Dedication

“My family needs constant love and nourishment in all forms. Especially during the pandemic. This book collects some of our favorite recipes and moments together over the years. It’s a gift from our family to yours.”

“The sooner kids get used to seeing and understanding their food, what it does and where it comes from, the better. Everyone needs food to function. An awareness of production, preparation and nutrients benefits us all. But also realizing how much fun you can have with food is a real game changer. Big thank you to the amazing Matta Maya family who have allowed me to be a part of their lives since 1996.”
