Introduction Pendulum Healing- The use of a pendulum as a tool to stimulate healing in oneself and others. –Erich Hunter Every day I receive messages from people who have read my books telling me about the miracles they achieved with pendulum healing. Some of these are small miracles like making a minor pain go away or harmonizing some formerly troublesome relationship. Other times they are big miracles like receiving lots of money or saving someone’s life. These reports from my students inspire me to want to share my best pendulum healing secrets with you. Because a teaching needs to be alive to grow and I can’t think of anyone better to make this happen than you, the reader of this book. Pendulum healing is a relatively new discipline. It traces its roots back to the1970’s in France and has subsequently been developed independently by both European and American “dowsers”. During my work in this area it became clear that the use of the pendulum as a healing tool differed significantly from dowsing (the asking of questions and locating of hidden objects) so I made the distinction between pendulum healing and dowsing and it is now developing into a distinct healing modality in its own right. My hope is that pendulum healing will be as well-known as other energy healing modalities such as Reiki and commonly practiced around the world. The mind, body and spirit are influenced by pendulum healing. It works with the energy, thoughts, and emotions of the subtle realms. Communication with “God”, the angelic realm, spirits, etc. is also facilitated by using the pendulum. Pendulum healing can be considered a form of healing prayer. One of the wonderful and convenient aspects of pendulum healing (other than it is highly effective) is that you can combine it with any other healing technique, manifestation system, spiritual practice, magic system, etc. to enhance the results of the system you combine it with. For example, pendulum healing can be used to enhance the effectiveness of modern medical healing. The pendulum is used to Erich Hunter Ph.D. raise the consciousness of the doctors, nurses etc. to help insure that the medical procedures are carried out optimally; it is used to increase the likelihood that any medical aims will be achieved during the treatment; it helps to harmonize the effect of medicines with the body; remove trauma from the treatment; remove trauma from the medical environment before, during and after a treatment; promote healing of the body once treatment is completed; and also to witness a trajectory of healing and or spontaneous remission of the person being treated. You can also do pendulum healing as a stand-alone technique and get amazing results. This book explores the different ways that pendulum healing can be applied and it provides you with a template to allow you to experiment and come up with your own extensions of the concepts and applications of pendulum healing. Most of the material I present here is new and there is little overlap with my previous book. I have; however, provided the minimum amount of background information needed to start pendulum healing in case you haven’t read my other book, but for a more detailed discussion of the basics see Hunter (2015). This book therefore represents an extension of my previous work on the subject and reflects my new understandings and discoveries. You will also discover that my views differ greatly from others who teach in this field of knowledge. I urge you to read this material with an open mind and put aside any preconceptions and prejudices you may have. Adopt the beginners mind, and attempt to understand it in a new light. This will help to avoid confusion and allow you to make the most of the new information. It is worth noting that at the end of the book I put a summary of all the protocols for easy reference when doing a healing. My goal was to make this book as information rich, interesting, and user friendly as possible. There is so much room for discovery, so many things are possible. That is why I never want you to limit yourself in

your pendulum healing work, or feel that there is only one way to do things. Learn the basics, but then feel free to innovate and come up with your own protocols. The continued growth of this field depends on you. As you make new advances, discoveries, and help people in ways that aren’t even imaginable at this moment you will further the knowledge and being of everyone. What you gain we will all gain and you will help to show us what is possible. Right now I am your guide and I have to present this material in a framework for it to make sense and provide some foundation for getting started, but ultimately your unique contribution will make the world a better place and advance this field of healing work as you become a pendulum master. Pendulum Healing VS. Dowsing There is a lot of confusion in the dowsing world about what pendulum healing is and what it is not. The reason for this is because pendulum healing is a relatively new field of exploration and because pendulum healers use the same tools as dowsers (namely, pendulums and bobbers). Definitions: Dowsing is the use of a pendulum (or bobber, or L-rod) to find answers to questions or to detect hidden things. Pendulum healing is the use of a pendulum (or bobber) as a tool to stimulate healing. So while the tools are the essentially same, the fundamental activity is different. While it is possible to dowse during pendulum healing, it is a subsidiary activity, and you can successfully do pendulum healing without dowsing at all. This is a fairly revolutionary idea, since most people view dowsing for cures to be the only way to heal someone with a pendulum. A simple example can illustrate the difference between pendulum healing and dowsing. If a person loses their car keys a dowser would ask Yes or No questions using the pendulum in an attempt to determine the location of the lost keys. A pendulum healer would approach the lost keys problem differently. Rather than trying to locate the keys by asking questions, the pendulum healer would use the pendulum to increase the probability that the keys are found. For example, the pendulum healer might raise their level of consciousness using the pendulum so that they would remember where they put the keys, or they might invoke divine assistance using the pendulum and ask the divine that the keys appear. Although the end result is the same, i.e. the person finds the keys, the method used to attain that end result differs. To achieve a result pendulum healing relies on two basicprinciples. 1) Energy from the environment, especially in the form of visible light, emanates from a pendulum at particular wavelength stimulating a healing effect by the human body and/or transmitting information via photons. 2) Spoken goals known as pendulum commands can create thought-forms (Besant & Leadbeater 1901) altering reality so that a desired outcome becomes more likely. Combining selected environmental energies with the spoken word via a pendulum command creates a synergistic effect whereby the pendulum healer can stimulate healing in others and/or transmit information to increase the probability of achieving desired outcomes. The applications of this technology are unlimited, but is most evident in the areas of healing and manifesting desired results. Based on my research, pendulum healing appears to be a relatively recent idea dating back to the 1970’s. This contrasts with the popular view that ancient Egyptians used pendulums for healing, but it is more in line with the available evidence that indicates a modern origin. The evidence for Egyptian pendulum use is largely from the fact that the hieroglyphic symbol for the papyrus plant stem found on the Rosetta stone looks like a Karnak pendulum. Roquart (1991) used this as a basis to speculate that the pendulum may have been part of an Egyptian mystery tradition hinted at by the hieroglyphic symbol. Belizal and Morel (1976) also speculated on an Egyptian tradition of radionics based on the Karnak type pendulum and other pendulum like objects found in Egyptian tombs and the apparent knowledge of radionics possessed by the Egyptians. While it can’t be ruled out definitively that Egyptians used pendulums for healing, the evidence is extremely weak. The Karnak type pendulum that figured so prominently in these hypotheses is considered by archeologists to be a Wajdet amulet mimicking the papyrus plant’s stem. This amulet was put on mummies to bring them eternal life after

death (Arico 2016) since symbolically the papyrus plant grew on the shores of the Nile river after the river flooded, an act that renewed the life of the land, so the plant symbolized eternal life and rebirth. It is not, however, until the 1970’s with the work of Belizal, Morel and Chaumery that we see the beginnings of what would lead to pendulum healing as defined in this book. These researchers laid the theoretical foundation pendulum healing by popularizing the concept that geometric shapes emanated electromagnetic energy and through their discovery of Negative Green as a form of ionizing radiation that had healing properties. They also built “pendulum-shaped machines” that although they were not pendulums, transmitted energy in manner similar to pendulums. These machines were used for healing work introducing the concept that pendulum shaped objects could emit healing energy. After that, the earliest reference I can find describing activities that I would term pendulum healing is a French paper by Bernard Ledein (1983). In this work he describes, among other things, how to use a Karnak pendulum to do distance healing and how to imbue objects with thought-forms. While it is clear that these ideas did not develop in a vacuum, I was unable to find any other reference showing a transition between Belizal, Morel and Chaumery’s work and the paper by Ledein. It is clear, however, that by the 1980’s the idea of using a pendulum to heal and transmit thought-forms was known at least among French dowsers. I first heard about the idea of using pendulums to heal from a lecture entitled “The Secrets of Spiritual Healing” by Dr. Mitchell Gibson. In this lecture he talked briefly about using pendulums to remove pain and to perform spiritual healing. The instruction was brief, and not very detailed, but it was inspirational and I begin experimentation with pendulum healing. Then I discovered the book called “Workbook New Dowsing” by Brigitta Schmidt. Her work provided detailed explanations of healing protocols, dowsing charts to determine factors such as radiesthetic colors, health stage, etc. and provided descriptions of pendulums created by herself and by Baj Pendulums. Most importantly her work introduced me to the idea that Negative Green indicated poor health and that pendulums could be used for distance healing. As I experimented with Schmidt’s healing protocols, I made novel observations, refined logical inconsistencies, and aligned pendulum healing with the earlier literature and modern scientific concepts. I also developed my own techniques, so that over time what I was doing began to differ greatly from what was presented by Schmidt (2016). As I developed my own system of pendulum healing people urged me to share my work so I gave a public lecture on the topic. During this lecture one audience member suggested I write a book, and I followed this suggestion producing my first ebook “How To Heal With A Pendulum.” Pendulum Healing Basics In case you are new to Pendulum Healing I am including this short “how to” to get you up and running. I recommend you read my book “Pendulum Healing” (Hunter 2015) but I realize that you may have come into possession of this book and not be able to obtain a copy of that book so I am including some brief instructions here. 1) Pendulum healing is not dowsing, i.e. You are not looking for answers. Instead you are using the pendulum to send verbal statements “commands” out into the world to act as thought-forms to influence reality and you are also using the pendulum to send energy which is mostly in the form of light to stimulate healing. 2) If possible obtain a suitable healing pendulum. Brass, wood and natural ceramics (i.e. natural clays) make the best healing pendulums. In a pinch you can spin your fingers; use the pointer and middle finger and close other fingers into a fist. Avoid crystal pendulums if possible, or if you must use one make sure to “clear the crystal” regularly so that it does not energetically cross contaminate those you are healing. 3) Healing pendulums are generally elongated in shape and have a pointed tip. The Orion and Hunter Healer are ideal healing pendulums. Other good designs are the Karnak,

Isis, and Osiris.

Karnak pendulum, Isis pendulum and Osiris pendulum 4) Simplest way to heal someone with a pendulum is to hold the healing pendulum over the person or over the part of the body needing healing and let the pendulum spin in circles until it stops spinning and starts to balance out by swinging side to side. With a pendulum like the Orion, or Hunter Healer instant relief will often be felt. 5) You can also use the pendulum to send a verbal command that states your healing intention. To do this come up with an intention, i.e. something you want to have happen, and then say it while holding the pendulum over a person, or over a piece of paper with the person’s name on it (witness card). After saying the command, the pendulum should spin and when it stops spinning and balances out by swinging side to side the command has been energized and sent. No further work with that particular command is needed.

6) Make pendulum commands aimed at increasing the probability of an event occurring, or to reach some desired outcome. If possible, also take actions after a pendulum healing to attain the results you asked for in the command. In regards to commands pendulum healing increases likelihood of outcome. In terms of energy you can repeat healing as needed, since the body of the person being healed may need another energetic boost. 7) Sample healing commands: “Remove any trauma.” “Raise vitality to the highest level possible.” “Increase will to live to highest level possible.” “Change the energy of every cell, tissue and organ of the person to Blue-Green (The color of vibrant health). “Increase consciousness to the highest level possible.” “Increase amount of love to highest level possible.” 8) Open

and close healing with a prayer and invocation of beneficial spiritual beings (e.g. God) 9) Turn the whole healing over to divine will by saying “This healing will help the person for their highest good and the highest good of all concerned.” 10) Always trust your work because doubt will cast a negative “spell “undoing the good healing work you have done. Trust that you were asked to help for a reason and that what you did was perfect. Healing can happen in many ways. Don’t limit it by thinking the healing didn’t work if you don’t see the results your ego wants. Trust the process. Before closing this chapter, I want to say a few words about dowsing since I won’t be discussing it elsewhere in this book. The simplest way to dowse is to use a chart. I like simple Yes/No charts where the Yes is on one side and the No is on another. You swing the pendulum between and see which side it goes to. It can be either Yesor No or Undecided. It is Undecided when it doesn’t go to any side, and that means more than one answer is correct, or there is no right answer, or you need to ask another question. Yes - No Another type of chart is a semi-circle which is just like the Yes/No chart in that you swing the pendulum towards the chart and see which direction it biases towards to get your answer.

The circle is different, though. In the case of a circular chart, you swing your pendulum over it, but you must allow your hand to intuitively move away from the center. When dowsing a circular chart, your hand will be naturally guided to bias the result in the direction of one side of the chart over the other sides. If you try to force your hand to keep the pendulum exactly in the middle, you will not get an accurate result.

When dowsing clear your mind and only dowse questions for which you don’t have a vested interest in getting a particular answer or the “correct” answer. You ideally should be completely neutral. If you want a certain answer, dowsing will give it to you because of your personal bias. Inconclusive results mean that there is more than one right answer, no right answer, or you need to ask different questions. In my experience dowsing is no more accurate than muscle testing, orusing your intuition. Choosethemethod you feelmostcomfortable to you when a pendulum healing routine calls for dowsing in the decision-making process. Chapter Summary Pendulum healing is not dowsing, even though the tools are the same. Pendulum Healing uses the pendulum as a healing instrument. Dowsing uses the pendulum as a tool to find answers. Pendulum healing appears to have its origins in France in the 1970’s and 1980’s. It does not appear to go back to ancient Egypt. Pendulum healing appears to work by 1) transmitting energy mostly in the form of light 2) transmitting thoughtforms that stimulate change. Dowsing is easiest if you have a chart. Different charts require different approaches to dowsing. Dowsing can be replaced by muscle testing, or using your intuition. Questions & Answers: Question:“Do you need a special pendulum for healing work? What about for dowsing?” Answer: Pendulum Healing requires specialized pendulums to get the best results. With dowsing you can use any type of pendulum since the energetics is not a factor. Question: How do you prepare yourself for a pendulum session? Answer: There are many ways to do it. Some people do a selfhealing, others perform a ritual or meditation to

connect with self or spirit. Do what helps you to relax and feel good. Question:“I trained my pendulum to respond to Yes/No. Can I still use it as a healing pendulum?” Answer: As long as it is a suitable pendulum for healing, training it will not affect its performance. When you train a pendulum, you are conditioning your muscles to give you a consistent response. It does nothing to the pendulum itself. You don’t need these responses for pendulum healing, so using your trained pendulum is no problem. Question: I have been working on a doing a pendulum command for three days now and the pendulum doesn’t spin anymore and only swings back and forth. What does that mean? Answer:It means you can’t send any more energy/thought-forms about this issue. It has reached “saturation.” Question: Can you just hold a pendulum over someone to stimulate healing without using commands? Answer: Any healing pendulum e.g. Isis, spiral, Orion, Hunter Healer, etc. will do healing work without commands if you just hold it over the body and let it spin. This is handy in many situations. If you hold it over a chakra it will normalize it without commands, if you hold it over an injury it will remove the trauma energy and make the injury go away, or heal faster. Many times I just use the Hunter Healer without words and scan the person until it gets to an energetic "hotspot" and I just let it spin until it balances out. Question: You said that it might be good to be distracted when the pendulum healing to avoid being attached to the outcome. You also said to let the mind go. Is this also true when these thoughts have nothing to do with the healing e.g. thinking about a song or someone else you like? Answer: Yes. You can let your mind go by being distracted. You don’t need to have a silent mind and perfect mental discipline is not required. Question: The pendulum spins forever when I am doing a healing. Is there any way to speed it up? Answer: Ask that your pendulum stop spinning at the ideal time for the person being healed. Do this before the healing session. Question: Can you use the pendulum with other healing modalities? Answer: Pendulum healing is meant to be used with other modalities. In fact, I openly tell people to do so. I also encourage people to combine it with modern medicine. The reason being is that while it can serve as a stand-alone and be effective, it almost always is effective as an amplifier and facilitator of change. Question: Can we use this modality to do mass healings? Answer: The answer is yes. Focus your pendulum work on healing details related to each situation that will most likely effect positive change. For example, there was recently a hurricane in Haiti and now many people are sick from contaminated water, so pendulum healing to help the people of Haiti get clean water would be an effective way to help. You can also always remove trauma, raise consciousness, increase levels of love and do emotional healing. Question: Does it matter what direction you are facing when you do a pendulum healing? I thought I read somewhere you should be facing east? Answer: That idea is based on a flawed understanding of Negative Green electromagnetic properties. I have never noticed a difference, but if you are doing pendulum magic certain directions have metaphysical significance and might be relevant to what you are doing. Question: Is it okay to pendulum heal daily for a particular issue, or am I sending doubting energies? Answer: I don’t recommend repeating the same command over and over. I usually do it once, maybe twice and that’s it. If you come up with a new command, or if the situation changes then make new commands to influence that situation, but it is unnecessary, or possibly even counterproductive, to do the same command over and over. Question: When doing a healing do you need to dowse for underlying factors or can you just do the healing? Answer: No you do not need to dowse for underlying factors. Sometimes diagnosing by dowsing can make things

worse because you are witnessing something you don't want thereby solidifying it. I only dowse to find healing solutions. I never dowse to diagnose anymore. Question: Do I need to use a witness card with my name on it for doing self-healing? Answer: Some people don't need the witness for self-healing. I rarely use it at this point. The key thing is this, which method makes you feel more confident in what you are doing? If the witness card makes you feel more confident it is more likely you will succeed. Question: Can I get a pendulum reading from you please? Answer:Honestly I don’t do that. Find your own answers. Don’t give your power away by asking other people to dowse for you. Question: “Is dowsing accurate?” Answer: Dowsing is highly subjective and some people are better at doing it than others. I have seen cases where dowsing was spectacularly wrong and other cases where it was correct. I personally feel good about doing some minimal amount of dowsing during a healing as long as it is to guide me in the next step of the healing. Even if my dowsing is incorrect, the person will receive healing which is beneficial. Question: Can someone in the same room affect my pendulum dowsing by thinking of a certain outcome? Answer: Yes, another person’s thoughts can influence the movement of a pendulum when dowsing. Literature Cited Arico A.F. 2016. Papyrus Column. Pendulum Healing Energetics The theory of pendulum healing presented here is based on my interpretation of Belizal & Morel (1976). In the simplest sense, the pendulum is proposed to be an object that is a transceiver (i.e., receiver and broadcaster) of electromagnetic energy. The shape of the pendulum and its interaction with the environment will determine what frequencies of electromagnetic energy it can detect and/or transmit. Most of this energy is in the form of light.

This is the foundation of pendulum healing; namely, that geometric shapes such as a ball, pendulum, or pyramid can not only detect electromagnetic energy, but can emanate it as well by interacting with electromagnetic energy in the environment. This electromagnetic energy is strong enough to have an effect on biological systems, but it is too subtle to detect with scientific instrumentation (Pers. obs., see also Belizal & Morel 1976). To vividly illustrate the concept of electromagnetic energy used in pendulum healing, I have correlated the scale of Belizal & Morel (1976) with the standard scale of electromagnetic energy as recognized by mainstream scientists.

It is important to note that for our purposes, this scale is continuous and creates a cycle or loop joined by White, Negative Green (Green-), and Black.

The circular version of the electromagnetic energy scale is unlike the scientific view of energy, which is linear, but is important because of the Hermetic conception of “As above so below” where energy correlates to cycles found in nature. Each “energy/color/color” correlates to a different month in the yearly cycle and, therefore, also reflects the “qualities” of the season it represents (see figure on following page).

