, turning frequently. After 12 minutes of cooking, fold the vegetables, pork, and reserved thyme mixture into the slow cooker and cook under reduced heat. When the inserted thermometer reads 138F and the vegetables are soft. Remove the meat to the cutting board. Let it stand for 5 minutes before cutting it into bold, thick slices. Arrange them on a plate or platter, followed by the vegetables. Then, drizzle the parsley, garlic, and zest over the pork and serve with the juices from the crockpot. Serve with love!

Serving size: 7 Cooking time: 8 hours Ingredients 3/4 cup beef broth 1 (29 oz.) can of tomato puree 1 jalapeno chile, seeded and minced 1 tablespoon granulated sugar 3 whole dried guajillo chiles, stems, and seeds removed 4 tbsp. all-purpose flour

4 whole dried ancho chiles, stems, and seeds removed 2 pounds of beef brisket, trimmed and cut into ½-inch cubes 1 tsp. dried oregano 1 (14.5 oz.) can of fire-roasted tomatoes 9 large garlic, minced garlic 2 large yellow onions, chopped 1 tbsp. chipotle chile powder 1 tbsp. ground cumin. 1 ½ tbsp. kosher salt, divided. Toppings: shredded cheese, sour cream, and slivered scallions Instructions Toss the guajillo and ancho chiles in a blender, add 1 cup of hot water, cover and soak it for 35 minutes. Then, discard half of the water, process the chiles with the remaining liquid until smooth, and set the chile puree aside. In a bowl, combine the cumin, flour, chipotle, oregano, chile powder,1 tablespoon of salt, and beef cubes. Mix it and set it aside. Fold in the onion, garlic, beef broth, tomato puree, jalapeno chile, chile puree, and tomatoes into the slow cooker. Toss in the beef mixture, mix it, cover the pot, and cook for 9 hours or until it is soft. When the meat softens, open the pot and stir in sugar 1 teaspoon of salt, and spoon into bowls. Serve it with your desired toppings.

½ cup granulated sugar 1½ tsp. baking powder ⅓ cup unsweetened cocoa powder 1 ½ cups milk chocolate chips ½ cup heavy cream 1 cup milk 2% ½ cup vegetable oil 1½ cups semi-sweet chocolate chips Instructions Grease the crockpot with cooking spray and set aside. In a clean bowl, combine the flour, cocoa, sugar, salt, baking powder, milk, vanilla extract, and vegetable oil. Fold in the chocolate chips and mix well to an even blend, then pour into the slow cooker. On the other hand, combine the Dulce De Leche and heavy cream in a microwave-safe bowl and warm in the microwave for 50 seconds. Mix well and pour the cream mixture over the cake batter; cover the crockpot and cook at high heat for 3 and a half hours or until a slotted toothpick comes out clean. Remove the cake from the pot after the time elapses and serve warm. Enjoy!

1 carrot peeled and chopped 1 bay leaf ½ cup dried split peas 9 cups chicken broth ¼ tsp. Sea salt ½ tsp. Black pepper. Instructions Warm the oil in a nonstick saucepan over low heat. Stir in the bacon, celery, carrot, and onion and sauté for 7 minutes or until the vegetables are tender. Fold in the garlic and cook till it wilts before adding the broth, peas, bay leaf, and beans. Pour them all into the slow cooker, cover the lid and cook for 4 hours on high. When the time elapses, add the pasta, cover the top and cook for 12 minutes or until the pasta is soft. ¼ tsp. curry powder 7 large plum tomatoes, chopped 7 garlic cloves, minced 1 (30 oz.) can of whole peeled plum tomatoes 1 canned chipotle chile in adobo sauce 1 tsp. crushed red pepper 3 (8-inch) tortilla chips ½ cup sour cream ½ cup fresh cilantro leaves Instructions Warm the oil in a large nonstick skillet, stir in the onion, crushed pepper, oregano, curry, garlic, and chipotle, and sauté, occasionally stirring, till tender. Pour the chipotle mixture and tomatoes into the slow cooker pot and cook for 4 hours, 12 minutes on high or until the juices run freely. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 370F as the tomato mixture cooks. Grease both sides of the tortillas with cooking spray and slice them into thin strips. Lay the strips on a rimmed baking tray and toast in the oven for 12 minutes or until they are tanned. Remove and set them aside. Then, pour the tomato mixture into the blender, remove the center piece for steam escape and place a towel over it before blending. Let it work at high speed for 1 minute or until smooth. Pull and stretch the crust edges above the filling, and cover the top with a long paper towel, followed by the pot lid. Cook for 2 hours on high or until the crust is tanned. When done, pull the pizza out with the help of the parchment paper edges and sit it for 10 minutes. Sprinkle the basil and parmesan cheese over the top and cut into wedges for serving. Yummy!

Serving size: 8 Cooking time: 4 hours Ingredients 1 (18 oz.) package of elbow macaroni 5 large eggs, lightly beaten 4 cups (18 oz.) extra-sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded and divided 2 cups heavy cream 1 cup butter, melted 2 cups heavy cream

1 tsp. fresh black pepper 1 (14 oz.) can of evaporated milk 1 tbsp. kosher salt Cooking spray Instructions Prepare the pasta according to package directions, drain and set aside. Whisk the cream, eggs, butter, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Add the drained macaroni and 3 cups of cheese and mix well to blend. Grease the crockpot and pour in the macaroni mixture. Serving size: 7 Cooking time: 8 hours Ingredients 4 sweet onions, slivered 7 cups beef broth 3 tbsp. chopped fresh thyme ⅓ baguette, sliced into pieces

½ cup brandy A pinch of salt ½ tsp. fresh black pepper 2 cups shredded Comte cheese 3 garlic cloves, minced 5 tbsp. unsalted butter 1 dried bay leaf 1 tbsp. chopped chives Instructions Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat. Stir in the onion and simmer for 10 minutes or until they are translucent before adding the garlic. Sauté for 3 minutes and turn the mixture into the crockpot, followed by the broth, thyme, brandy, and bay leaf. Cover the pot and cook for 7 hours. Open the cooker and season the soup with pepper and salt. Preheat the broiler in the oven. Spoon the soup into oven-safe bowls, and place two or three slices of baguette on each soup bowl.
