Stephen has been involved nationally and globally in numerous significant innovations aimed at driving high performing organizations - both for profit and non profit. He has shown particular leadership in the creative application of information and communication technologies to support performance. He was founder and initial director of Athabasca's online MBA program which has been recognized as a global breakthrough innovation. He was CEO and Chairman of a UK consulting company (Lifeskills International) and a former Vice President of the Canadian company, Axia NetMedia. Stephen is author, Psychologist, journalist and management consultant and prolific now regarded as a thought leader on innovation policy, strategy and processes. He has been connected in various ways with the Innovation Expedition since its launch in 1991.