For example, Red, Orange, and Yellow represent the energies of birth and new beginnings of the spring. Green represents rapid new growth of early summer, while BlueGreen represents the height of summer, a period of maximum vitality of life. Violet and UV represent the fall harvest and senescence as winter approaches. White is tota l reflectance, the last “burst” of vitality before winter sets in, heralding a period of dormancy, decline, and ultimately death. Just like we are taught in Eastern religions, there is reincarnation. The approaching death at the end of winter (Infrared) transitions into the energy of new life, Red, with the start of spring, and the cycle of life continues. This can also be extrapolated onto the human life cycle. Between the spring equinox and summer solstice, we have the energies of new growth and rebirth represented by the earliest stages of the human life cycle (egg, sperm, embryo, and fetus). Between the summer solstice and fall equinox, we have baby (Green), youth (Blue Green) and young adulthood (Blue). Then we have the period between the fall equinox (Violet) and the end of winter (Infra-Red), which is the entire span of adulthood. When translated into health, the energy of Green symbolizes rapid growth and division of cells characteristic of plants and growing children (also cancer in unhealthy individuals).

Blue-Green represents the energy of optimal health and is also reflective of the height of summer and the height of youth (which typically represents the period of greatest health of an individual). Blue, Violet, and UV represent relative good health simultaneously representing various stages of “decline” in health often correlated with aging, but not necessarily so (e.g., a healthy child could become ill; some older people are healthier than younger ones, etc.). It is interesting to note that Wilhe lm Reich’s orgone is said to be Blue in color. Reich also talked about how orgone generators worked better to restore health when located in nature, so this would mean a person in the machine would be saturated with Blue and Green energy (Blue+Green=Blue-Green) which pendulum healing claims is the optimal color of human health. White represents the attempts of the body to energetically fight off illness and is the energy right before decline of winter and the ending of the life cycle. This might be analogous to the supernova or explosion that marks the beginning of the end of the life of a star. Negative Green represents the start of winter and is a reversible transition towards death. If attempts made to heal are not successful, each proceeding energy/color (Black and Infra-Red) reflects a state closer to death and, ultimately, rebirth when the cycle restarts in the spring. For practical healing purposes, you can determine a person’s state of health by dowsing the energy/color wheel while asking what their overall energy/color is. For most people if you get Blue-Green it indicates optimal health. Any energy/color between Blue-Green and UV indicates relative health (e.g. Blue, Violet and Ultraviolet). White is the state before illness sets in. If you get anything between Negative Green and Infra-Red, it indicates health problems are starting or have taken hold. If a person is Negative Green, the health issue is less severe and illness is potentially reversible. This stage you can often see a return to good health over time, or with healing. If illness progresses to Black or Infrared, it indicates a more severe condition. Infra-red is the energy the body emanates before death. In addition to checking health status of a person, you can also check the energy/color of situations or processes. For example, if you have started a new business, it would likely have an energy/color of Spring (e.g. Red, Orange, Yellow) or energy/color of a rapid growth (Green). If something was coming to an end (e.g. a relationship) the energy/color would be Negative Green, Black, or Infrared. Now that we have discussed some of the background information, let us look at some of the implications of this for healing work. When a healer holds a pendulum over a person, the electromagnetic energy from the environment interacts with the pendulum and emanates from the pendulum onto the person being healed. This electromagnetic energy is mostly in the form of visible light (e.g. if using a pendulum that emanates White, it is reflecting all visible light), and it triggers a healing response. Pendulum healing is, therefore, a form of low-level light therapy (or lowlevel radiation therapy if Negative Green, Gamma, or Xray are used) similar to certain medical treatments where low levels of electromagnetic energy are used to promote a healing response (Pers. Obs.; See Huang, et al. 2009, and Scott 2014). It is interesting to note that the medical literature describes that low-level electromagnetic energy is more effective at promoting healing than high level electromagnetic energy. Given that pendulums are emanating energies that are very weak and almost undetectable from background energy, it fits nicely with the idea. The correlation between pendulum healing and low-level electromagnetic therapy is also a useful working hypothesis, because we can now have medically established guidelines on how to apply various energies towards healing diverse applications. For example, White makes a good allaround healing “energy/color,” because it provides a wide range of light frequencies that can stimulate the body to heal. Likewise, if you wanted to achieve a

certain objective, like wound healing, you could use a Universal Pendulum and set it to Infrared, since Infrared light has been shown in the medical literature to help with wound healing. The result of this connection is that pendulum healers now no longer have to rely on superstition or authority figures when wanting to know what energy to apply to various healing situations. Instead, they can consult the medical literature and look up what energy/colors of light are useful for various healing aspects, and then using a pendulum, attempt to replicate a cold laser treatment. This is a major step forward for having an evidence-based approach to pendulum healing that relies on science rather than dogma. Another valuable extension of this idea is that if pendulums operate with electromagnetic energy, it can help to explain how distance healing might work. One of the properties of light is that it is an information carrier, and it can also transfer the information “non-locally”, that is between two distant places that are seemingly not in contact with each other. For example, computer scientists are using light to send digital information around the world by sharing information between photons (light particles) that have no physical connection. The transfer of information by light could potentially explain the distance healing effect where a person using a pendulum can stimulate healing in another person who is not in direct physical contact with the pendulum healer who is located some distance away. The healing effect could be transmitted by the communication of light emanated from the pendulum of the healer with light being emitted from the body of the person who is being healed (in the form of biophotons- light produced by cells) causing a healing effect.

This could also potentially explain commands (i.e., healing statements pendulum) can have an effect. If the pendulum command could how pendulum healing made while holding a somehow be encoded into the light emanating from the pendulum, it could (by quantum entanglement) be transferred to another person’s biophotons (light generated by the cells of the body) and the information could be transferred from one person to another, even when they are at a great distance. This idea could also be a mechanistic explanation of the “thought-form” sensu

Besant & Leadbeater (1901), which appears to play a large role in the healing effect of pendulum work (i.e., the idea that words are alive can influence and change physical reality). Granted, no science literally backs up these hypotheses, but it is known scientifically that light can be entangled and transfer data, so it doesn’t seem outside the realm of possibility; although, at this point, it cannot bescientifically explained. Chapter Summary The energy/color wheel in pendulum healing literally represents electromagnetic energy, mostly in the form of very low-level visible light. Pendulums are transceivers; that is, they receive electromagnetic energy from the environment, alter it, and then emanate/broadcast energy. Pendulum healing is, therefore, a form of low-level light therapy, similar to that performed by medical doctors. Light emanating from the pendulum is hypothesized to be able to carry information and transmit it over distances, resulting in the effectiveness of pendulum commands and distance healing. The electromagnetic “energy/color” wheel illustrates the Hermetic axiom “As above, so below” by simultaneously illustrating the electromagnetic spectrum, the life cycle and stages of the health of man/woman, the seasons, reincarnation, and possibly the life cycle of stars. Questions & Comments From Students: Question:“If one dowses a yellow energy/color, what condition does that indicate?” Answer: If you are dowsing a person and it indicates their energy/color is yellow, it could indicate many things. To start, it is rare for this to happen, so, first, you want to rule out mistakes with the dowsing by practicing dowsing many people or living things. For example, most healthy trees should dowse Green if you ask what their energy/color is and most seemingly healthy young people will be Blue, etc. Assuming it is accurate, Yellow typically indicates the energy of a fetus. Are you in an advanced stage of pregnancy? If no, it could indicate that you are metaphysically “pregnant” with new ideas or new life about to be born. Depending on how you dowse, you might get answers that are metaphorical and not literal. This is especially true since the energy/color scale can be understood at many levels. Finally, are you wearing yellow clothing? Are you in a yellow room? Do you sleep in a bed with yellow sheets? Sometimes the energy from the environment can change your energy. This is well known in the cases of geopathic stress where socalled “black streams” and other geological anomalies expose a person to a particular electromagnetic energy, such as Black or Negative Green, causing the person to transform to those energies and emanate that energy/color resulting in serious health problems over time. Question: “İ have a question about the Bagua chart that is used for Feng Shui. According to the Bagua Chart, the energy/color of the south is Red, but the room of my house that corresponds to this dowses Blue on your energy/color scale. Which way is right for me? Answer: The energy/color scale of pendulum healing is completely independent of other metaphysical systems such as Bagua. I would treat them separately. The key thing to keep in mind is that the energy of your room can affect your health. Certain energy/colors like Blue, Green, Blue–Green, and White will be healthy, while energies of Black, Negative Green, and Infrared can be harmful to your health if you spend too much time in that room. So as long as achieving a certain Bagua energy/color doesn't cause your room to turn Black, Infrared, or Negative Green, you should be okay, even if the two systems show different energy/colors. Comment: “Before any healing session, I now use my pendulum to prepare. I have noticed a difference in the depth of the healing work. I think one of the keys for me is increasing my ability to receive and changing my energy/color to Blue-Green. As soon as I go through the Basic Pendulum healing preparation techniques, I can already feel the oncoming healing session's power. Hmm... maybe I am already healing myself before even beginning the session. What matters is, I have a powerful tool that is invaluable to me.

Reply: Great observation. Yes, you can do self-healing before a session, and changing your own energy/color to Blue-Green is a great way to prepare, because you will be energetically ready to do healing work. A final step could also be to do a self-healing to restore your energy and bring you to a healthy state. Question: “Another pendulum healing system I studied says that you should use the pendulum to change the person’s energy/color to Ultra-White, and that is the energy/color of health. Your system says BlueGreen. Can you explain why your system is different?” Answer: These are two different approaches to the same problem. If you change a person to “Ultra-white” (please note, I do not recognize this “energy”, I only recognize White) you are possibly making the full energy/color spectrum available so that the person can begin self-healing. I feel, however, it is better to attempt to transform the person to Blue-Green to bring them into resonance with the energy of health. Being at White means your cells, tissues, and organs are right on the razor’s edge between sickness and health (White transitions to Negative Green), a very precarious place. I feel it is better to try to stimulate someone to resonate with BlueGreen, because that encourages them “further into the zone of health,” farther away from Negative Green. That is why I say Blue-Green is the energy/color you should be aiming for when transforming a person during healing. Question:“What energy/color is the optimal one for homes and offices?” Answer: “Humans do well with full spectrum lighting.” You can ask that the room be“White” (i.e. all colors) or you could shift it to “Blue-Green” if healing is required. Question:“What is the best energy for a healing pendulum to emanate?” Answer: The best energy is White, the total reflectance of light. This is because the entire spectrum of visible light is available, stimulating various healing responses by the body. Negative Green is also a good color, but serves a different purpose than a White pendulum. White pendulums are used in an attempt to restore health. Green Negative pendulums can be used to either 1) give a mild shock to stimulate healing or 2) drive a process to termination so that regeneration occurs. So for everyday use White emanating pendulums are best, while Negative Green pendulums are for certain applications. Comment: “My mobile phone battery was not getting charged even though I plugged it in. I checked the energy/color of its battery, and it was Negative Green, so I did a healing on my phone and changed it to Blue-Green and increased its vitality too, and affirmed that the battery has been changed and now it is working and charging normally again.” Reply: How amazing is that? I urge everyone to experiment with healing and energies. You never know what surprises you might have. Question: “Hi, Erich. I am trying my hand at remote pendulum healing using the energy/color chart. The person who I am working has cancer and is testing both Green and Negative Green when I dowse to determine what energy is dominant. Why is this?” Answer: The reason you are getting both Green and Negative Green is because Green represents rapid cell growth of cancer, while Negative Green represents illness state of illness caused by the cancer. Question: “Would the energy/colors work well with specific issues one is facing in life other than medical healing issues? Say, financial problems, psychological/emotional issues, whatever.” Answer: Yes. Choose an energy/color relevant to what you are trying to achieve, and rather than sending the energy to a person, you send it toward your goal; e.g., growing a new business, infuse it with Green energy, the energy of new growth. Trying to end something that has run its course but won’t end? Try to infuse it with Negative Green or Black or Infrared in that order to prepare it for death and rebirth. So think of things in those terms: Beginnings, endings, maintaining, etc. Use energy/colors that way instead of just for health. Question: What if the energy of a room is White light? Is it still ok? Answer: White light is good. It is the full spectrum of light that your body can access for healing. I would be

concerned if the room tested Black or Negative Green. Question: Do pendulums emanate more than one type of light? Answer: Yes, especially pendulums that emanate White since White contains the full spectrum of light and some Negative Green. Question: When I asked my pendulum to indicate what my energy was, I got Green+. I was not expecting this because I am 61 years old and I am obviously not a growing child. Answer: The literal meaning could indicate cancer. The metaphorical meaning is that you are undergoing a new phase of growth metaphysically/spiritually. Based on what you told me in previous conversations, I think it is the latter. Question: Do you recognize BG3 and Higher Harmonic energies talked about in Biogeometry? Answer: No. I have a fundamentally different take on the subject of energy. Biogeometry does not consider the energy from shapes to be literally electromagnetic. I do. Because of this, our vocabularies and concepts are not compatible, even when we use the same terminology. Literature Cited Belizal A. & P. A. Morel 1976. Negative Green Negative Green is a concept from Leon Chaumery and Andre Belizal, and it is not a scientifically recognized form of electromagnetic energy. The discoverers of Negative Green stated that it has the shortest wavelength and highest energy of any form of electromagnetic energy (Belizal & Morel 1976; Chaumery and Belizal 1976). If this hypothesis is correct, Negative Green would be referred to as a form of ionizing radiation, more powerful than gamma rays and x-rays. The first question is: How can we know that Negative Green exists? As stated in the chapter on energy, emanations of energy from devices like pendulums are so subtle that measuring the energy directly is very difficult or impossible. Belizal and Morel (1976) tried to get around this problem by using film badge dosimeters (photographic film to detect ionizing radiation) to detect the presence of radioactive particles, but it is not clear if what they observed was from the Negative Green produced by their machines, or if it was from background radiation, since their laboratory was not a controlled environment. They also claimed that Negative Green produced by their machines had physical effects as well with the most extreme being the killing of cancerous tissues, mummification of foodstuffs, and the cauterization of severed limbs. They also claimed that their colleague, Chaumery, died of exposure to Negative Green (Belizal & Morel 1976); however, all these claims are unverified, could be due to misinterpretation, correlation instead of causation, or error, and have not been independently verified by other investigators. The second line of evidence for Negative Green comes from the use of specialized pendulums to dowse for the presence of Negative Green. These include the Virtual Cone Pendulum of Belizal & Morel (1976) and various devices created by Dr. Karim for Biogeometry. By setting these devices, it is claimed that you can learn to detect Negative Green. My experiments with these devices leads me to believe that any results gotten are subjective and prone to experimenter bias. In my opinion, the strongest evidence for Negative Green comes from direct observation of the effects caused by certain types of pendulums that are generally said to produce Negative Green. For example, when I hold a Negative Green-producing pendulum like a Karnak or an Osiris over my hand, I can feel a distinct sensation that is unlike the sensation of a pendulum claimed to emanate White, like the Isis. While this is not definitive proof of the existence of Negative Green, it does seem to be enough evidence to use the concept of Negative Green as a working hypothesis. Much is made of the differentiation between the horizontal and vertical aspects of the Negative Green electromagnetic waveform (Karim 2010), but as discussed in the chapter on energy, I think this distinction is invalid, since these two energies cannot exist independently in nature (i.e., electric waves always generate magnetic waves). Like other forms of electromagnetic energy, Negative Green is claimed to be a carrier wave (Belizal & More 1976) and is often referred to as a spiritual carrier wave (Karim 2010). I have found no evidence for or against this assertion and consider it to be an unverified hypothesis. Metaphysical qualities of Negative Green are representative of the Hermetic correspondence of this energy with the winter solstice; therefore, it energetically represents the onset of winter and the start of the process of death. Metaphysically, this is profound, because death is the point of contact of soul/self-consciousness/the true self with the Godhead, and is part of the cycle of reincarnation. The Egyptians are credited with the discovering and harnessing of Negative Green in their best art and architecture, and since their culture seems to be centered on the spiritual aspects of death and the afterlife, this makes sense. Based on Belizal & Morel (1976), large doses of Negative Green appear to be harmful. In small doses, however, it seems to have a beneficial effect (personal observation, Schmidt 2016). In this sense, Negative Green appears to act in alignment with the process called “hormesis,” where small doses of ionizing radiation are said to have a beneficial effect, while large doses are known to be harmful (Luckey 2006); although this idea is controversial in mainstream medicine (see Seong et al., 2016). If the dosage of Negative Green energy is important, the question becomes: What is a large dose versus a small

dose? To start, any doses coming from a pendulum-type object are going to be small, because they are below the threshold levels that can be detected by Geiger counters (Belizal & Morel 1976). Another way to approximate dosage is to look at effects of the devices said to produce Negative Green. Chaumery, Belizal, and Morel made relatively large machines to generate Negative Green to produce the effects they described. In pictures of their laboratory, at least one device was at least 10 feet in length and at least 2 feet wide. All of their devices were at a large scale. These devices also had the claimed ability to produce radiation burns on human skin, mummify foods, and cauterize open wounds, indicating a very powerful emanation. These sorts of instruments can be considered to produce relatively high doses of Negative Green, which would be unsafe with prolonged exposure. In contrast, a pendulum is relatively small compared to the Negative Green-producing machines of Chaumery, Belizal, and Morel. Pendulums also do not have the effects ascribed to these machines (e.g., a pendulum cannot cauterize a limb or produce radiation burns on the skin), so a Negative Green emanating pendulum would seem to represent a low dose; albeit, there is no objective way to determine this. Pendulum healers have used Negative Green pendulums for decades with no apparent negative impact on their health and with good results on improving the health of those they treat. So at these lower doses, when produced by objects like pendulums, Negative Green seems to be safe and beneficial. If you have any concern about using Negative Green pendulums, take the following precautions: 1) Belizal & Morel (1976) state that all harmful effects of Negative Green can be neutralized with Green. You can expose yourself to Green by using a Universal pendulum or by simply going outside to a lush area with lots of growing plants. Large trees also produce Green, so resting against a large tree can also help neutralize Negative Green. 2) Limit your exposure.Don’tcarryNegativeGreenpendulums in your pocket or wear them as jewelry, and don’t spend hours a day using them for healing work. Use them on an as-needed basis, and then store them in a place away from where spend a lot of time (e.g., don’t store them next to your bed or at your work desk). Some people say you need to disassemble these pendulums to neutralize them, but I have found that, in most cases, this doesn’t work. Even disassembled they will generate Negative Green. Healing applications of Negative Green are many, but one area where it is most suited is to initiate a death process that leads to healing. Since Negative Green represents the energy of the winter solstice, it is the energy of the first stages of death, but it is also a transforming and preserving force for living things that go dormant in winter and a transformative force in that what survives winter is reborn vigorously in the spring. Interestingly, these qualities can also be ascribed to the Hindu God Shiva, "The Creator, the Preserver, the Transformer, and the Destroyer" (Zimmer & Campbell 1972). Negative Green is used to heal by stimulating a death sequence, metaphorical or literal, that results in a rebirth and spring. This contrasts with the use of Blue-Green energy used for healing, which heals by reversing the death process and bringing the person being healed back to the energy of youth, causing revitalization. Another use of Negative Green is to stimulate healing by a process called hormesis: an adaptive response to stress whereby a low dose of toxic substance strengthens cells and stimulates healing. Given this knowledge, some practical applications of Negative Green are: 1) Treatment of cancers. Since cancer cells are immortal, treatment focuses on teaching these cells how to naturally die and encourages them to begin apoptosis (cell death). It also stimulates healthy cells to toughen and initiate a healing response. 2) Healing terminal patients so that they can more easily embrace the coming journey of death by going through the process more consciously and with less energetic baggage that could cause them to resist death and become stuck on Earth as earthbound spirits or ghosts, etc. If a patient is terminally ill, Negative Green will either have the effect of stimulating healing (possibly producing remission), or it will help them to let go and gracefully accept the process of dying. This sounds controversial to

