Add chiles and shallots; cook it for 3- 4 minutes until it gets tender. 5. Add garlic and cook it for 1 minute. 6. Stir it in cooked chicken, add fish juice, lime juice, brown sugar, chilies sauce, and sriracha. 7. Stir and cook it and add mint and cilantro. 8. Serve it with rice and leaves of lettuce and enjoy your meal.

Pork & Bok Choy Udon Soup

This recipe is full of nutrition and healthy for those who want to take some light meal in their lunch. This one recipe will help them to the solution of their hunger. Now reduce the heat and simmer it.; uncovered for 5-7 minutes until pork and Bok choy is tender. 4. Now put noodles into the soup, serve it immediately as warm and chili sauce, sprinkle the green onion if you want. 5. Enjoy your easiest and warm soup.

Coconut-Mango Thai Beef Curry

Pepper 1/4 teaspoon Instructions: 1. Take a Dutch oven, on low heat add peanut oil and curry paste stir and cook it for 5 minutes. 2. Stir and cook coconut milk for another 5 minutes. 3. Stir in mango, beef, pepper, and salt, on high medium heat cook until it gets to boil. 4. Low the flame, stirring, simmer, and uncovered as usual for 2 hours until the meat gets tender. 5. Now serve your meal with rice lime wedges, cilantro, and onion. 6. Enjoy your meal with your family and friends.

Chinese Scallion Pancakes

Sesame oil 1/2 teaspoon Red pepper crushed flakes 1/8 teaspoon Instruction: 1. Take a large bowl, add flour stir it with boiling water until it looks like ball dough forms. 2. Put it into a floured surface, knead it until it gets smooth for elastic texture for 4-6 minutes. 3. Put the dough in a large bowl and keep it aside for 30 minutes and cover it. 4. Now take the dough, divide it in circle shape into 8 portions. 5. Take sesame oil 1/2 teaspoon and brush it. 6. Now sprinkle green onion with 1 tablespoon salt 1/8 teaspoon. 7. Now roll it into a cylinder shape, start from one to endpoint cylinder twist itself and forming it with a coil, press it for seal. 8. Slightly flatten, and its thickness should be 1/8 in each roll coil. 9. Take a large skillet, heat the canola oil 1 tablespoon. 10. On a medium-high flame at a time, cook only 1 pancake until it gets golden brown on each sideways cook for 2-3 minutes only. 11. After this, take a small bowl, add sauce ingredients and serve it with delicious pancakes.

Filling Egg yolk large 6 Sugar 1/2 cup Mango nectar 1/2 cup Lemon juice1/3 cup Cornstarch 1 tablespoon Grated zest lemon 2 teaspoon Cubed butter 1/2 cup Mango peeled and chopped 1/2 cup Drained mandarin oranges 1/2 cup Confection sugar halved, red seedless grapes 1/2 cup Instruction: 1. Before starting, heat the oven to 350°F, take a greased pan (9 inches), and place a heavy-duty thickness foil in the springform pan 2. Around a pan, wrap foil and put it on a baking sheet. 3. Take a large bowl, mix the cream, butter, honey, vanilla, and cinnamon. 4. Pull apart the phyllo gently and then add it to the bowl. Toss it to coat. 5. To prepare a pan, press into upward and bottom sides. 6. Bake it for 40 – 45 minutes until it gets golden brown. 7. Take some time to cool down and remove it from the foil. 8. After this, take a small saucepan, mix sugar, egg yolk, lemon juice, mango nectar, zest, and cornstarch now, blend it until it gets smooth. 9. Now on medium heat, add butter to cook until mixing it constantly; mixture comes to get thick and boil until it gets coat to metal spoon. 10. Immediately remove it from heat, take a mesh – strainer for straining into a small bowl. 11. Cook it in mango and then wrap it into the plastic with the custard surface. 12. Put it into the refrigerator to get cold. 13. Crust filling with a spoon now garnishes it with grapes and mandarin oranges. 14. Cooking Time: 20 minutes Serving size: 1 dozen Instruction: All-purpose flour 2 cups Canola oil or ghee 3 tablespoons Salt 1/2 teaspoon Caraway seeds 1/2 teaspoon Coldwater 3/4 cup Chopped and peeled medium potatoes 5

