Change the color of the taskbar The taskbar can also have custom colors that are independent of your theme's color scheme. This is how you do it: Select the Colors option under Personalization in the left side of the Windows 11 settings.

Here, choose Dark in the section titled "Choose Your Default Windows Mode" and Custom in the part titled "Choose Your Mode."