people brought up in Western cultures where it is taught to fear death, but in other cultures, the process of death is an important transition and is something that can be accepted with grace as an important part of our personal evolution and the ultimate act of healing, since it results in union with the Godhead (e.g. see Villoldo 2000). 3) The ending of any process, be it a pain, an illness, a bad relationship, etc., can sometimes be a better way to heal than restoration. When using Negative Green, realize you are generally using it to end processes, not to restore them. Sometimes attempts at restoration will prolong the problem, because you are artificially keeping it alive and not letting it end. 4) It can act as a natural and gentle form of banishing similar to banishing of magical practice in that something is being made to go away, but is subtler in that you aren’t forcing the banishment. Rather, you are energetically encouraging the process to end (die), so whatever you want gone leaves. Negative Green energy is an important tool for pendulum healers and it is important to learn to respect its potency and understand its effects to maximize the benefits of its use. Too much irrational fear has been generated about the use of Negative Green in the pendulum healing community. It is hoped that this brief chapter will stimulate discussion and further research into the safe use of this energy for healing. Chapter Summary Negative Green is a hypothesized form of electromagnetic energy representing the shortest wavelength, highest energy form of ionizing radiation. The evidence for Negative Green is mostly indirect, or based on its observable qualities, and it has not been scientifically verified. Negative Green Hermetically represents the winter solstice and is the energy that stimulates the first stages in the process of dying. Negative Green is used to heal by either stimulating a death sequence, metaphorical or literal, that results in a rebirth, or by hormesis whereby low dose of a toxic energy strengthens cells and stimulates healing response. Questions & Answers: Question: “What is the difference between horizontal or vertical polarized Negative Green?” Answer: The difference between horizontal and vertical Negative Green is due to an error in understanding. You correctly added the word "polarization," which is missing from discussions of this topic by others. You cannot isolate an electric wavelength from a magnetic wavelength, so when they talk about vertical electric and magnetic wavelengths of Negative Green, this is a scientifically impossible idea. You are correct, though, that it can be polarized and, hence, have a different orientation. Question: Why would you use a Negative Green pendulum instead of a White pendulum when doing healing work? Answer: There are two basic strategies to underlying pendulum work. Strategy: 1. Use a white pendulum and command it to turn color to Blue-Green in an attempt to reverse the process causing illness and to a restore a person to a state of health (BlueGreen energy). 2. Use a Negative Green pendulum to stimulate the termination of the process causing the illness, which will result a rebirth process that restores health. So the White pendulums are used for stimulating restoration to an earlier state of health, while the Negative Green pendulums are used to stimulate a process to continue forward to “death” resulting in rebirth that restores health. These are two fundamental strategies of pendulum healing. Question: Why do cats love spots where negative green

is? Answer: I don’t think this is a true statement. Cats are mammals and all mammal’s ideal energy of cells, tissues and organs is Blue- Green wavelength of light. Cat’s may be attracted to Negative Green in an attempt to heal their owners, or shield them from harmful energies. Question: How do you turn off Negative Green on a pendulum? Answer: You can't. I discovered that all pendulums make small amounts of Negative Green, but other energies usually mask it. In fact, all round or elongated objects (e.g. balls, long wooden boards, in the environment etc.) will also make Negative Green when interacting with the environmental energy. So we are always exposed to small amounts of it as background radiation. The problem comes from massive exposure. Unless you are using giant pendulums the size of telephone poles that can cause radiation burns on your skin, there is no need to worry about exposure to Negative Green from pendulums. Minimal precautions with pendulums like the Karnak or Osiris pendulum that emanate more concentrated Negative Green than other pendulums is sufficient. Just don’t carry them all day in your pocket or wear them as jewelry or keep them in a place where you be near them for many hours a day. Even that is just to be overly cautious. Universal Pendulum The Universal Pendulum of Belizal, Chaumery, and Morel represents the entire theory of pendulum energetics in a physical form. It has two discontinuous scales to allow for the detection and/or transmittance of different parts of the electromagnetic spectrum. These scales can be most easily read on the equator of the pendulum. The first scale represents the electromagnetic energy that bounds visible light. It reads as follows:

Scale 1 Abbreviation Energy Modern Correspondence UV V I B G Y O Ultraviolet Ultraviolet Violet Violet Indigo Blue Blue Blue-Green (Cyan) Green Green Yellow Yellow Orange Orange Scale 2 Abbreviation BK Explanation of Term Black Absorption of Light GNegative Green Shortest Wavelength Highest Energy W White Reflection of Light

In Scale 2 there are Greek letters, but a literal reading of Belizal & Morel (1976) proves that their explanation of what energies these represent is nonsensical if you logically read their scale as going from highest energy, shortest wavelength to lowest energy, longest wavelength as follows:

So while Belizal & Morel (1976) indicate that x-rays, gamma rays and radio waves are indicated by the Greek letters between Black and White, this is not logically possible, and the scale above is the correct layout of energies on the Universal Pendulum. Here is the scale in a circular format:

Negative Green is a special kind of energy that is not recognized by scientists but seems to have a unique place in the spectrum. It is bound by Black and White, which could represent black and white holes in stellar evolution (the loss and source of energy and matter in the Universe) fitting for a special cosmic energy like Negative Green. Belizal & Morel (1976) never explained what White and Black are for, so we will ultimately never know what they intended. Given the Hermetic nature of the scale of energies, however, an analogy to cosmic evolution seems highly likely since the evolution of the Universe is based on energy. The Universal Pendulum was designed to be a transceiver of electromagnetic energy (Belizal & Morel 1976). During this period of time, the Western world was just coming into the age of electronics, having invented the nuclear bomb in the 1950s, and the widespread use of electrical equipment was happening in all areas of life. The discovery of electromagnetic energy via dowsing was meant to give these investigators a way to detect subtle electromagnetic energy that scientific equipment could not detect, like geopathic stress areas that create cancer zones of the Earth, and nuclear fallout remnants that, while undetectable to instruments like Geiger counters, could still harm human health (Belizal & More 1976). This is partly why the Universal Pendulum has three scales. The first scale is on the equator and represents both the electric and magnetic waves of the electromagnetic spectrum. The other two scales are longitudinal and represent the electric aspect of the electromagnetic waveform and the magnetic aspect of the waveform (marked by a copper pin where it crosses the equator).

Belizal & More (1976) claimed that electromagnetic energy could exist as separate pure electric and pure magnetic waves. This, however, goes completely against all modern understanding of electromagnetism, which states that electric and magnetic waves always occur together in nature. Karim (2010) uses their idea of separate electric and magnetic wavelengths as the basis for the hypothesis that there are harmful vertical, or electric, wavelengths of Negative Green. This is called into question, however, given the fact stated above. Also, much emphasis has been given by others to using the correct axis of the Universal Pendulum when using it as a transmitter because of this belief that different axes represent different aspects of the electromagnetic spectrum. Given the above realization that electric and magnetic waves cannot be separated, means that, in practice, it doesn’t matter what axis one uses for transmittance with the Universal Pendulum because they are all functionally the same. Given this fact, using the equator of the pendulum is the most convenient way to set the pendulum to a particular energy and it is the preferred axis to use for healing work. In terms of using the Universal Pendulum for healing, it is actually quite easy. 1) You set the energy you want to transmit by sliding the string over the bow until it rests on the center. 2) Next, you turn the bow until the string is directly on top of the energy you want to transmit. In this case it was changed from Yellow to Green (G+).

3) You then hold the pendulum by the third knot on the string and let it spin over the person, or witness card, until it balances out. You can also just set it to an energy and let it sit for a while and it will broadcast that energy into the room.

Use the table provided as a guide to setting the pendulum for healing applications.

Chapter Summary The Universal Pendulum can be used to transmit a wide range of energies of the electromagnetic energy spectrum. The idea that electric and magnetic waveforms can be separated is not supported by science. Medical literature on low-level electromagnetic therapy can guide healing work with the Universal Pendulum. Questions & Answer: Question:“What would be a basic healing protocol to use with a Universal pendulum?” Answer: Choose energies/colors based on what the person needs (e.g., use Red or Infra-Red for wound healing, Ultra-Violet for skin issues, etc.). Once finished, use Green to neutralize Negative Green and then use Blue (Cyan) to bring the person into resonance with the energy of health to complete the healing. Literature Cited Belizal A. & P. Emotional Healing with a Pendulum When doing healing work, you will often encounter issues that have an underlying emotional component resulting in problems with the health, finances, relationships, or other aspects of a person’s life. Unless these emotional issues are addressed, healing will not occur. The mainstream approach to emotional healing is psychotherapy, also known as talk therapy. While this form of professional treatment is very valuable, it cannot address the underlying “energies” of emotions, also known as “thought-forms” (sensu Besant & Leadbeater, 1901). Thought-forms are described as being powerful thoughts and emotions that have become trapped in the aura as ethereal entities influencing various aspects of the person’s life (Besant & Leadbeater, 1901. Master Choa Kok Sui, 2000). Emotional healing with pendulums is meant to provide a methodical way to discover and then stimulate the healing of emotions by addressing them at the “energetic level.” It works directly with the “energies” of the emotions and does not rely on talk therapy to help a person to heal. The implications of this is that the method has broad applications to people and even groups of people who cannot, or otherwise would not, speak about the emotional problems they have. For example, you can do emotional healing on people who have suffered trauma and cannot speak about what happened for fear of reliving the memories. You can also use it on beings who can’t speak, like babies and pets. Another use of the technique is to heal organizations or groups of people who are having conflict but cannot be brought together to talk. The possibilities are endless, and the application will only be limited by your creativeness in applying the technique. With that said, an explanation of the method will follow. The basic technique of emotional healing only requires a limited knowledge of pendulum healing and dowsing. The first step is to learn how to use your pendulum to dowse and get “Yes” or “No” answers to your questions. There are several ways to do this. The simplest way is to write “Yes” and “No” on a sheet of paper, then invoke higher power or your higher consciousness for guidance, and then swing your pendulum in a straight line between the “Yes” and “No.” Then watch and see which side the pendulum swings towards. Don’t put much thought into it, and don’t second guess yourself. The pendulum should swing towards either “Yes” or “No” right away. If it swings in the middle, that means either there is no answer, or both answers are correct, or your mind isn’t clear, or your question is wrong. If you don’t get a clear “Yes” or “No,” try clearing your mind or changing your question. It is important to point out that you do not need to have psychic ability for this technique to work. Yes No Another way to achieve the same result is to ask your pendulum (after invoking higher power/consciousness) to “Show me a yes,” and then wait to see what direction your pendulum swings. Once you have determined what “Yes” looks like, ask it to, “Show me a No,” and then determine what “No” looks like. Don’t second guess yourself by asking lots of questions for which you already know the answers. Just trust in the first result you get and move forward even if you have doubt. If you don’t feel comfortable with dowsing for “Yes” and “No,” you can also use muscle testing to achieve the same result. There are many ways to do this, but one of the handiest ways I know of is to press your tongue against the roof of your mouth. To figure out the “Yes” and “No” using this method, ask, “Show me a yes,” then press your tongue to the roof of your mouth. It will most likely feel strong and rigid. Then ask, “Show me a No,” and press your tongue against the roof of your mouth again. It should feel weak and collapse. (Please note that some people may have it reversed, so just use what works for you). I have set up the protocol for dowsing, but feel free to use muscle testing if you want.

Once you have a system of determining “Yes” or “No” that works for you, it is time to move on to the actual healing procedure. Say a person comes to you with a complaint that requires healing. It could be a physical complaint or an emotional complaint. It could be a problem with relationships or even finances. The first step is to dowse the chart to see if it is an issue that requires emotional healing. If emotional healing is required proceed. If it is not, use another healing protocol. This step is very important, because sometimes emotional healing is not required for what, on the surface, seems to be an emotional issue; while some issues that don’t seem to be emotional have an emotional component. For example, a person could feel depressed due to physical pain and emotional healing would be of little help. On the other hand, a person might claim to feel emotionally well, yet have a physical problem, like lower back pain, that has an emotional cause. So it is always important to check first and see if emotional healing is required before starting the treatment. Once it is determined that emotional healing is required, it is important to determine if the higher self/higher consciousness of the person you are helping is willing to receive the healing from you. This is a vital step, because even though the person asked you for healing, subconsciously they may be resistant to your healing efforts. You need to determine what blocks, if any, the person has to receiving your help. Ask the following question to yourself while dowsing the Yes No chart: “Is person emotionally ready to receive healing from me?” If you get a No this is the starting point of the healing. If you get a Yes proceed to the issue that requires emotional healing. Don’t literally ask the person. Dowse for an answer to check it energetically/telepathically. Now that you know you can work with the person, you have to discover what pathological emotions are underlying the issue and what emotions are needed to stimulate healing. To do this efficiently, I have created a list of emotions that can cause difficulties and indicated emotions that can be used to stimulate healing.

List of pathological emotions with corresponding healing emotion. Anger-Calm Alienation-Acceptance Anxiety-Ease Disgust-Neutrality Fear-Secure Guilt-Healthy Ego, Hubris-Humility Indecisiveness-Decisive Sadness-Contentment Shame-Self-love It is important to note that these pathological emotions are not intrinsically harmful, but that they can become harmful if trapped as “thought-forms” in the person’s auric field. For example, anger is a healthy emotion if expressed in biologically/behaviorally appropriate circumstances or to create a protective boundary, but it becomes harmful when expressed continually or for no real reason or in inappropriate circumstances. An example of this

would be a person who is angry about an event that happened years ago, long after the initial event is over. Realize that the emotions in the chart are only problematic when they become pathological. The goal of the healing is not to stop people from feeling emotions, but rather to help them move on by energetically processing emotions that have become pathological. I will now illustrate the entire healing technique with an example: Say a person comes to you for lower back pain. You test and determine that the back pain has an emotional component that requires healing. You check and the person is emotionally ready to receive healing from you. Now you go to the chart of pathological emotions and use your dowsing to determine the primary emotion underlying back pain. Command: “What is the primary emotion causing the back pain?” You dowse and get Anxiety from the chart. The next step is to find the healing emotion from the list under the chart. The healing emotion for Anxiety is Ease. So now you know that the emotion required for healing is Ease. Now you have to figure out where this feeling of Anxiety came from by looking at the healing chart. This is to help you pinpoint the thought-form in the space-time continuum so that you can energetically influence it.

“Current” on the c hart means it is emotional issue going on right now and does not extend far back in time. “This Life Past” means that it happened during this lifetime but it is not current. It could have been at conception, birth, childhood, early adulthood, etc. “Past Life” means the Emotional came into the field during a past lifetime. I have discovered that it is not important to determine how many lifetimes ago it showed up. When doing the clearing statement with the pendulum ask that it be released for all lifetimes. “Generational” means that it is passed on from one generation to the next along a family line. If you get that it is a generational issue, you ask which side of the family it came from, but you don’t need to determine how many generations back it goes. Just ask that all generations be healed forward and backward in time. Once you have determined what the harmful emotion is, when it showed up, and what the healing emotion is, you release the harmful emotion with the following pendulum command: “(Name of person) releases____________________ (pathological emotion) now.” If you feel the need to yawn, do so, because it helps the person you are healing to release the negative emotion. Once the pendulum stops spinning and balances out by swinging side to side indicating you are finished, take the positive healing emotion and say the following: “(Name of person) experiences_____________________ (healing emotion) now.” Once the pendulum stops swinging and balances out, give the healing a few minutes to settle in and then ask the following: “Are there any other emotions to work on for the healing of this issue (state issue)?”

If you get a “Yes,” then repeat the whole process, starting on the emotion list, to determine what is the next emotion underlying the problem. D on’t be surprised if you have to repeat it several timesin a session. Note: You do not need to start at the very beginning, i.e. “Is person emotionally ready to receive healing from you?” Assume that they are ready. Keep working on the issue itself. If you get a “No,” you can stop doing the emotional healing with pendulums work. It may take several sessions to work on an issue. Many emotional problems are like an onion in the sense that you peel away one layer and another layer appears. If you are working with a problem that has many layers, consider doing the healing over the course of several sessions. Get to a stopping point, wait and then work on it again. Sometimes the issue will resolve itself once a few layers are removed with your healing efforts and the person has a chance to process the issue. If you find that your efforts aren’t helping to resolve a problem, it could be a problem with your dowsing. Try to see if you have any biases or a strong desire to achieve a certain outcome. If you do have a bias, then try the healing again after making an effort to attain a detached attitude towards the healing work, or ask another healer to help you. Here are some final notes on the technique. It works well with beings who can’t talk, so try experimenting with animals. Cats, dogs, and horses have responded well to the technique. Also babies, and people who are unable to speak, etc. can also be helped. You can also use the technique to healing emotions of organizations, communities, and other groups of people. Just substitute the individual with the group and address the group concern. You can also use it to heal the energy of places, e.g. a house, or substances like water. When you are finished using emotional healing with pendulums protocol it can help to finish the healing by harmonizing the relationships between the person receiving the healing and others. The command is: “Harmonize the relationships between x and y by neutralizing any negative thoughts, emotions, and memories transforming them into neutral thoughts, emotions and memories.” This can help to reduce the possibility of old emotional memories triggering the person. It also allows people to heal relationships by removing the “charge”, while not neutralizing the memory of what happened. Therefore, the person can make an informed decision about reviving the relationship or not without bias. Chapter Summary Emotions are often the hidden cause s of people’s problems in potentially all aspects of a person’s life (e.g., health, relationships, finances, other aspects of life). Emotional healing with pendulums technique is a nonverbal way of healing emotional issues of people and other sentient beings (e.g., animals). You follow a step-by-step protocol to determine what emotions are causing problems and what emotions are needed to be introduced to stimulate healing. You do not need to talk to people verbally about the emotional issues you discover. In fact, it is better to avoid getting involved in dialogue about it unless you are a trained psychotherapist. The results of emotional healing can be very dramatic and help people to heal longstanding issues that could not be healed using other modalities. Questions & Answers Question:“Do we ask the question in the beginning of the healing to the person out loud? Answer: I recommend that you don’t literally ask the person if they are emotionally ready for the healing but to instead telepathically ask their higher consciousness and get an answer using your dowsing system or Yes/No response system. A person might become confused if you literally ask them, because they might say, “Well, I am