Canola oil 6 tablespoon Thawed peas are frozen or fresh 1 cup Fresh minced gingerroot 1 teaspoon Garam masala 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds 1/2 teaspoon Salt 1/2 teaspoon Fennel seeds, caraway seeds, coriander seeds crushed or amchur Instruction: 1. Take a large bowl, add ghee, flour, salt, and caraway seeds; make a mixture until it looks likes breadcrumbs. 2. For making a firm dough, gradually add enough water. 3. Put it into a floured surface; knead and elastic for 6-8 minutes until it gets finely smooth. 4. Now cover it for 1 hour. 5. Take a large saucepan and add potatoes. Reduce the heat until it gets to boil for 8-10 minutes. 6. Put it aside for slightly cool. 7. Take a large skillet on medium heat, add oil 3 tablespoons. Add potatoes and cook it until it gets to start to cling for 5 minutes. 8. Now cook ginger, peas, cumin seed, garam masala, and salt on heated and stir it. 9. Now you can make 6 pieces of dough. 10. Roll dough in oval shape 10x6 in. divide the dough in half and also moist its edges with water. 11. Now time to shape the dough cut into a half-moon shape and join it from the fine corner to the other corner and make a cone shape. 12. Press it to get the seal, now fill it with the potatoes mixture of 3-4 tablespoons. 13. Moist the edges curved with water, fold it again over the top, and again press it to get the seal. 14. Slightly flatten the samosa from the bottom surface and press gently. 15. Repeat the same procedure with the rest of the dough.

16. Heat the air fryer at 350°F, take 3 tablespoons of oil, and brush it over the remaining samosas. 17. Without touching the air fryer, arrange in batches of a single layer. 18. Now cook it until it gets golden brown for 15 minutes. 19. Serve it with your spices, ketchup, and green chili sauce.

Chicken Korma

Take a small saucepan, add potatoes with water, cook until it gets to boil, 2. Reduce heat, cook, and cover it until it gets tender for 10 to 15 minutes and drain it. 3. Take a large skillet, sauté bay leaves, cinnamon, cloves, and onion until it gets tender. 4. Now we add chicken, curry powder, ginger, and garlic, stir, and cook it for 1 minute. 5. Now add salt, tomatoes, and potato. 6. Cook and cover until the chicken change its color for 10 to 15 minutes. 7. Now keep it aside from heat and discard bay leaves, cinnamon, and cloves. 8. Cook it in sour cream and serve it with delicious rice. 9. Enjoy a meal with your family.

Chapati Bread

This superb easy recipe of chapatti bread as we all made at our home. This recipe will bring a different taste to your daily common chapatti bread. Made it and enjoy your meal. Cooking Time: 20 minutes Serving size: 10 Ingredients: All-purpose flour 1½ cups Wheat whole flour 1/2 cup Salt 1 teaspoon Garlic powder 1/4 teaspoon (optional) Hot water 3/4 Olive oil 2 tablespoon

Instruction: 1. Take a large bowl, combine flour and salt, and then add garlic powder. 2. Stir oil and water. 3. Put it on a floured surface, knead, and elastic for 8 -10 minutes until it gets smooth. 4. Keep it aside for 30 minutes and cover it. 5. Take the dough and divide it into 10 pieces. 6. Cooking Time: 30 minutes Serving size: 6 Ingredients: Condensed milk sweetened 1 can (14 ounces) Whole milk 1 cup Whipping heavy cream 1 cup Dry powder milk nonfat 1/4 cup Ground cardamom 1/2 teaspoon Sea salt 1/4 teaspoon Saffron threads 1 pinch or ground turmeric 1/4 teaspoon Cashews chopped toasted 1/4 cup Shelled chopped pistachios 1/4 cup Almond extract 1/4 teaspoon Instruction:

1. Take a large saucepan, whisk cream, milk, milk powder, sea salt, and cardamom as you want saffron, and blend it. 2. Cook on low heat for 15 minutes until it gets thickness slightly and stirs in constantly. 3. Do not boil it. 4. Keep it aside from the heat, and take a fine mesh strainer, and strain in a small bowl. Let it cool. 5. Now cook and add cashews, extract, and pistachios. 6. Serve it with a different nut if you like.

Now take a shallow bowl and transfer rice in it. Add the mixture of vinegar and keep it aside from the remaining mixture of vinegar. 10. Fresh chopped cilantro 2 tablespoon Instruction: 1. Take 1 to 8 ingredients in a large nonreactive bowl. 2. Now add sugar, vinegar, and salt in 2 cups or measurement with a large glass, now microwave it until it gets warm for 2-3 minutes. 3. Cook it until sugar becomes dissolved. 4. Cook into vegetable as well, now covered and refrigerate it until it gets cold for maximum 1 hour 5. Now sprinkle it with cilantro and serve it with a fitted spoon.