here, aren’t I?” The problem is that a person’s conscious mind has defense mechanisms, and a person will often not be emotionally available in order to protect themselves even when seeking help. That is why this work is best done telepathically. Luckily, it doesn’t require psychic ability. Anyone with an open mind can do it. It is just a matter of trusting yourself and being open to whatever answers you get trusting the process. Question:“I don’t trust my dowsing answers. How do I know if I am getting accurate results?” Answer: The answer is to let go of any desire to get a correct result. Trust that any answer you get is the correct. You can also keep your results private so that you won’t be subject to skepticism or criticism from the person you are healing. This will protect the integrity of your dowsing and also let you feel safe to be open to answers that don’t make sense or are seemingly strange but could result in healing. One time I was doing this work, and I told the person that in a past life they had experienced Alienation. The person scoffed at me and told me thatwas ridiculous that they didn’t believe in past lives. Needless to say, it was difficult for me to proceed with the healing, because the person had effectively blocked receiving the information and made me doubt my confidence. After this, I started keeping my results private, only sharing what I thought would help the person to heal and not undermine my confidence in doing the healing. Question:“What do I do if a person wants to tell me their life story and all their problems? I am not a psychotherapist.” Answer: “Listen with empathy, but don’t become entangled in the story, and don’t provide them with a therapy session. Acknowledge that you heard them, and thank them for sharing, then proceed to do your work. It is best not to get involved too much in the story they are telling you. In many cases, the story will have nothing to do with the root cause of the problem, and it can distract you from getting at the real issue. Also, there are ethical and legal concerns if you act in the role of a psychotherapist without training and licensure, so don’t do it. Just do the energy healing part. Recommend they see a therapist to talk about the issues, if necessary. All you can do is listen and acknowledge that you heard them. Question:“I have never healed an animal before. I don’t know if I feel comfortable communicating with them telepathically.” Answer: Healing animals is a great way to help other living beings and to cultivate good karma, so I encourage you to try it if you never have done so before. Regarding telepathic communication, that is the principal way that animals communicate with humans. I was skeptical until I had some experiences that confirmed this for me. So please keep an open mind and be ready to be pleasantly surprised. Question:“I am yawning all the time when I do this work. What is going on?” Answer: Yawning is a way to release. You are acting as a surrogate for the person you are doing the healing for. If the person is with you in the room, they will probably yawn; but when you are doing a distance healing, it is likely you will yawn instead. Try to encourage this as much as possible. Yawning helps to move the energy and make the healing more successful. Question:“Can emotional healing protocol help a schizophrenic patient?” Answer: You need to follow the protocol and ask, "Is this an issue I can help using the emotional healing method?" If you dowse and get “Yes,” go ahead. If you dowse and get “No,” then don't use the method. That is what is nice about emotional healing; you never know, based on a description of the case, if it will help or not. You have to check on a case-by-case basis. For example, a person might come to you with a problem that seems emotional, like depression, but it could be due to physical causes, like chronic pain. Likewise, a person might come to you with a seeming physical problem, like back pain, that is strongly influenced by emotions. So you have to check on a case-by-case basis before you start a healing by asking, "Is this something I can help using the emotional healing protocol?” Question:“Wouldpendulum emotional healing break generational chains or contracts made by ancestors? I think

one of the root causes of emotional distress comes from previous lives.” Answer: You use the emotional healing technique to heal both current and past generations of issues that are passed on in families (see chapter on past lives). Please note, you can release the person of contracts without the emotional technique. Just use the pendulum and ask the person’s higher power to release the person of all contracts now and for all time. Literature Cited Besant, A & C. W. Leadbeater 1901. Thought-Forms. Pendulum Magic There are many definitions of magic and many types of magical operations. Occult magic, however, seems to all concern one thing: Using paranormal means to increase the likelihood of a desired outcome. My operational definition of magic is: Actions to increase the likelihood of a desired outcome using paranormal means. Paranormal means beyond scientific understanding. It doesn’t mean it is fantasy or make believe. It means that either scientists don’t understand it yet, or scientists refuse to acknowledge it in spite of scientific evidence. Two important points need to be noted about this definition. The first one is that magic is probabilistic, not deterministic. The primary goal of magic is to increase the chance of something occurring, not to make it happen per se. This definition of magic has its roots in the cutting edge scientific understanding that consciousness can affect reality (see Radin 2013; Braud 2003) and explains why sometimes magic doesn’t “work.” If the probability of something happening is zero, magic probably won’t affect it; albeit, miracles do happen sometimes, so it is always worth giving it a try. Magic is, therefore, a way to make something more likely to happen. This gives the magician an advantage to influence a system that could either go in favor of the magician or in another direction, since as Gurdjieff’s “Law of Octaves” (Ouspensky 1971) demonstrates human affairs tend to go on their own course unless conscious shocks are used to influence the system and give it directionality. These shocks can be spells cast by a mage that increase the probability of a favorable outcome from themagician’s perspective. The second important point hinted at above is that, ultimately, magic is rooted in science. Throughout history, magic and science have always had an uneasy relationship. Early scientists practiced magic, but so did clergy. As science progressed, it wanted to cast off its magical aspects in order to make a “Devils deal” with the Catholic Church to allow scientists to do their research without the Church getting in the way. To do this, scientists became the Grand Inquisitors of the materialism in an attempt to police themselves so that the church would not interfere with their scientific studies. Unfortunately, scientists “threw the baby out with the bath water” when they got rid of “magic,” and they trapped themselves in a materialist paradigm that quantum physics and consciousness research threatens to upend. Today’s magic is tomorrow’s scien ce. This is clear when you read early magic books like Agrippa’s Occult Philosophy (Agrippa et. al. 1992) which are, essentially, early science texts. Concepts like magnetism that were once considered magic are now within the parlance of science. Likewise, I believe that psi and other phenomenon which are considered magical will ultimately become accepted by science (see Sheldrake 2012). Now that some initial groundwork has been established, we will go into the main topic of the chapter, Pendulum Magic. Pendulum Magic: The use of a pendulum to increase the likelihood of a desired outcome. Where it fits into the system of magic is as a technique at a similar level of classification as other magical techniques like Sigil magic of Austin Spare (see Frater 2012). It can be used as a standalone, or it can be incorporated into any system of magic to increase the probability of success in the magical operations. They two key elements of pendulum magic are the circular movements of the pendulum (or your fingers) and a formulated verbal spell or pendulum command.

Circles are ubiquitous in Western magic and are considered to have esoteric properties, including magical protection. I, however, see the circular outline created by the pendulum, or spinning fingers, as making the shape of a egg cell which will be fertilized with thoughts to give birth to a thought-form (Besant & Leadbeater 1901) which is the spell. Once the spell is cast, it will attempt to come to life and enliven itself in the astral world, subsequently influencing our reality. The swing of the pendulum also creates a cone shape, which is comparable to the cone of power (or raising the power) of Neopaganism, which is considered a vitalizing component to give the energy required to successfully cast a spell (Grimassi 2012). The pendulum itself or fingers, therefore, symbolically represent the masculine phallus, the spell is the semen, and the circular shape outline by movement the egg that, once fertilized, will implant in the astral world and either grow or not grow viably depending on numerous variables. Another way to view the circle and cone shape created by the pendulum is to interpret it esoterically as the demarcation of sacred space. This view is reflected by the following quotes from Mircea Eliade (1987). For the mountain-like cone shape created by the pendulum: “The mountain expresses the connection between heaven and earth; hence it is believed to be at the center of the world.” For the circle shape demarcated by the pendulum: “For it is the break effected in space that allows the world to be constituted…When the sacred manifests itself in any hierophany, there is not only a break in the homogeneity of space; there is also revelation of an absolute reality… In the homogeneous and infinite expanse, in which no point of reference is possible and hence no orientation can be established, the hierophany reveals an absolute fixed point, a center… equivalent to the creation of the world.” No matter how it is interpreted, the movement of the pendulum has occult properties with extremely potent symbolism. Pendulum Magic: The 6-Step Process I know you’re excited to start spell casting, so I’d like to share a process that will help you get results. This is

important, because if you don’t make your spells unique and customized, they won’t work very well. That is why spells from magic and witchcraft books so rarely yield results. You are doing somebody else’s spell, and it probably won’t work for you since you are giving your power away to an authority figure outside yourself. I will now go through my process to make custom spells and explain the logic of each step and point out pitfalls to avoid. The first step of spell casting is knowing your goal or outcome. If you aren’t clear on what you want, how are you going to get it? It is important to think about this one and think about possible implications of getting what you want. For example, let’s say you want your business to mak e more money. Are you willing to change the way you do business, or work harder, or hire new people, or make some other kind of investment of time or money to help you achieve this? Are you ready to have your way of business potentially being sent in an entirely new direction to get what you want? Also, do you really want more money from your business and all that it entails, or do you really want more freedom or free time to spend with your family? If you want the latter, getting more money from your business is not the answer. This example illustrates the need to think about this first step clearly. It is like that common saying, “Be careful what you wish for, because you might get it.” The second step is to assess if the situation you are trying to magically change is in an energetically fixed state, or is it in a state of dynamism. Systems that are dynamic are easier to influence than systems that are fixed. If you determine a system is fixed, magic should initially focus on making it dynamic (assuming that is in the highest good of all). If it is already dynamic, focus on influencing factors that will promote your desired outcome. Continuing with the example from above, let’s say you can’t make more money in your business because your business partner is closed minded and refuses to act on any new ideas you or your employees have to make more money. In this case, the system is fixed, so magic could focus on making the system more dynamic. This could be achieved in many ways. Maybe it means positively influencing your business partner to have a more open mind, or doing an emotional healing on the person, or maybe hiring new people who can create new dynamism (a third force sensu Ouspensky 1971) to energetically shift things to make change more possible. Let’ s provide another example with a business in a state of dynamism. Maybe several key employees have quit, or you have lost an important customer, or your products have suddenly become obsolete due to technology or changing needs of the market. In these cases, you are dealing with a dynamic system, so magic would focus on shifting the energies to new directions and creative synthesis turning crisis into opportunity (please note, dynamism can be for positive reasons too, like your business is suddenly booming). Sometimes the system you are trying to influence will be a mix of dynamic and static factors. That is fine, because you can create spells to address each of these states. Related to this is the third step, which is to identify variables that are either helping or hindering you to achieve the goal or outcome you desire. This step is vital, because you are going to use this information to create your spells. This is the part that will make your spells unique. For example, you can do a money spell from a book, but it won’t address your unique situation and areas where you need to magically influence; it will just be a generic spell that may or may not work. So this part helps you to focus your magic on things you can influence that are relevant to your situation. The easiest way to do this is to create a list of variables you think are affecting the situation. Make one list of variables of things that are helping you and one list of variables of things that are hindering you. From these lists, you will pick the most important variables to turn into spells. Try to identity variables that are specific to your situation. The more detailed you can be, the more likely you will find something you can magically alter to shift the whole situation. Let’s say your desired outcome is to get a job in a field in which you used to work. You are actively job hunting. It is a dynamic situation, so the energies are in your favor, and you make a list of helping and hindering variables. Helping variables: I know the industry. I have a strong desire to find work.

Hindering variables: I lost touch with people I once knew in the field. There is a gap in my résumé. Now that you have identified some areas you can magically influence that are related to your particular situation and your particular goal, you can begin the process of creating spells to magically influence the situation. Please note that it is better to make an exhaustive list and really dig deep and then pick a few to work with and turn into spells. I kept the list short for the sake of the book. The fourth step is to create spells related to variables you identified. Now that you have identified variables that are helping or hindering, you can create spells that you will cast with your pendulum. When creating these spells, it is best to include invocation of a higher power and add that it only work for the highest good of all concerned, or add that it be this or something better. You want to get spiritual help, and you also want some “wiggle room” in case your spells are off and not addressing the key issues. Don’t become obsessed with perfection here when making spells, because sometimes just putting energy into a situation will create enough dynamism to cause change in an effort to relieve tension and thrust of your magic can direct the result in the general direction you desire. Continuing with the job hunting example above, turn the variable “I know the industry” into a spell: “Dear Divin e, please help me use my knowledge of the industry to locate the perfect job for me for my highest good and the highest good of all concerned.” Turn the variable of having energy and not remembering past colleagues into a spell: “Dear Divine, take the ener gy and drive I have to find a job to help me go out and network and synchronously meet exactly the right people to help me find the perfect job that is in my highest good.” How to make a spell to work with the gap in the résumé: “Divine, raise the consciou sness of all potential employers so that they can see me and immediately know if I am a perfect fit for their employment needs. This or something better.” A spell to reconnect with colleagues: “Divine, remove any blocks I have to networking and synchronously meeting the perfect people to help me find the perfect job.” Or “Divine, create perfect synchronicities to connect me with old colleagues and people who can help me find a job in the field I want if it is in my highest good.” Once you have your spells written, you can now complete the fifth step, which is to make your spells more powerful by identifying correspondences that can be used in a ritual to cast the spell. Magicians (and Neopagans) love correspondences and have entire books and websites devoted to them (for example, see Skinner 2006). A correspondence is an item, or natural cycle, or spiritual being, or herb, or other thing that corresponds to the intention of the spell, thereby promoting the spell’s success. To give an idea of what correspondences are, some common examples related to money magic include phase of the moon, days of the week, hours of the day, and herbs. For example, if you cast your spell during a waxing moon, the moon is symbolically increasing, so this in alignment with your spell to increase your money supply. Certain days of the week and certain hours of the day are associated with Pagan gods (e.g., Wednesday - Hermes, Thursday Jupiter) that are associated with wealth. Certain herbs such as thyme and certain colors such as green are also associated with money. Once your money spells are written, you can use your creativity here to choose the correspondences you feel will make your spell most powerful. Perhaps Greek gods really resonate with you, or you enjoy herbs, or you love the

moon. Pick the correspondences that you feel will work best and combine them with your spells to create a ritual to cast the spells. The sixth step is to take your spells and correspondences and to make a magical ritual that is your own. Magic rituals are mystical and meaningful celebrations where you attempt to connect to the Divine and give your magic life. It is good to plan it out so that your magic can have maximum effect and also separate it from mundane day-today affairs. You can do your ritual in the day or night. Many magicians also use the correspondences to determine the best day and the best time of day (e.g., with Astrology or tables of hours, etc.). The location where the magic ritual will be performed can also be very important. Some places are considered more auspicious than others for conducting a particular ritual. For example, a popular place to conduct magic rituals is at a crossroads, since the veil between the astral world and this world is considered thinner there. Another location is a holy place like a church or a monument, or a power spot in nature, or you can do it in your house at an altar you create. Mircea Eliade (1961) called these locations hierophanies. They are places on the Earth that connect the earthbound realm with the heavens, and they are potent magic spots. That is why churches were often built on top of them, and that is why you can still use these places to enhance your magic today. With personal magic rituals, you don’t need to be a perfectionist or worry about doing them exactly right. If you have ever visited a tribal peoples and watched their magic rituals, they often have a general plan and then make things up as they go along. Often, our intuition opens while in the sacred space of ritual, and we are guided to take certain actions. It is really up to you to determine how scripted you want your ritual to be. The key thing is to gather the spells, a pendulum, and the correspondences you have determined will benefit the spell and then have at least an idea of what you would like to do to make ritual meaningful to you. Here is an example of ritual that a person created to learn how to communicate with spirits safely. Go out to a crossroads on a Wednesday at 8:00 p.m. (the day and hour of Mercury, the God of communication) and say a prayer to God asking for assistance with learning how to safely communicate with spirits. Then say the following pendulum spells: “God, remove any blocks I have to finding a teacher, mentor, book, or class to teach me how to safely communicate with spirits.” “God, help me synchronously find exactly the right teacher, mentor, book, or class to teach me how to safely communicate with spirits for my highest good and the highest good of all concerned.” “God, if it is in my highest good, heal anything stopping me from taking action on my goals.” “God, if it is my highest good and the highest good of all concerned, attract beneficial spirits who want to communicate with me and help me to contact them.” Close the magic ritual with another prayer and then leave the written pendulum spells at the crossroads in a hidden place. You can, of course, incorporate aspects of other magical practices into your ritual. For example, you could include a banishing ritual or some other magical acts that you know. It is really up to your imagination and what you think feels right in a given circumstance. Notice that the person invoked God at a crossroads. Does that seem strange? It felt right to them, and that is what matters. You don’t need to slavishly follow tradition or authority figures when making your pendulum ritual. Make it your own. However, you decide to proceed, treat your ritual as a meaningful act that is going to bring your magic to life and help you achieve the outcomes you are after. Conduct the ritual and then trust that it will work. Don’t ever doubt yourself, because that can undo all the work you have done to make your ritual a success. This is very important. Just trust that no matter how you feel the magic ritual went, it was exactly as it needed to be. Sometimes things we think of as mistakes in the magic ritual are actually divine intervention helping us to make the magic ritual correct. So never doubt yourself and always trust.

Once the magic ritual is completed, the final step is to take action in the real world. People will do a money spell and then wait for money to come to them. Sometimes it does happen, but more often, you have to take action to “give the magic something to work with.” Passively waiting is a fool’s errand and will most likely not bring about success. Magic is about using paranormal means to influence reality. What good is it to influence reality if you don’t take advantage of the influence to do things? Action is usually required, but like I said, sometimes miracles occur, but don’t expect them all the time. Get out there and do something. Also, if your magic ritual “doesn’t work,” don’t view it that way. If it seems like nothing happened, it could be that it was not the right time; you wanted the wrong thing; people would have been harmed if you got what you wanted; it will happen later, and you just need to be patient; or there is something better that is going to happen. Adopt this attitude, and even if your magic “failed,” you will ultimately be a success. How to be safe when dealing with sprits in your Pendulum Magic. Many magical practices involve contact with the spirit world. Ordinarily, if you invoke God or a known deity and it is generally considered positive, it should help your magic and only benefit you. No special preparation for this is required. Over time, you will learn how to work with this spiritual being, and you will form an alliance. The trouble can come, however, when you invoke a deity or a spirit that you don’t know, or you think you know but it acts differently than you expected. This commonly happens if you begin exploring magical texts and trying out the spells/rituals without a teacher who has had experience. There are several ways, however, that you can prepare to safely explore the spirit world. First, you can find a teacher, mentor, class, or book that will teach you how to contact Gods, daemons, or spirits safely. Out of all these methods, having an actual teacher is the best way to learn, since that person will have had personal experience and a direct connection that can be imparted to you. Reading a book with directions on how to contact spirits is probably the riskiest way to learn, because the information is secondhand and may be inaccurate, or it may not help you make the connections you need. I am not saying you shouldn’t use books (sometimes you have no choice), just be wary and trust your intuition if it feels off or heavy, because it should feel alive to you if it is safe. Secondly, an extremely important part of being able to safely explore the world of spirits is, if possible, to have some sort of profound mystical experience that makes it impossible to view reality the same way anymore. If you have “seen the Godhead,” it makes you a much more potent communicator with spiritual beings. All shamans in the past had to have one of these experiences where they died to the world and returned to do spiritual healing work. There are many ways to do this, and most of them involve some sort of discipline or practice to prepare you for a ritual/ceremony where the higher state of consciousness can be induced. The method to get there is often very unpleasant (but not necessarily, though), and ultimately it leads to an expanded state of gnosis at the point of surrender, which is the most sublime and wonderful thing that can be experienced. The slowest and least predictable ways to have one of these experiences is with years of devotion to meditation or prayer. More predictable methods traditionally used include fasting, isolation (e.g., vision quest), and induction of mild pain (e.g., selfflagellation of Catholics). The most predictable ways to achieve a mystical state of union with the Godhead is via the ceremonial use of a hallucinogenic substance (e.g., Ayahuasca, Peyote, etc.), or extreme pain (e.g., Sundance), or by having a Near Death Experience (NDE). It is important to note that other ways of having this experience of the Godhead, such as the rising of kundalini energy, having a spontaneous out of body experience, being abducted by a UFO, being possessed by a spirit, or possibly tantric orgasm, etc. Be aware that magical ceremonies (e.g., Enochian, Thelemic, or activities such as scrying etc.) can get you in touch with spirits fairly easily, but unless you are prepared by having a profound mystical experience beforehand, you may not be ready to handle what you encounter. If you are serious about becoming a full-time mage and haven’t had one of these life-changing experiences already, it is highly suggested you seek out a safe and legal way to do so to give you a self-initiation into the field of magical work.

Not everyone who does Pendulum Magic needs to have one of these mystical experiences of the Godhead, but if you do, it will help your magic tremendously. I had one of these experiences (legally) in the form of a traditional ceremony of doing Ayahuasca in the Amazon jungle of Iquitos, Peru. I had prepared myself physically (with various fasting) and psycho-spiritually (with many years of consciousness work in a Fourth Way school), but I was still not ready for what happened and the literally life-shattering consequences that would tear me down, show me who I was, and then put me back to rebuild myself as a better human being; I was forever changed. Years later when I met my teacher, Agung, in Bali, I was ready to engage with Gods and spirits at a deeper level and now know who some of my spiritual allies are and have relationships with them. I also have the interesting experience of attracting helper spirits who I don’t know and did not call, but who work invisibly behind the scenes to assist me and keep me safe. In closing, there are many ways to learn how to work with the spirit word. Follow your intuition and find the way that works best for you, even if it deviates from what I described here. Ultimately, only you will know the way on your own path. Always trust that. Chapter Summary Pendulum Magic is a powerful and creative way to increase the probability of success in any endeavor. It is a technique of magic comparable to Sigil magic. Pendulum Magic symbolically mimics the process of sexual reproduction. All that is needed is a pendulum, a list of spells, and correspondences to increase the likelihood of success. Pendulum Magic can be used alone or in conjunction with magic rituals. Pendulum Magic can be made more powerful by includingmagical correspondences in a ritual. The steps in the Pendulum Magic process are: 1) Knowing your goal or outcome. 2) Assessing if the situation you are trying to magically change is in an energetically fixed state, or is it in a state of dynamism. 3) Identifying variables that are either helping you or hindering you to achieve the goal or outcome you desire. 4) Creating spells related to variables you identified. 5) Make your spells more powerful by identifying correspondences that can be used in a magic ritual to cast the spell. 6) Take your spells and correspondences and make a magic ritual that is your own and then take action in the real world. Healing Past Lives The idea that people have had past lives is de rigueur in the New Age spiritual community. Mostly influenced by the Eastern concept of Karma, many healers accept the idea of past lives without question. But what does the science say? Is there any scientific support for the concept of past lives? While most scientists scoff at the idea, a significant number of research studies have provided evidence that selfidentity consciousness, and sometimes physical traits, appear to be passed between lives in at least some cases. This totally defies the prevailing materialist paradigm of science, so I will argue the case below using examples from the medical and scientific literature before explaining how we can use this information to help people with healing past life trauma using the pendulum. When talking about evidence for past lives, most people assume that the past life story was obtained using past life regression under hypnosis. This has been shown; however, to be highly unreliable and to give rise to false narratives about past lives (e.g., see Pyun 2015). A much more reliable source of direct evidence (meaning that it is difficult to falsify) comes from the testimony of children who spontaneously (meaning without prompting, or even to the dismay of family members) report memories of a past life (see Tucker, 2008). The late Ian Stevenson, M.D., and Jim Tucker, M.D., investigated over 2,500 such cases from around the world and found a significant body of evidence that past life memories (e.g., self-identity consciousness), and in some cases physical deformities, can seemingly be transferred from a dead individual to a newly born individual who, in childhood, can remember fragments of the past life (see Tucker, 2008). These investigators chose to study children, because they found that past life memories seem to fade with age and that adults’ past life memories were less reliable (i.e., there was more evidence that they could be false) (Tucker, 2008). While skeptics could argue that these children were lying or responding to cues from the parents or even false memories given to them, Stevenson & Tucker were able to provide a body of evidence against the idea that these stories were fake, and while any individual story could potentially be falsified, enough strong cases existed to make falsification highly unlikely (Tucker, 2008). The findings summarized from (Tucker, 2008) and are as follows: 1) Children reporting past lives are typically between the ages of two and seven. 2) The majority (75%) remember details of violent or unnatural deaths. 3) They sometimes know obscure/unknowable details of the past life that prove true upon investigation. 4) The average interval between death and birth for a past life case is 16 months (although outliers occur, e.g., James Leininger and the child named Ryan who believes he was a Hollywood actor, Marty Martin, who died 51 years before). 5) Past life memory is mostly of events and people from the period around the time of their death. They don’t remember their whole past life. 6) About 20% claim to remember a time between lives. 7) They often display inappropriate behaviors that match the characteristics of the deceased individual they claim to be (e.g., girl urinating standing like boy claimed to be a man in past life; child talking to the deceased’s relatives as if child were a peer; child wanting alcohol or tobacco, etc.). 8) Over 200 reports of physical markings and birth defects were documented that could be matched to events from the claimed past life (e.g., child whose hand was deformed claimed to be a person whose hand was mutilated in past life; family members put mark on dead person’s body and a child was born with a birthmark in same place).

Dr. Tucker’s (2008) conclusion of this information is as follows: "The cases seem to provide evidence that memories, emotions, and even physical traumas can, at least under certain circumstances, carry over from one life to another." What can we take away from all this as pendulum healers? 1) There is evidence supporting the idea that consciousness and physical traits can be passed on from one person to another who is newly born. 2) A person may consciously or unconsciously have physical and psychological trauma from a past life that needs to be healed in the current life. Interestingly, the work of Stephenson and Tucker is not the only evidence that self-identity consciousness survives the death of the body. Now we must look at other sources of evidence that support this hypothesis of self-identity consciousness surviving the body. The next source of evidence is medical literature that describes cases where a person receiving a heart transplant takes on a radically different personality that is later confirmed to be similar to that of the heart donor. In a few of these cases, the person receiving the heart even claims to have a dual personality where they can hear another person’s voice in their head that correlated to the identity of the heart donor (see Pearsall 2002). Like the cases with children, consciousness seems to be transferred between a dead individual and a living one; but unlike the children, the recipient of the heart can be of any age and both traumatic memories and desires and passions can be transferred (Pearsall 2002). Another striking difference is that one person’s consciousness is essentially mixed and integrated with another person’sconsciousness, creating a hybrid sense of self. Another source of evidence supporting the survival of self-identity consciousness after death comes from medical reports of Near Death Experiences (NDEs) from cardiac arrest survivors. Lommel (2011) provides a review of the subject and notes that in 90% of cases where a person was medically dead, they were able to report with 100% accuracy descriptions of events that occurred in the operating room during the time they were dead, as verified by doctors, nurses, and hospital records. Based on the summary of these published reports of NDEs during cardiac arrest, Lommel (2011) concludes: "The NDE is an authentic experience that cannot be simply reduced to imagination, fear of death, hallucination, psychosis, the use of drugs, or oxygen deficiency. The current materialistic view of the relationship between consciousness and the brain, as held by most physicians, philosophers, and psychologists, seems to be too restricted for a proper understanding of this phenomenon. There are good reasons to assume that our consciousness, with the continuous experience of self, does not always coincide with the functioning of our brain. Enhanced or nonlocal consciousness with unaltered self-identity apparently can be experiencedindependently from the lifeless body." In summary, there are several independent lines of evidence that support the idea that the self-identity consciousness (and in one line of evidence, physical traits) can survive the death of the body in at least some circumstances. The implications of this are that pendulum healers can help with healing past life trauma to improve the current life and assist with the transition between one life and another of individuals who come to us seeking help. Relevant to this is another line of research that shows that trauma itself can be passed on between generations without any selfidentity consciousness or memory of a past life. This evidence is termed “epigenetics” and is believed to be a form of cellular memory passed on by methylation of the DNA of individuals that are offspring of individuals who underwent trial or period of trauma. For example, Dias & Ressler (2013) demonstrated that fear of the smell of acetone can be passed down for at least three generations to naive mice whose parents received electric shocks when exposed to the chemical. Based on this, it would seem that trauma can also be passed along family lines, not just in reincarnation cases. Before one attributes all of this to strictly mechanical inheritance of being passed along germ lines via the DNA, the studies of nongenetic inheritance of learning under traumatic conditions reported by Rupert Sheldrake (1988) need

to be considered. In these studies, summarized by Sheldrake (1988), rats were subjected to a water maze, and subsequent generations were able to learn the maze more quickly than previous generations even though they were not genetically related to the rats who were trained in the maze before them. To Sheldrake, this phenomenon represented an example of morphic resonance, a non-genetic mechanism of learning, as individuals somehow tap into the collective experience of the species. It also fits very nicely with the reports of Dias & Ressler (2013) of trauma being passed on between generations and the reports of Tucker (2008) that most people who remember past lives remember the trauma that occurred. While not a perfect correspondence, Sheldrake’s example of morphic resonance has commonality with the past life phenomenon and supports the idea that collective memory of trauma is passed on generationally. Now that I have made a case that past lives is a reasonable hypothesis with at least some scientific support and that people appear to be in need of healing, we can talk about how to heal past life issues using the pendulum. Obviously, we want to heal things that are harmful that could have been passed on. In the case of past lives, that would be psychological and physical trauma inherited by the people who come to us for healing. Step 1 Dowse using the chart below to see if the problem that requires healing is a past life issue or a generational issue. If you get that it is a present life issue, do not proceed; use regular pendulum healing to address the person’s complaints.

Step 2a: Past Life If it is a past life issue, dowse to see what is needed for healing.

Emotional Healing: You must identify the emotion(s) that are causing the problem and then replace them with an appropriate substitute for healing. See chapter on “Emotional Healing” to learn and apply the technique. You can work on the person in the present, but also do healings where you intentionally direct your healing efforts towards the past. Both will be effective. This can be as simple as just including a phrase like, “I heal this for person X, both now, in the past, and for all time.” Here are the exact commands modified from the Emotional Healing chapter: “(Name of person, and all family members going back X generations on X side of the family) release

_________________ (negative emotion) to Divine love and gratitude.” “(Name of person) generations on X ________________ (say healing emotion).” Past Life Closure: Use the pendulum to help the person come to closure with their past life and embrace the new life they are living. Instruct your pendulum: "Dear (higher power), help this person bring closure to their past life." "Help them come to peace with their death so that they can embrace their new existence." "If it is in their highest good, bring about a sense of completion in the past life so that they can live fully in the now." This can be even more effective if done with a Negative Green pendulum. Negative Green symbolically represents the winter solstice and the transition to the end of life. Please note that if the person’s health is frail, however, do not use the Negative Green pendulum. Use a White pendulum instead. Physical Healing: William Braud (2003) talked about the possibility of influencing "seed moments" in the past. A seed moment has many possible trajectories in it, some of which result in healing. Since you cannot change the events that actually happened in the past, the goal of healing is to witness and influence the seed moment trajectory in the past that will stimulate healing in the present. and all family members going back X side of the family) are now free to

Source, Braud (2003). Pendulum command: "Higher power, take me back in time to witness the seed moment of,” (state issue and let pendulum spin). When it stops spinning, “I now witness the healing trajectory of total recovery." Then do regular pendulum healing on the issue both in the past and in the present. When doing this work, treat past events like they are in the present moment and do healing directly on them. Use your words to indicate your intention work on the past. For example, “Change the color to Blue-Green both now and in the past.” Step 2b: Generational Use the chart below to dowse in which generation the issue arose. You do this by asking in which generation the issue arose and letting your pendulum spin. Each spin represents one generation back in time. As a separate activity, dowse to determine if it was from the mother’s side, father’s side, or both sides of the family.

Use the following pendulum commands to heal all generations and sides of the family affected. Do healings both for people in the present and for those in the past (i.e., treat past generations as if they were here now and do healing). "Higher power, take me back in time to witness the seed moment of (state issue, whose side of family, how many generations back). I now witness the healing trajectory of total recovery for the entire lineage through all time." "Higher power, clear the DNA of harmful memories of X generations on X side of the lineage for all generations in all time." "Remove the imprint of trauma from the consciousness or methylated DNA for X generations on X side of the lineage for all generations in all time." Check if emotional healing is required to help the generation issue. Command: “Is emotional healing also required to help this generational issue?” Then d owse: Yes - No If “Yes,” proceed to use the emotional healing protocol. Focus on the individual who is alive now, but in your clearing and replacement statements include phrases such as, “for the person and X number of generations on X family member’s side.” Here are the exact commands modified from the Emotional Healing chapter: “(Name of person and all family members going back X generations on the X side of the family) releases_________________ (negative emotion) to Divine love and gratitude.” “(Name of person generations on the _________________ (say replacement affect).” and all family members going back X X side of the family) are now free to Chapter Summary A significant amount of scientific and medical evidence exists supporting the hypothesis that consciousness can survive the death of the body and that trauma (conscious or unconscious of the mental or physical) can also be transferred between unrelated dead and living individuals and along genetically related family lineages. The key to healing past life and generational issues is to recognize them and then apply the appropriate healing technique. While we can’t change the events that happened in the past, we can positively influence the seed moment that the event occurred, helping to produce a favorable outcome in the present/future. Questions & Answers Question:“How does this work differ from past life regression?”

Answer: Past life regression involves recollection of a narrative under hypnosis. This story can sometimes be very elaborate. Unfortunately, the method is prone to generating false memories that seem real but aren’t. With past life healing, you don’t deal with a story at all unless it is spontaneously brought up by the person you are helping. You identity past life issues using your intuition and by dowsing the charts I provide. Of course, if a person remembers a past life, you can address it, but that is not the point of this healing. Instead, you are trying to find and heal any traumas, but you don’t seek out a story. Question: “When is it appropriate to do past life protocols with your clients?” Answer: Whenever you feel a past life issue could be affecting the person and you dowse the chart and see that it is so. Sometimes people will spontaneously volunteer that they believe it is a past life issue. In these cases, I always check. Be aware; however, that some people are very averse to the idea of past lives, so I often don’t tell people I am doing this type of healing, and instead just go ahead and do this healing behind the scenes. Dealing with Negative Entities If you do healing work for any length of time, you will eventually encounter negative entities; harmful or bad, manifestations of “energy” that can wreak havoc on a person’s health and wellbeing. In popular parlance, negative entities are called ghosts, poltergeists, demons, and people who bear them are said to be possessed. Luckily, the healing for them is straightforward, and steps can be taken to avoid attracting them into your life/living space. Before going into the specifics of how to approach the healing work, I want to spend some time describing negative entities and illustrating how they manifest. Based on my observations, negative entities are formed by the interaction of low human consciousness (sensu Dawkins, 1994) with geopathic stress energies. The negative entities formed by this interaction have varying degrees of strength and presence in the physical world. Some are subtle and can negatively influence systems without being directly observable, while others are quite pronounced and have a felt presence in physical reality. Since they are created by the interaction of consciousness with the environment, they may ultimately be indistinguishable from thought-forms (sensu Besant & Leadbeater, 1901). There are basically three general categories of negative entities a healer will typically encounter: 1) Those that cause unexplained illness/pain. 2) Ones that possesses a person and negatively alterpersonality. 3) Location entities that “haunt” a house or other area. I will now go through each category and share some observations. The first class of negative entities are those that cause illness and pain. Anytime a person experiences sudden pain for no apparent reason, or if a pain is mysterious and doctors cannot diagnose it, you should suspect that negative entities are involved. The first and most common type I encounter can best be described as an “energy worm” or snake. If you are clairvoyant, you can see them inside of the person’s body, and they will be located at the source of the pain. These “energetic worms” actively move around and will leave the body when conditions become unfavorable to them. This entity is picked up from the environment, and it is easy to get when you are energetically vulnerable, e.g., during a surgery when you are under anesthesia, but even a healthy person can randomly pick one up. In one case, I worked on a person who suddenly had a stomachache for no apparent reason. While doing the healing, I saw a negative entity clairvoyantly and then proceeded to heal it. This healing of the “energy worm” provided instant relief. The second type of negative entity looks to me like a winged creature or devil and it hovers or sits on top of the person who is being attacked by it. This is the most severe and dangerous type, because it can kill the person who it is attacking. People get this type of entity by picking it up from other people who are hosts and carry it around. It typically doesn’t harm the host, because they feed off the host’s negativity or they feed off the negative energy of the environment that the host spends time in. Once the entity gets transferred, though, it needs to maintain the state of low consciousness to “survive,” so it will sicken the new host in an attempt to do this. An example of this type is a case I worked on where a police officer transferred one of these to a family member, and the family member became severely ill and almost died in the hospital until I intervened and did healing work on the entity. The work environment of the police officer was a very low level of consciousness on Hawkins scale (1994), and that gave “energy” to the negative entity; almost like one of those fish that cling to a shark and survives by eating the food that falls out of the shark’s mouth. When the negative entity got transferred to the family member, it no longer had access to the low consciousness energy of the police work environment, and the entity made the person gravely ill to get the low vibration energy. Once the entity left, the person began recovering, much to the surprise of the doctors and delight of the family.

It is important to point out that I don’t think the entity **wasn’t consciously doing this and I don’t even think the entity was a real being. This is my anthropomorphized retelling of what happened, and I ascribed motive to illustrate what was going on for lack of better words; but in reality, I think it was just an unconscious energetic dynamic playing out. Also, there was no real “devil”; i t was how I interpreted the “energy” through my perceptual filters. I think this is true of all negative entities, except ghosts. They are analogous to viruses. Viruses are similar to living things, but not living themselves. Likewise, negative entities possess characteristics that make us think they are real beings (e.g., agents of the Devil) but they are actually a combination of earth energies with fragments of human consciousness, and like living things, they seek out energy to “feed” and “grow” and “replicate.” The second class of negative entities you will encounter are those that possess people. These are the classic negative entities involved in socalled “demonic possession.” These are the negative entities that organizations like the Catholic Church concern themselves with and have their priests perform exorcisms to get rid of them. Cases of possession as extreme as those seen in horror movies are extremely rare, however, and it is unlikely that you will encounter anything like that. What you will most likely encounter are subtler cases of possession where the person’s personality suddenly shifts and changes in bizarre ways. If a person suddenly starts saying really weird things or talks in a bizarre voice a lot accompanied by manic laughter and/or obsession with violent/disturbing topics of discussion, suspect an entity possession is involved.

One case I helped with was a teen who started talking in a bizarre high-pitched voice about how he hated mankind and that everyone should die. He would obsess about this topic and laugh manically, saying things in a falsetto voice like, “Kill them. Kill them all. They all must die. **hee, hee, hee, hee.” The good news is that once this is recognized as possession, it can be treated and fairly easily turned around in the short term. The problem is identifying the factors that are contributing to maintaining the possession and helping the person to make lifestyle changes to shift those factors. The pendulum healing can be used to support that. In practice, this means the person will often relapse after a successful healing, because even though the negative entities are removed, the person’s environment doesn’t change accordingly, maintaining conditions that allow the entity to repossess the person even though the initial healing was a success. Vigilance is needed, therefore, in these cases, and it is necessary to repeat treatments on an as-needed basis with the goal of decreasing the frequency of treatment over time, while also trying to shift environmental variables that are the root cause of the problem. One note about the cases where people have physical changes when possessed. Mario Martinez (2016) has demonstrated that people can psychosomatically induce radical physical changes to their bodies. The spontaneous formation of a stigmata, or open cross-shaped wound on the forehead, is the most famous example of this. In cases of so-called demonic possession where physical changes occur, it is my belief that the changes are psychosomatic and not caused by “the devil.” The third class of negative entities are location entities that “haunt” a house or other area. As was shown in the previous section, this class is somewhat artificial, because entities that cause illness and possession are also environmental in origin. Still, this is a useful categorization, because these entities represent a broader class of negative entities that sometimes manifest in our physical reality as ghosts and poltergeists. House entities are the most common types of environmental entities. When I was growing up, my house was haunted by a poltergeist in the boiler room of the basement. My bedroom was directly above it and connected by an air vent. Once, I felt I was possessed by the poltergeist for several days. It created an otherworldly feel. Over the years, sad, painful, and a few violent incidents happened in my house, and in retrospect, it seems related to this energetic being. The scariest incident was one evening when I was a teenager and my mother, brother, and grandmother were with me in the house. We heard terrible, loud sounds downstairs, like someone violently rummaging through the basement. My mom called the police, and we locked the door to the basement. When the police came, they assessed the situation, then came back into the house armed with rifles. They stormed the basement yelling, “Freeze. Police,”

only to discover that no one was there and nothing was disturbed. Needless to say, everyone was perplexed and not sure what to make of it. Our house was downhill and directly in line with a cemetery, and I believe that the cemetery was the source of the “negative energies” that settled in the house at the lowest point (the basement), causing the poltergeist phenomenon. This negatively influenced my family, strengthening the poltergeist’s effect over time as it interacted with negative aspects of our consciousness, making things worse for us and creating a co-evolving feedback loop. As we got worse, the poltergeist got stronger, making us have more problems, etc. Another case I was involved in was a house that had ghosts, poltergeists, and other negative entities that emanated from the neighbor’s house next door. The neighbor’s family had bizarre occurrences going on in the house. Their 5year-old daughter would walk around the yard with a glazed look in her eyes, holding an axe, and then would go hit the trees with it. The father dumped the house trash in the woods behind the neighbor’s house to avoid paying for garbage disposal, and he would steal water from the neighbor’s house by attaching a hose to the outdoor spigot when the neighbor wasn’t home. When the family was eventually evicted and the house was inspected, it was realized that the inside was completely trashed. The master bedroom had a stripper pole installed. The children’s rooms had locks on the outside of the doors so that the parents could lock them in their rooms. The walls of the children’s rooms were covered in writing that looked like satanic messages. Regarding the negative entities of this house and the surrounding area, the woods behind the house and at least one neighbor’s house (the one who was getting the water stolen) had serious poltergeist activity. The ceilings and walls of the house would make thumping sounds at night, and there was always a strange feeling of tension and shadows that would move quickly. One night while I was outside, a terrible sound came from the woods behind the house, and all tree branches moved violently as a large “beast-like shadow figure” charged crashing through the bushes growling. When new residents moved into the house that was the source of the negative entities and cleaned it up, they said that they regularly saw the ghost of a young boy who would stand in the doorway and then slam the door shut. While these were extreme cases, they reflect the general phenomenon. What is important here is that while your house may not be generating negative entities, you can have “spill over” from a neighbor or from a place like a nearby graveyard or hospital. Negative entities appear to move through the environment like a mist or fog. If you live in a house that is on the bottom of a hill or in a ravine, the negative entities from surrounding areas will passively travel downhill and wind up collecting in your house. Entities can also establish themselves in natural areas once inhabited by people, especially low-lying areas near water. You will never find them on sunny hilltop areas. Once, while visiting a Native American burial mound site deep in a swampy woodland in the state of Georgia, USA, the land seemed to be possessed by spirits. One incident occurred when I was visiting the site with another person. We heard a loud roaring sound coming from the woods around us, and the trees moved like a strong wind was blowing, even though there was no wind. And we heard trees start to snap as if they were being broken by a giant. We ran out of there as fast as we could. I have been in other locations where they were safe to visit during the day, but became very eerie and terrifying at night. In manmade environments, negative entities can also accumulate and wreak havoc. Often, there are certain neighborhoods or areas within neighborhoods that are unsafe and attract people with drug addiction, mental illness, and criminal tendencies. The more people who get attracted to these areas, the stronger the negative energies become, and it creates a vicious cycle and results in unsafe, high crime areas. One town I lived in had areas like this where the homeless, drunks, and drug users would congregate. I decided to do some healing on these areas, and sure enough, after a few sessions a complete change occurred and all these people went elsewhere for about a week. Then a rock concert came to town and all the work was undone and everything went back to the way it was before the healing work. When healing negative entities, the general principle is the same: The healer attempts to make conditions that weaken the negative entities by increasing the levels of love and raising consciousness (sensu Hawkins, 1994). By changing the “environmental conditions,” the negative entities will cease to exist, and the problems will disappear.

To prevent their return, other steps are taken, including trying address the geopathic stressors, doing energetic and emotional healing on the people involved, and invoking divine assistance. This approach differs radically from that advocated in other pendulum healing books (e.g., Maurey, 1989), but it is taught here because it is safe, relatively easy to do, and effective. I will now detail healing procedures for each of the three categories of negative entities below. Healing for negative entities that cause unexplained illness/pain. After doing basic healing as outlined in Hunter (2015), focus your healing efforts right on the part feeling the pain. Use the pendulum to raise the levels of consciousness and increase the amount of agape love to the highest levels possible for both the person, the area needing healing, and for the entity. Use a pendulum that emanates White (like an Isis or Hunter Healer). Alternatively, you can also use a Negative Green emanating pendulum (like an Osiris, some Hunter Healers) and ask that the Negative Green “carry” the energy of the negative entity away to outer space. Negative Green is believed to be a carrier wave that can transfer other energies (Belizal & Morel, 1976) so use it to transfer the energy of the entity. Finish by using a pendulum that emanates White to “fill in the gap” left by the removal of the entity. For both methods repeat the healing multiple times if needed. If successful, the person should show immediate relief. Healing for location entities that “haunt” a house or other area. The goals of healing a house or other area is to clear it of stagnant energies and then raise the consciousness levels and increase the levels of love, especially in the dark corners and hidden parts of the house. Attempts can also be made to heal geopathic stress zones. To clear the house of stagnant energies, start by opening all the windows and doors (don’t forget closets, attics, basements, old boxes, cabinets, etc.) and try to let as much fresh light and air in as possible. Anything you can do to clean the house will also help, e.g., cleaning old rugs or furniture, get rid of old items, anything to get rid of energies from the past. It is well known that certain types of incense can increase the consciousness levels of people and generally “raise the vibration” of a space. Many people use sage for smudging to achieve this, but other types (e.g., frankincense) or even certain essential oils (e.g., rosemary) can be used effectively. These smokes and oils are useful for areas that are hard to air out or that can’t receive sunlight. Once you have completed this or, in tandem, used the pendulum to raise the consciousness and love of each room in the house. The commands would be: “Raise the consciousness of this room to the highest levels possible for our health and wellbeing.” “Increase the amount of love in this room to the highest level possible for our health and wellbeing.” You can also use a Negative Green emanating pendulum to send low consciousness energies away to outer space, then repeat the above treatment for love and consciousness using a Whiteemanating pendulum. Another thing you can do is to put “high consciousness level” symbols or pictures of Gods, famous high-vibe people, etc. in each room, especially rooms that don’t get much light or air circulation. You can also place them at the doorway entrances and windows to neutralize negative energies coming in from the outside. Crystals such as black tourmaline and rose quartz can also be put on window sills and near doors. If your house is downhill, try getting large pieces of black tourmaline or rose quartz and place them strategically uphill from the house to try to block/deflect negative energies coming from downhill to make them travel away from the house. Look to see if there are any places where water flows downhill towards your house. These are the same channels that negative energies would travel down, so focus on putting crystals there (secure them to prevent them being washed away). You can also put up baffles or dig a ditch to allow energies flowing downhill to bypass your home. If your house has ghosts, you will need to do additional work. My belief is that ghosts are the self-identity

consciousness of an individual that died in the location that got entangled in the negative entities already in the house. To heal a ghost haunting, you need to do psychopomp to release self-identity consciousness of the person so that it will dissipate and move on. The simplest way to do that with the pendulum is to use any of the following pendulum commands: “Divine, I ask that this dead person heal whatever needs to be healed and move on to another realm.” “Divine, release the self-consciousness energy of this person so that they are free to continue to evolve.” If the ghost is persistent, use the emotional healing with pendulums technique described in this book and do healing work directly on the ghost, then repeat the **psychopomp procedure. This will help the “soul” of the person to heal and allow them to move on. Healing for entities that possess a person and negatively alter personality. In order to be successful, you need to combine the healing approaches from the previous two sections so that you raise the consciousness levels and love of both the person and their environment. If you fail to do this, the person may ultimately relapse. If you can’t work directly on the energies of the home, do it as a distant healing. You will need to do the healing work repeatedly to see lasting results. It can also help to make a witness card with the name of the possessed person (see Hunter, 2015) and put the witness card under/behind an image of a high-vibe spiritual teacher or angel or god to reduce the need for constant healings. General pendulum healing (see Hunter, 2015) and emotional healing with pendulums technique can also help the possessed person tremendously and should be performed. The key thing with possession healing work is not to personify it. The person is not possessed by the “Devil” no matter how bizarre they seem; rather, they are energetically sensitive people who have been contaminated with polluted energy form their environment. No need to make matters worse by adding in your own fear consciousness by thinking that some evil spirit is trying to possess them. Chapter Summary Negative entities are hypothesized to be toxic energies created by an amalgamation of geopathic stress, low consciousness human thoughts and emotions, and in the case of ghost’s, self-identity consciousness of dead people, all mixed to create the negative entities. There are three general classes of negative entities a healer may encounter: 1) Those that cause unexplained illness/pain. 2) Ones that possesses a person and negatively alterpersonality. 3) Location entities that “haunt” a house or other area. The safest way to heal all these negative entities is to raise the consciousness level and love of people affected by them. Other healing efforts involve clearing out the negative energies and ameliorating the sources of geopathic stress. Questions & Answers Question: I'm not resonating with the word “love.” Is it acceptable to dowse and use the words "please raise the consciousness of XYZ to the appropriate levels of kindness and compassion?" Answer: Love is best, because on the Hawkins scale it is a high level of consciousness, but not so high so that it is completely "out of touch" with lower emotions you are trying to heal. Also, this is agape or universal love, not passionate love. Question: I see spirits that look just like men but are completely black. Do you know what they are? Answer: These are called shadow people. They are similar to ghosts; but unlike ghosts, they do not represent the remnants of self-identity consciousness of a dead person. Instead, they are human-like energies, but do not actually represent a dead person. Healing them is the same as for other entities. Question: What are some other ways you can pick up negative entities? Answer: There are several ways you can pick up negative entities. The most common way is to work in an

environment where you are constantly exposed to these toxic energies, like a hospital, prison, etc. Take regular salt baths at home when working one these jobs, and do your best to continually heal the environment. Another way to pick them up is by watching certain movies and TV shows about ghosts and the paranormal. Since these things are just energy, you can easily pick them up by watching a show about them. Finally, playing with Ouija boards and doing séances are another way to pick up negative entities. I recommend avoiding these activities. But if you absolutely insist on doing them, please take regular salt baths, use essential oils and incense to purify yourself afterword, and do regular self-healings on yourself with the pendulum. Question: I'm very new to the pendulum, only using it for about a week now and don't want to attract any negative power or energies while dowsing. Am I safe just asking questions for now? Answer: I suggest you always pray before doing any dowsing, or be sure to meditate and ask to tap into your own higher consciousness, or knowing. If you don't do this, you may contact entities. Healing Alien Abduction The term “UFO” was termed by the United States Air Force in the 1950s to describe a phenomenon where people, in ever increasing numbers, were claiming to see alien spacecraft and having encounters with beings who could not be said to be of the Earth. At the height of the Cold War with the atomic bomb and the Roswell incident having just occurred a few years before, people were fearful and grappling with the new technologies that science had unleashed on the world. The majority of scientists and skeptics feel that belief in UFOs is a pathological response to the modern world, or perhaps a reflection of the collective unconscious (Jung, 1979). In spite of persistent government efforts to discredit the phenomenon (e.g. Condon, 1969), at least 36% of the population still believes in UFOs (Pfeiffer, 2012), and many people also claim to have been kidnapped and experimented on by aliens in a phenomenon called “abduction,” that has possibly affected millions of individuals (Roper Organization, 1992). Studied by only a handful of researchers, the alien abduction phenomenon did not get taken seriously until the work of the late John Mack M.D. from Harvard University in the 1990s. Dr. Mack’s work on abduction raised the topic to the level of mainstream scientific discourse, which was threatening to the academic establishment to the point that he nearly lost his tenure at Harvard University and faced scorn and ridicule from his colleagues who refused to take him seriously after he began this research (Boyce, 2012). Regardless if you believe in alien abduction or not, as a pendulum healer you will encounter individuals who have suffered perceived trauma from alien abduction. I remember being hesitant to help people who claimed to have been abducted, because I thought that they needed psychiatric help. This was even after I had seen what could be described as UFOs. Here is an example of the sort of case you might encounter when doing healing work: “I was attacked by Gray aliens, and they did surgery on my brain, and they implanted something that made it easy for them to get into my consciousness. It is very uncomfortable, and it changes my thinking and feeling patterns . . . I feel like I am part of an experiment with adding my consciousness to robots in order to humanize them. I don't remember completely whether I've ever been abducted, but it sure feels like it. I have vague memories of being hooked up with tubes.” Another person showed me lumps in his arm where he claimed metal objects had been implanted when he was taken aboard a UFO spacecraft. He had been hiking in the mountains when he saw a metal flying saucer on the ground. As he walked over to it, he reported that he was knocked out by a blast and he awoke many hours later with his clothes on incorrectly and with a pain in his arm where the implants were placed. When I examined his arm, it did appear to have marble-like objects under the skin. He claimed the UFOs were hiding in the mountains camouflaged as rocks. This caused him great distress, and he felt like his life was in danger for having this knowledge and that aliens were actively trying to abduct him every night. What I learned from reading Dr. Mack’s work and helping people in my practice was that you will do these people a great disservice if you do not respond to their requests for healing and that, as a healer, you can help them find relief. There is no need to be afraid of these people, and the help that you can provide will make a valuable difference in their lives. Pendulum Healing For Alien Abduction While never taking a stance on the truth of the abduction phenomenon, Dr. Mack gave abductees a chance to speak about their experiences with an empathetic medical expert thus providing a body of knowledge about the abduction phenomenon as reported by the people who claim to have experienced it. The primary findings relevant to us from Dr. Mack’s research (Mack 1995, 1996) are that: 1) People claiming to have been abducted generally do not show signs of mental illness.

2) Being abducted involves “Being taken against one's will to an unfamiliar environment that is described astechnologically superior and nonhuman.” 3) “Being subjected to intrusive medical procedures” by non- human beings. 4) The abductees seem to have experienced a real trauma. On additional thing that I have noticed in my work with abductees is that they often seem to have what is known in spiritual circles as a well-developed Ajna chakra or “third eye,” making them clairvoyant. This means they can literally see things that the average person cannot see. It is, therefore, advisable to listen to them with an open mind and have empathy, because what happened to them is real from their perspective, even if it can’t be objectively proven. Our approach with pendulum healing of alien abduction is to work directly with emotions of trauma trapped in the energy body and provide emotional and physical healing by working on the etheric body of the abductee. Start with an interview of the abductee, and listen to the story. This will give you information to guide your healing efforts and to allow the person to feel heard. Mack (1996) reported: “After experiencers speak to a neutral listener about their experiences, many of the most distressing acute symptoms of PTSD fade.” (Carpenter, 1994) Realize, however, you are not doing psychotherapy, so don’t try to do any kind of therapy work based on the information they provide unless you are a licensed therapist or psychiatrist. Listen to the person, acknowledge that you heard them, and then use the information to gather clues to help guide and focus your healing efforts. For healing, start with basic pendulum healing protocols described in my other books (Hunter, 2015) e.g., increase ability to receive, will to live, etc., then create your own commands relevant to the situation. In addition, here are some commands you should always include: “Remove the trauma of any medical procedures that occurred during theabduction.” “Neutralize any alien implants the person may have received.” “Raise the consciousness (of the person you are healing) to the highest level possible.” “Repair the third eye.” or “Heal the chakral web of the Ajna chakra.” “Neutralize any thoughts, emotions, or memories related to the abduction.” “Divine, make me invisible to aliens.” “Dear (spiritual ally), protect me from abduction. Keep me safe.” “Decrease the size of the crown chakra.” Next, move to the Emotional Healing protocol (see Emotional Healing chapter in this book) to help the person process any energetically trapped emotions that require healing. Then instruct the person that they must learn how to ground themselves. This is important, since abductees often have open crown and third eye chakras, and this makes them vulnerable to future abduction episodes. Grounding will help to root them and make them less susceptible to invasion by aliens via the higher chakras and clairvoyant channels. They should cease all spiritual activities that activate the crown (e.g. meditation) and work on strengthening the root chakra with rigorous exercise. A very useful training would be to learn how to hit using a punching bag, and to practice boxing or karate at a gym. They can also practice making powerful threat postures and loud verbal demands to “leave me alone” or “back off.” They should practice this until they can briefly become intimidating at a moment’s notice without getting too worked up after it is over. This is very similar to what dog trainers do to control a dog. A brief flash of aggression to make the dog back off. It is also very much like the aggression signaling of an ape where it briefly bursts into power to make another ape back off. All this will vitalize the lower chakras of the person and make them stronger and more grounded. Walking on soil with bare feet (earthing) can also help to ground them. Eating foods such as potatoes and red meat will also help. They should abandon juicing and vegetarian diets because these will contribute to being ungrounded.

Anything they can do to strengthen the physical body and control/balance out the third eye and crown chakras will reduce the future occurrence of alien abduction. The person can also learn to call upon a powerful spiritual ally, so that if they feel they are going to be abducted again, they can request protection. Archangel Michael is another good protector since he is loving and fierce. I personally have used Lord Shiva to great effect and have called upon him to help me successfully repel an abduction. I was living on a street in Ojai, California, that had a lot of UFO activity. For a period of about a month, I would have intense dreams where I would see a giant spaceship come out of the night sky and hover over the Earth. It was very awe inspiring and ominous at the same time. I then started feeling that I was in danger of being abducted. It would usually happen just at the time I went to bed and was starting to relax. I would start to have a sinking feeling that something was coming for me. I would then call on Lord Shiva to protect me and to protect the house and all its occupants. Luckily, nothing happened, and I attribute it to Shiva’s protection. Psychic shielding techniques (e.g., imaging a ball of white light around them) are often suggested to help protect against alien abduction, but I would recommend against it since it activates the Ajna and crown chakra which can lead to further abductions. What can you expect from your healing efforts? I have seen people heal the trauma from the abduction experiences and also see a decrease or a cessation of abductions. This is very valuable for the people receiving healing, and it provides them with the ability to take back their sovereignty and feel safe again. Chapter Summary Pendulum Healers will often have people who have been victims of alien abduction contact them for healing help. It is important not to fear taking on alien abduction cases, because you can play a role in helping the person to heal. These people will show signs of trauma, and pendulum healing can assist with emotional and energetic healing. The Emotional Healing protocol is an especially valuable technique to use in healing abduction cases. Abductees often have overactive/damaged Ajna (third eye) and/or crown chakra. Part of the healing is to repair the chakras and encourage the person to develop the lower chakras with exercise, dietary changes, and avoiding of spiritual practices like meditation. These steps can help the person prevent future abductions. Questions & Answers Question: “Could you comment on there being good guys and bad guys, so to speak? In the ‘90s, we were always told to be wary of the Grays, and their ships were grey color also. We were told that if you saw or had contact with Grays, make sure you started running in the opposite direction. Answer: Yes, the Grays are the classic bad guys who are involved with most abductions. Some people encounter Reptilians as well that also do bad things. According to experts on this topic (e.g. David Wilcock and Steven Greer), many ETs are actually friendly or want to help mankind, so the good vs bad narrative still exists. Question:“Do you think UFOs are real?” Answer: Yes, I do think it is a real phenomenon, but I am not sure if the UFOs are actually physical objects or if they are only viewed clairvoyantly. I have seen three UFOs. The first one looked like an airplane at first, but then it moved in a fashion that would be impossible for an airplane or a helicopter. Then it took off at a rapid speed and disappeared. There was an eerie stillness and silence while observing this. The second one I saw was during a heart-centered meditation I was doing outside during the daytime. I called upon any beings that were there to communicate, and then I saw two golden orbs race across the sky and disappear. These were similar to what the late Prophet Yahweh in Los Angeles used to summon. The last UFO I saw was in Ojai, California. It looked like a gigantic pink carousel with flashing lights that was turning in the night sky and slowly following my car. All of these experiences were accompanied by an eerie silence and “other worldly” feeling that I have never had when seeing an airplane, helicopter, or drone, etc. in the sky.

Financial Healing with Pendulums One of the biggest misconceptions people have about financial healing with pendulums is that if you do pendulum healing work money will be attracted to you. While it can in some circumstances make it more likely you will receive money, especially if it is already owed to you, it won't work if the probability of receiving money is very low to start with. What pendulum healing does is increase the likelihood of something occurring. If the probability of it happening is very low, then increasing the probability won't help much. This is why trying to win the lottery with the pendulum healing is a fool’s errand. The odds are against you. Instead what you are trying to do with financial healing with pendulums is to: 1) Identify areas where you (and others who affect your finances) require healing. 2) Increase the probability of the success of the actions you are taking to improve your finances. These two things pendulum healing can do quite well and the proper mix of healing combined with actions taken in the world can result in great shifts in financial prosperity. Pendulum therefore succeeds where manifestation systems fail. It gets at your subconscious beliefs via the healing aspect so that these don't hold back your success, while simultaneously making your affirmations likely to work since you are sending out thoughtforms that can alter reality in beneficial ways.1 Of course having a healthy belief system and knowing good strategies/approaches to make and receive financial prosperity are part of the equation so that is what this chapter is going to focus on. Giving you the tools to heal yourself around finances, while simultaneously educating you and stimulating your creativity around finances to allow you to apply pendulum healing to real word actions that will increase your financial success. 1 *Disclaimer I am not a financial professional. Consult professional financial and legal counseling before adopting any of the ideas from this chapter.

What is your definition of financial success? How will you know if you financially successful? What is your definition of wealth? If you are like most people you probably haven’t given it much thought. Maybe you would just say something like “If I had a million dollars I would be wealthy.” Did you know that there are people in New York City who consider making a million dollars a year practically living on poverty wages? Having a definition of financial wealth that resonates with you is important. It gives you a way to measure your success and provides a framework to guide you. The definition of financial wealth that resonates with me and I find extremely useful is from Kiyosaki (2000) who defines wealth as how many months you can maintain your current lifestyle without having a paycheck come in. There are many people who are millionaires who would not be wealthy by this definition because if their cash flow stopped their wealth would disappear quickly (e.g. they have high expenses, and/or lots of debt), while there are other people of very modest means with much less than a million dollars who would be very wealthy by this definition because they could live for a year or more off the money they already have. If you haven’t done so already think now about what is your personal definition of wealth. How will you know when you are wealthy? Remember that the accumulation of wealth can become an endless cycle as evidenced by billionaires who keep accumulating wealth even though they have more than enough to meet their needs. Pendulum commands: “Raise my consciousness to the highest level possible.” “Increase my awareness of what financial success looks like” “Remove any blocks I have to coming up with an empowering definition of financial success.” The next step is to brainstorm, talk to people, and do research to come up with your own definition of financial success. You may be surprised that you already are financially successful when viewed from a different perspective, or you may have a new goal to orient your efforts to become financially successful. If you are reading this book you

have access to wealth that most people in the world can only dream of. It helps to reflect and see your wealth relatively on a world scale, rather than comparing yourself to the wealthiest individuals which distorts your perspective and makes you only see lack instead of savoring the abundance you already have. Time to face your finances In order to begin financial healing with pendulums you have to know where you stand financially. Many people don’t do this and are praying for miracles, or hoping that ignorance will make their financial problems go away. Until you face your finances, no amount of pendulum work, or healing will have a positive long term effect on your situation. The truth is in the numbers and if your numbers don’t add up, or make sense, you won’t become financially successful. If your expenditures exceed your income you are going to have problems unless you decrease spending, or increase income. Too often people make financial decisions with their emotions and confuse wants with needs. So the first step is to get clarity on your numbers. How much money is coming in? How much is going out? How much do you owe? Pendulum commands: “Increase my consciousness of my finances to the highest level possible.” “Remove any blocks I have to looking at my finances.” “Increase my awareness of people and resources that can help me understand my finances.” “Divine help me synchronously meet the perfect people to help me understand and manage my finances.” Spend some time gathering and analyzing this information. Get help from a 12 step group like Debtors Anonymous or a financial planner if you are having trouble. Spending plan I found a very useful guide to spending in Warren & Warren (2006) who presents budget planning tool with her “balanced money formula” which is as follows: Spend 50% of your income on needs Items essential to life like food, shelter, etc. not your desires, or emotional spending. If your current needs exceed 50% of your monthly income you are spending too much and need to downsize, or keep spending at same level and earn more. Wants 30% These are luxuries and things you desire. I personally find this to be too high a value, but I agree with Warren & Warren (2006) that personal spending is psychologically important especially if it is in alignment with spending guidelines that are likely to improve happiness such as spending on experiences instead of items and prosocial spending to benefit others. Savings 20% You should put away 20% of your income on either paying off debt, or personal savings if you are debt free. I personally like Ramsey (2009) who recommends putting $1000 dollars away in savings immediately and then putting most of your resources beyond needs into debt reduction but Warren & Warren & Warren (2006) suggestion of 20% is reasonable too. While this formula is not perfect, e.g. if you are an entrepreneur you should immediately deduct the percentage of your tax burden from your income before applying her formula, it is a good general guide. Especially the category of

needs. If you are spending more than 50% you have to take away from the other categories, or cut spending. It is that simple. I put this information here because many people think personal finances are too complicated, but in reality they are not. You can make them complicated, but it really is just of matter of input versus output and seeing the balance. So having a spending plan can help you control spending and bring clarity to your financial picture. Pendulum Commands: “Divine help me create a spending plan that works for me.” “Increase my rational thinking ability to the highest level possible.” “Remove my desire to treat finances as an emotional issue.” “Divine bring me clarity around my finances.” “Motivate me to deal with my finances.” “Remove any blocks I have to creating and following a spending plan.” How much money do you need? It is always good to have a benchmark to give one a frame of reference in terms of finances. The accumulation of wealth can be an endless pursuit, so it is important to know how much is enough to get the maximum benefits of increased well-being that having money can provide while avoiding the downsides of the excessive pursuance of material goals. Psychologists in the United States have looked and discovered that for people living within their means in the United States a yearly household income of $75,000 is the tipping point at which increased amounts of money do not translate into increased levels of happiness. “$75,000 is a threshold beyond which further increases in income no longer improve individuals’ ability to do what matters most to their emotional well-being, such as spending time with people they like, avoiding pain and disease, and enjoying leisure…What the data suggest is that above a certain level of stable income, individuals’ emotional well-being is constrained by other factors in their temperament and life circumstances.” (Kahneman & Deaton 2010) So what this means is that $75,000 is enough money to avoid most of life’s financially induced problems assuming you don’t have any financial issues such as excessive debt. Having more than $75,000 a year household income can’t really buy you any extra benefits that will translate into well-being and daily happiness. While this figure is an important benchmark to get a relative understanding on the impact of money on overall happiness, there are other variables that can improve, or worsen your situation independent of your overall household income. For example, having debt can worsen your emotional health even if your household income is in excess of $75,000, while living within your means and making health promoting choices with your free time and extra money can make living on less than $75,000 a year quite doable and emotionally satisfying. I consider this value of $75,000 a benchmark, but not an absolute indicator of the relationship between happiness and wealth because there are many happy people who make far less than this and many unhappy people who make much more than this value. What can you do to increase your happiness around money? Beyond just avoiding the difficulties of not having enough money, there are several ways you can increase your happiness with money regardless of your level of income, or state of financial well-being. I will outline these ways below to give you a template for maximizing happiness around money. The value of having cash at hand Psychologists have shown that having extra money available in the form of liquid assets, or cash, results in a feeling

of overall wellbeing. This effect is so strong that people who have extra cash feel more satisfied with their lives than people who earn more, or have more financial assets, but don’t have extra money. Having available money also ameliorates the negative effects of having debt (Ruberton et al. 2016). While many individuals believe that increasing income or total wealth will improve their happiness, they may also benefit by building a financial buffer in their checking and savings accounts. We found this buffer to be associated with improved well-being regardless of how much a person earns, invests, or owes.(Ruberton et al. 2016) Financial advisors refer to these cash buffers as “emergency funds”, “rainy day funds”, “prudent reserves”, or simply as savings. A popular financial counselor Ramsey (2009) suggests that you immediately save $1000 and once your debts are paid off save three to six months of your living expenses to put away as an emergency fund (Ramsey 2009). This bit of advice is soundly supported by the science. A creative variation on this idea is presented by Douglas & Heer (2013) where suggest that you “self tithe” 10% of every dollar you make to the “Church of You” and that you save this money and do not spend it, but rather let it accumulate over the years to build up a reserve of cash that will allow you to feel safe and at ease around money, so that the lack of money does not become a preoccupation that energetically blocks its flow into your life. They take this idea one step further by suggesting that you also carry around symbols of wealth like a valuable gold coin or a hundred-dollar bill in your wallet so that you are constantly reminded that you have money. Pendulum commands: “I will tithe 10% of my income to give me cash and liquid assets.” “Remove any blocks I have to keeping cash at hand.” “Divine help me to create a “rainy day fund” to provide for my needs for three months.” “Remove any blocks I have to keeping money.” The problem of debt The modern consumerist lifestyle encourages people to go into debt. Unfortunately, not only is going into debt bad for your finances, it is also strongly correlated with poor physical and mental health, suicide completion, alcohol and drug addiction among other problems (Richardson et al. 2013). The number one priority of anyone trying to improve their finances should be to eliminate debt (Ramsey 2009). Having debt makes it impossible to ever have money because you owe more than you have. Energetically having money is important for getting more because otherwise money just flows through your life. Even non spiritual people recognize this with phrases like “it takes money to make money”. The way I interpret this is that unless you can “hold space” for having money, money will always just flow through you in the form of inputs and outputs and youwon’t have wealth. Many of us come from ancestors that were poor, and we may be the first ones in our families to ever have wealth, so healing needs to be done to be able to have money. Being in debt is antithetical to that. Interestingly groups of people that benefit from you having debt try to modify this somewhat by saying there is “good debt” and “bad debt” but in reality all debt is bad because in most cases you are trying to own something you can’t afford. Speculation on the value of debt is essentially what crashed the world economy in 2008 and there is no room for debt in the new economic reality if you want to be financially solvent and free. When I first started my financial journey I had debt. I realized, however, that I had basically become and indentured servant to the credit card company and student loan agency. This had to end because I value my freedom so I worked to pay off all my debt and I am now debt free. This has resulted in giving me the ability to accumulate enough wealth so that I no longer am struggling for day to day survival. This is freedom and you can have it to. Being debt free, or at least managing debt, is the key. The question is how do you get out of debt? A popular method is referred to as the “Debt Snowball” by Ramsey (2009) whereby you pay off your smallest debts first and then put the money that was going to pay off those to start paying your larger debts. If you have an enormous amount of debt in the form of a student loans you may qualify for an income driven

repayment plan that would allow you to make payments based on your income and after 25 years receive loan forgiveness. Another option for dealing with non-student loan debt is to declare bankruptcy. I know people who have done this and while there is some hassle involved and some minor social stigma, it is totally doable and can be a way to get a clean start. The key is that you must do the healing work or you will create the samecircumstances again. Finally, debt reduction requires commitment, so a 12-step program like Debtors Anonymous, or Business Debtors Anonymous where you can get continual practical, spiritual and emotional support can be a to keep you on track with getting out of debt. Pendulum commands: “Remove the energetic imprint of debt from me.” “Flip the polarity of the energy of debt to the energy of wealth.” “Decrease my desire to live beyond my means.” “Increase my desire to make so much money that debt isn’t a problem.” “I focus on the solutions and possibilities rather than on the debt itself.” “Divine help me to find a way to be debt free.” “Increase my willpower to the highest levels possible to pay off my debt.” “Decrease my desire for emotional spending.” “Increase my consciousness around my spending and debt.” “Increase my ability to see my debt clearly so that I can take steps to eliminate it.” Joy and money Another false assumption is that if you make more money you will be happy. In reality, however, the opposite appears to be true. If you are happy, you are more likely to make money (Chancellor & Lyubomirsky 2014). Milasas (2012) talks about this extensively in her book “The Joy of Business” where she challenges you think about viewing finances from a perspective of happiness and all the infinite possibilities for generating wealth that perspective could provide. Dain and Heer (2013) also talk about it and they claim that “money likes a party” and that if you are no fun, money won’t want to be in your life. While it is possible to generate massive wealth from soul deadening, joyless activities, it is nice to know that the science gives us proof that it doesn’t have to be that way and that by increasing your joy factor in life your finances can also improve. The question becomes how can you generate joy with money? What are the ways that you currently think about money, or deal with money that cause you not to have joy? In the past I always felt that money was something that had to be dealt with and I tried not to think about it much. Now my attitude is different. I like money and I am really am happy when I get to receive it, keep it, and even when I spend it. I have found money making activities that give me pleasure and I now make and have more money than I ever had before in my life. So finding joy with money can be an important part of financial healing process. Pendulum commands: “Increase my feelings of joy with money.” “Remove any blocks I have to loving money.” “Neutralize any negative emotions around the statement “I love money and money loves me.” “Increase the joy factor for me to making money.” “Dear divine please help me to have fun in the game of life.” “Divine show me how to make money joyful.” Effect of time as money on happiness It has been shown that people who work for an hourly wage begin to devalue their leisure time even though it is one of the greatest potential sources of happiness. Valuing time as money has the pernicious effect of making people view time not spent making money as time wasted and it also impedes their ability to get pleasure from non-money

making life experiences (DeVoe & House 2016). A real world example is the decision to take either a six figure job that would significantly decrease your available leisure time, or to take a job that gave you a lower salary but also allowed significant leisure time while still keeping you within the $75,000 a year household income range. If happiness is your goal, taking the lower paying job, adjusting your spending accordingly and leveraging your leisure time for life fulfilling/happiness inducing activities would be the wiser move. In fact, people who prioritize their time over money have been shown to have a greater sense of well-being (Whillans et al. 2016). While people who prioritize making money and materialist aims are unhappier, less satisfied with life, less healthy, more anxious and less able to relate to other people and are therefore worse off on all measures of life compared to people who value their time (Chancellor & Lyubomirsky 2014). Pendulum commands: “Increase my ability to enjoy leisure time.” “Remove any blocks I have to using my leisure time to make me happy.” “I dissociate time with money in my free time.” “Remove any blocks I have to taking time off from work.” “I am valuable and deserve free time to nourish me.” “Neutralize any blocks or inhibitions to me taking time for my happiness.” “Increase my ability to relax, enjoy experiences, and socialize with others in my free time.” “Dear divine help me to value my time more than money.” “Help raise my consciousness level to see the value of time.” Hedonic Adaptation Humans are very adaptable, and the effects of both good and bad events do not impact our overall levels of happiness in the long term as we adapt to changing circumstances and return to our baseline levels of happiness. This phenomenon is called hedonic adaption or the hedonic treadmill. In our daily life it is most noticeable when you buy an item that you really love and then after a while you take it for granted and it no longer brings you pleasure. Hedonic adaptation is the main reason increasing your wealth, or even having the best things in life ultimately results no net increase in your baseline level of overall happiness. An example of this was a man I knew who had everything money could buy but was unhappy. He had three different mansions in beautiful parts of the country, a full operational winery, a family, a high paying and highly respected job and a fleet of high end sports cars. Every time he got depressed he would buy a new sports car. Eventually these cars would end up in a storage garage that housed his “fleet” of vehicles. After a while he wanted to leave his job, but he was afraid to do so because he wouldn’t have enough money to maintain his lifestyle, so he just kept buying cars over and over again to try to keep himself happy. If he had known about the hedonic treadmill, he would have realized that he would never be happy buying all the cars. You can demonstrate hedonic adaptation for yourself by not eating any candy or sweets for a month and then eating an apple. The apple will taste delicious, but if you are used to diet that includes candy and sweets the apple will taste bland and boring. Even worse hedonic adaptation can result behaviors that have negative consequences for overall well-being and happiness. For example, the desire to always have more and better can lead to overspending and the accumulation of debt which is strongly correlated with unhappiness (Richardson & Roberts 2013). It has also been shown that people who have the best of everything eventually become spoiled and cannot derive pleasure from the simple things in life because they can no longer savor the positive aspects of everyday emotions and experiences (Quoidbach et al. 2010). Pendulum commands: “Increase my ability to savor the moment.”

“Increase my ability to enjoy anticipation.” “Increase my awareness of happiness in the moment.” “Neutralize any blocks I have to increasing my baseline of happiness.” “Remove any blocks I have to taking steps to increase my baseline of happiness.” “Neutralize my addiction to buying short term happiness.” Forecasting errors People are remarkably bad at predicting in advance what will make them happy or upset and psychologists refer to this as forecasting error. This fact leads people to make bad choices with money that result in negative effects on their happiness and overall well-being. The classic example is thinking that a purchase will bring you happiness. While it can bring a short term increase in happiness, people always return to their baseline level of happiness before the purchase as discussed in the section on hedonic adaptation. Another example relevant to our discussion is the inability of people to accurately predict the amount of happiness and life satisfaction they would have if they income decreased. Most people overestimate the negative impact of lowering income and therefore choose to work harder, and avoid non money making activities that could bring them pleasure with the false belief that they will be unhappy if they don’t earn more (Aknin et al. 2009). Pendulum commands: “Increase my ability to see the consequences of my choices more clearly.” “Raise my consciousness so that I see the outcomes of my choices with clarity.” Spending for happiness A fascinating and useful study was done by Dunn et al. (2011) to help people avoid making forecasting errors while spending money. Here is there summary from (Dunn et al. 2011) with my commentary below about what you can do to maximize your happiness and feelings of well-being while spending money. 1) Buy more experiences and fewer material goods. Psychologists have consistently shown that positive experiences create longer lasting happiness than material goods. Memories can last a lifetime, but the thrill of a purchase can be over as quickly as the item is yours (e.g. buyer’s remorse). When choosing to use your money to bring happiness and well-being look for experiences rather than goods. 2) Use your money to benefit others rather than yourself. Many studies have documented the value of spending money on others for happiness and psychological wellbeing (Dunn et al. 2008). You don’t need to literally buy gifts for people. Tithing to your church, donating money or purchasing food to the homeless, supporting a charity, helping a friend in need, etc. can all bring positive feelings and promote your general level of happiness better than if you just purchased something for yourself (see Dunn et al. 2008). If you are feeling depressed helping another person will ultimately help you more joy than “shopping therapy”. 3) Buy many small pleasures rather than fewer large ones Since the “high” of buying an item fades rapidly after purchase, it makes more sense to buy yourself multiple things that are less expensive so that you can maximize the number of times you get positively stimulated. If you spend a significant amount of your resources on one purchase, once you have hedonically adapted it, it won’t give you pleasure anymore and you won’t have resources to buy more. Also the larger purchase can put you in debt or financial strain that can cause more psychological and health problems. 4) Don’t buy extended warranties, or extra insurance. Marketers use fear to get you buy warranties and insurance unnecessarily. Many times it is cheaper than the warranty to just buy a new item and oftentimes these protections don’t cover you when you really need them anyway.

5) Delay consumption to maximize joy of anticipation. It has been shown that people who overconsume luxury items cannot savor pleasure (Quoidbach et al. 2010). In the world of instant gratification with internet shopping with fast shipping people are not taking advantage of the joy of anticipation. Psychologists have shown that thinking about a purchase is often more satisfying than the purchase itself. So by training yourself to enjoy the anticipatory process you can, at least theoretically, maximize the joy you have from the process of getting the item. 6) Consider how peripheral features of your purchases may affect your day-to-day life. A lot of men dream about owning a fancy sports car, but do they think about how much time, effort and monetary resources it will take to maintain it? Do they think about how difficult it might be to drive? Peripheral features of purchases can be a drag on your happiness. Better to think about this in advance than to make a purchase and regret it later. The key here is to find out from other people who actually own the item what upkeep is involved, and any features of the purchase that may alter your life and make it less pleasant. 7) Beware of comparison shopping because you will focus on details that don’t matter once the purchase is made. People agonize over details that are totally irrelevant once the purchase is made. The example used in the literature is your kitchen floor. Do you ever really look at it? A person could spend hours or days even trying to find the perfect material for the floor, but once the floor is there and you are habituated to it does it really matter beyond a certain base level of function and aesthetics what the floor is like? A wise person doesn’t waste time with decisions like these and instead uses their time to invest in things that are actually likely to bring happiness. 8) Pay close attention to the happiness of others who have made similar purchases. One of the best predictors of your happiness and satisfaction with a purchase turns out to be the experiences of others who have made the same purchase. Take advantage of online reviews and actually talking to real people if you can to find out what owning the product, or buying the service is really like. You will have to learn how to spot fake reviews, but generally that is pretty easy. If a product has a couple hundred reviews many are likely to be real. If it is has only a few reviews, make sure that the purchases are at least verified and check to see if anyone you know has the product. Another very important, and overlooked aspect of purchasing is that materialist/consumerist outlook on life pretty much guarantees you will be unhappy and unfulfilled (Chancellor & Lyubomirsky 2014). One interesting idea I encountered in the literature is to adopt a lifestyle based on thrift which means using money carefully and not wastefully (Chancellor & Lyubomirsky 2014). From what we have discussed wasteful spending on unnecessary purchases of expensive material goods, especially those that you can’t afford without going into debt. Spending within your means, using discretionary income to buy experiences rather than goods, helping others with your extra money, these are all part of the thrift paradigm. In our culture we are trained to overconsume, but buy adopting a thrifty lifestyle you can learn to value what you have and not spend your monetary resources on “stuff”. This is one way to get out of the “hamster wheel” of working harder and harder for a life that stresses you out. Becoming thrifty will help free up your financial resources so you can work less and learn to enjoy your free time more. Pendulum commands: “Raise awareness of my spending habits that bring happiness.” “Raise my awareness of spending patterns that are making me unhappy.” “Remove any blocks that I have to spending in ways that will bring me happiness.” Positional Treadmill When I lived in Mill Valley, California one of the wealthiest places in the country I constantly felt I was not financially successful even though by the standards of the average American I was wildly successful. I didn’t drive a BMW or have a million-dollar home, but I did have financial freedom. Why was I upset? Psychologists call it the “positional treadmill” and average people call it “keeping up with the Joneses” or “compare

and despair.” The basic idea is that there are always going to be others who have more than you, so by comparing yourself to others you will always find a way to feel less than, or worse off than others even if your life is really good. While in the Bay Area every healer and coach I knew was obsessed with becoming a six figure entrepreneur and then when that wasn’t good enough a seven figure entrepreneur. There was no way to win, even if you were really winning you didn’t feel like it. So a great piece of advice is don ’t compare your financial situation with other peoples and don’t try to have the highest salary, or latest high priced “toys” that research shows will ultimately bring you unhappiness anyway. Find a way to value what you have and try to build a happy lifein ways that don’t involve trying to maintain social status via income and valuable possessions. Pendulum commands: “Increase consciousness of positive aspects of self to the highest level.” “Increase my ability to see objectively without comparing.” “Increase my awareness of my condition with selfreferencing.” Healing Protocols Other than using the commands above the most important thing you can do is to do the emotional healing with pendulums protocol described in this book. Most people have blocks around money that are related to emotions that are often unconscious, so getting at these blocks, freeing them and replacing the harmful emotions with helpful ones is a major part of financial healing. Here are some prompts you should use to determine if you have an emotional issues blocking you from financial success. You can say the prompt and then dowse a Yes No chart after asking “Do I require emotional healing around this issue?” If you get a Yes proceed with the emotional healing with pendulums

protocol, until you the issue is cleared. Prompts to discover if you require emotional healing: I love money. I can receive money. I can have money. I am financially successful. Having money is shameful. Having money is dangerous. I am good with money. It is safe to have lots of money. I am willing to have money come to me in abundance. I am (was) comfortable talking to my (parents, spouse, children, etc.) about money. I deserve financial success. I deserve lots of money. I can be wealthy and a good person. Having money simplifies my life. I love paying my bills. I love paying my taxes. I love helping others with my extra money. I can treat myself to life’s luxuries because I have more than enough money. I can have a large amount of money in my bank account, and/or portfolio. I can be debt free. I am able to earn more than enough money to take care of all my needs. I don’t want to make money because it will cause trouble. I can clearly see my finances. I can understand my finances. I will keep track of spending. I am not a debtor.

I can keep money without spending it. I can have money that is mine. I can see my debt clearly. I am a happy person. I know how to spend money in ways that makes me happy. I can spend money wisely. I have wealth. I am willing to do whatever it takes to change my financial situation. I am willing to let go of any limitations, or preconceived notions of what it would take to change my financial situation. I will let go my family programming and limitation around money. You can probably think of many other prompts on your own. These are just to inspire you. Keep working the emotional healing protocol for each issue for as long as it takes to clear the issue and integrate new beliefs. Once you have completed one issue, work on the next one. You don’t need to try all of these in one sitting. It can be a project you work on for a while, allowing yourself time to unfold and integrate any healing that happens. You can also work on these for your spouse, co-workers, boss, sales team and anyone else you may know that could beinfluencing your financial life. Other Applications Pendulum healing works by increasing the likelihood that something will occur. So the next part of financial healing with pendulums is to use the pendulum healing work to support you in achieving your financial goals. I will list some common applications below to give you an idea of what to do, but realize that this is not a comprehensive listing and you should make pendulum commands relevant to your particular situation. Remember the aim is to make your “real world” actions more likely to succeed. The pendulum is not going to make it magically happen with no effort. Finding a job After emotional healing the next steps are to raise your consciousness to the highest level possible and to increase your ability to receive. Then you want to do the protocol for harmonizing relationships (in protocols section of this book). Between yourself and anyone in your network (e.g. people you know, LinkedIn, etc.). You also want to use the pendulum to increase the number of synchronicities you will have meeting people who can help you get a job. The reason for this is that personal relationships are one of the best ways to find work. If someone knows you, likes you/thinks you are qualified and they know you are looking for work it is more likely you will get a position via a referral than by sending out resumes. The procedure to do all this is fairly simple. Take your pendulum and state: “Harmonize all relationships between me and anyone who can help me find a job.” “Increase the number of synchronicities I have that will lead me to finding great work that pays well.” “Make me open to meeting the right person to help me find well paying, enjoyable work.” If you are sending resumes: “Make my resume stand out so that I will get an interview if it is in my highest good.” Once you actually do start getting interviews make sure to harmonize the relationships between you and the interviewers in advance. Raise their level of consciousness, increase the amount of love they are experiencing and ask to neutralize any negative thoughts, emotions, or memories they may have about you, or the interviewing situation. Also make sure to raise your own consciousness levels. Once the interviews are over harmonize relationships again using the pendulum (Also don’t forget common courtesy like a thank you letter). Use the pendulum to ask: “Dear Divine…If it is in my highest good help me to get the job.”

If you don’t get it, use the pendulum and ask “If it is in my highest good make this job interview lead to a different job that is better for me.” Getting a raise If you have been at a job and you are not getting a raise, try the following: Harmonize relationships by neutralizing any negative thoughts, emotions, or memories about you. Ask that the positive thoughts, emotions and memories be enhanced. Do emotional healing with pendulums on relating to you not getting a raise. See if either you, or your boss, have any emotional blocks to giving you a raise. Use the pendulum to help get your boss to notice all the great work you are doing and your value to the organization/business. “Divine, please help me to shine so that I am appreciated at work.” “Dear Divine, if it is in the highest good, please help my boss to see that giving me a raise in the highest good of the business.” Conducting a business deal/negotiation Whenever you are conducting a business deal or negotiation of any kind use your pendulum to smooth the way for a successful outcome. Harmonizing relationships and raising consciousness is key. Also use the pendulum to help “grease the wheels” of any outcome you are trying to achieve by making commands specific to the situation. You can also raise your consciousness to any aspect of the deal you may not have thought of, or any aspect of the deal that might be harmful. You can also ask that the deal fall through if it is not in your highest good. “Dear Divine have this deal work out for my highest good and the highest good of all concerned.” During the actual meeting secretly use your fingers as a pendulum to help move energies and keep the deal going towards the next goal. Be careful about using too much will though because you may end up with a deal you don’t want if you aren’t careful. Always be willing to allow it to fail if it is not in your highest good. Increasing sales One way to increase sales is to send an “energetic advertisement” to all potential customers: Pendulum command: “Dear Divine may everyone who can benefit from my products and services find me and have the finances and motivation to buy my products and services for our highest good and the highest good of all concerned.” Another way to increase sales is to do healing on your customers. You can raise consciousness levels, and do emotional healing on them. For example, after the 2016 presidential election my sales dropped off and went flat. So I did a group emotional healing on all my clients and everyone on my list and FB group. The next day I started to get sales again and then I made an offering of a new class and I ended up having to have my best month of sales to date and people were very happy with my products and services and went on to do great things with what they learned. This is what you call win win. So if business is slow do healing on your customers, potential customers and you can also do healing on the business itself and your employees. You can do this a group healing, or individual healing and then either use regular pendulum commands, or protocol like emotional healing, or whatever you feel is appropriate. Customer relations Emotional healing with pendulums is the way to go to help customer relations. Increasing consciousness and love are also great, as is the protocol for harmonizing relationships (In protocols section of this book). Treat bad customer relations as a sign of illness and work on healing it using all your pendulum healing tools. You can also use pendulum to work on your customer service representatives and to do healing on any particularly challenging customers youhave. Also make sure that you don’t use the healing as a way to get by without providing good customer service and relations. You don’t want to continue bad practices and try to use healing as a way to make up for that. Always combine pendulum healing with real life actions. Advertising In addition to the energetic advertising you can try the following command whenever you start a new ad campaign. Pendulum command

“Dear divine help this advertisement reach exactly the right people who will have motivation and resources to buy my products and services for my highest good and the highest good of allconcerned.” You can also do the harmonizing relationship commands to harmonize your ad campaign with customers. Also make sure to healing on your ad team before making the ads so that their consciousness levels are increased and that they create ads that will likely reach and be of interest to potential customers. Pendulum command “Divine help my advertising team create the perfect ads to increase my business.” Sales team You want to do emotional healing on them to heal any blocks they have to communicating and making money. Work on harmonizing their relationships with customers and potential customers and also doing pendulum work to support any objective or goal they may be trying to reach. Bookkeeping/Billing Raising consciousness is key as is doing commands to help support them in whatever tasks they have most trouble with. You might also want to use the pendulum to invoke divine protection so that you aren’t taken advantage of. With billing use the protocol for receiving money rightfully owed to you (See protocols section) if you encounter problems collecting payments. You can also make pendulum commands related to solving problems as they arrive, or reaching certain goals. If someone makes a mistake use time machine healing (see protocols) to go back in time and do healing the person who made the mistake and also witness the trajectory of the mistake resolving itself in the perfect way. Brokerage account Do healing work on your broker and also ask for divine protection of your brokerage account. Raise your own consciousness levels to help you make better choices. You can also do an emotional healing on the managers of each fund you are investing in so that theydon’t have any resistance to making you money. Doing your taxes With taxes you can do both self-healing work and also some protective work to keep you from being unnecessarily burdened by the “tax man”. In addition to raising consciousness of yourself and your accountant you can also ask that your tax records be protected and not closely inspected or audited. This is not to protect people doing fraud, but rather as a means of avoiding unnecessary harassment by tax officials. Pendulum command: “Divine prote ct my tax records from unnecessary examination by tax officials.” Be careful about asking to hide your records because you want your taxes to be recorded, just not overly analyzed. Also work on emotional healing around yourself if you have any negative emotional issues come up when paying your taxes. Chapter Summary The two objectives of financial healing with pendulums are: 1) Heal any blocks you have to receiving, and keeping wealth. 2) Make your efforts to increase your financial health more likely to succeed. It is important to have your own definition of financial success so that you know when you are financially successful. Each person will have a different definition. If you want financial success, first make sure you can clearly see and understand your current financial situation. Having a spending plan can keep spending under control and maximize savings and debt reduction which will

improve your financial life. There are ways you can increase your happiness with money, but they are often things you would not naturally do, or think to do, with your money such as spending money on others, reducing debt, having a reserve of cash on hand, working on increasing your happiness/joy even without having enough money, valuing time over money, buy experiences instead of items, learn to value thrift, and not compare yourself to others. Emotional healing with pendulums technique is one of the primary ways to heal blocks to receiving and keeping wealth. Basic pendulum healing commands can be created to help to “grease the wheels” of success in any area of personal, or business finance. You can make commands relative to helping you achieve a particular goal, or heal a particular situation. You can also use the healing protocols outlined in this book to heal you, your employees, customers, or even the whole business itself. They key things to think of are “how can I stimulate healing in this situation?” and “What pendulum commands can I make to help facilitate/or increase the likelihood of success of actions I am taking to improve my financial situation. Pendulum Healing for Weight Loss Definition: Weight loss is the loss of excess weight in order to improve health. Basically, there are two medical reasons and one nonmedical reason for unhealthy weight gain. 1) Consuming more calories than you use, excess calories converted to fat. 2) Body retains excess fluids. 3) Heavy/dense energies in the auric field. The reasons why your body might have excess fat, fluids, or heavy energies are complex, however, and there are many possible causes. Given that, it is vital to try to determine the cause of excess weight gain in order to address the issue. Also, it is highly recommended to use the pendulum healing to complement the treatment for weight loss and increase its probability of success rather than expecting that the pendulum can do all the work. Below, I will give several examples of pendulum commands that may be effective in helping with weight loss in different circumstances. It is impossible to cover every reason for weight gain or to provide commands that can address all issues. Disclaimer: Do not attempt any weight loss program without the supervision of a medical doctor. Consult with a licensed medical practitioner before attempting to lose weight. Use these examples as "inspiration" to develop your own commands based on your particular circumstances. Also, be sure to do all the regular steps in the healing process, including both techniques from my previous book “Circling the Square of Life” (Hunter 2015) and the chapter of this book on Emotional Healing with pendulums. Below are 14 major reasons why people gain excess weight and relevant pendulum commands to help assist with weight loss. 1. Excess Fat Reason: Overeating while not burning enough calories. Solutions: Reduce food consumption, eat less calories (e.g. romaine lettuce is a great snack that will fill you up without many calories), exercise more in enjoyable ways (e.g. start a practice like walking, running). Kundalini yoga is a great way to exercise, and I highly recommend it. It works on your physical body, energy body, charkas, and spiritual well-being. Many places offer classes, and you can easily find routines online (e.g. YouTube). Pendulum commands to support this: "My body knows when to stop eating." "I listen to my body and know when to stop eating." "I eat the perfect amount of food at every meal." "Reduce my cravings for high calorie foods." "Increase my cravings for low calorie foods that are healthy." "Increase my desire to exercise." "Increase my will power to the highest level." "Increase my body’s desire to move and sweat." "Help me find enjoyable ways to exercise." "Divine, help me lose excess weight." 2. Metabolism Reason: Metabolism slows down naturally due to age, etc. Solutions: Reduce food consumption, eat less calories, exercise more. Pendulum Commands: "Increase my metabolism to levels healthy for my age." "Body, burn more calories for my highest good." "Inhibit my appetite and increase my energy expenditure."

3. Lack of Sleep Reason: Lack of sleep. Studies have shown that lack of sleep results in overeating that causes weight gain resulting in increased caloric intake and decreased self-control over food cravings (Markwald et al. 2013). Solutions: Get more sleep, don't eat at night. Pendulum Commands: "Restore my ability to sleep soundly and get a restorative sleep." "Remove any blocks to me getting enough sleep." Make commands about specific reasons why you can't sleep: "Reduce my desire for caffeine." "I get enough exercise so that my body is tired at night." "Increase my levels of melatonin to the ideal level." "Decrease my appetite." "Increase my energy expenditure." "I sleep and deeply rest at night." "Remove anxiety." "Reduce my desire to eat at night." 4. Excess Stress Reason: Excessive stress. Stress causes the body to make the hormone cortisol that increases your appetite and desire for high calorie comfort foods causing weight gain (Harvard MentalHealth, 2012). Solutions: Reduce stress levels. This could involve changing your life around, because excess stress may indicate that something in your life is not working, and you are trying to work around it rather than face it or change it. Sometimes stress can't be avoided and self-care (such as taking an Epsom salt bath with lavender oil or starting a mindfulness practice) is required. Pendulum Commands: "Reduce my cortisol levels." "Bring me peace." "Allow stress to pass right through me." "My life unfolds with ease." "I surrender my worry to the Divine." "I exercise to relieve stress." 5. Medical Conditions Reason: Various medical conditions (e.g. Polycystic Ovary Syndrome, Cushing disease, Hyperthyroidism, Diabetes, etc.). It is important to seek medical care and do the pendulum healing as a supplement. You can do a general healing for yourself or research the condition using the Internet and make pendulum commands specific to what is going on. Ask that any drugs taken harmonize with the body. Find out if there is a meaning to the illness (Hay 1998) and pendulum work around that. Solution: In addition to receiving medical care, research the medical causes of the issue and make commands relevant to the situation. For example, in hypothyroidism your thyroid (the butterfly-shaped gland in the front of your neck) is not making enough thyroid hormone, so you're probably feeling tired, weak, and cold, and gaining weight. Without enough thyroid hormone, your metabolism slows, making weight gain more likely (American Thyroid Association 2016). Pendulum Commands: "Increase my levels of thyroid hormone." "Raise the vitality of my thyroid to the highest level possible." "Harmonize my thyroid medications with my body so that they have maximal effect." "Change the radiesthetic color of my thyroid to Blue-Green." "Increase the will of my thyroid to live." 6. Quitting Smoking

Reason: Quitting smoking: Many people gain weight after quitting smoking (Wax et. al. 2016). Nicotine binds to receptors on appetite-regulating neurons, which aren’t involved in addiction. These neurons, located in the hypothalamus, send the “I’m full” message after a meal, helping to regulate how much you eat. Solutions: find substitute behaviors to reduce cravings, e.g. chewing sugarless gum, eating healthy snacks like fruits and romaine lettuce, starting an exercise routine (e.g. Kundalini yoga). Pendulum Commands: "Remove any thought forms/elemental of smoking from my aura." "Heal my jaw chakras." "Harmonize my jaw chakras." "Clean my jaw chakras." "Change the color of my hypothalamus to Blue-Green." "Restore balance in the hypothalamus." "Remove the energetic imprint of smoking from me." "Restore me to my pre-smoking state." 7. Prescription Drugs Reason: Prescription drugs. Many prescription drugs have a side effect of causing unhealthy weight gain (Booth 2016). The reasons are varied and complex. Be sure to address this under medical supervision. Solutions: Determine if weight gain is a side effect of any medication you are currently taking. Speak to your doctor about what you can do, and have your pendulum harmonize themedication with your system. Pendulum Commands: "Harmonize this medication with my body." "Body, harmonize with this medicine for my maximal health." "Medicine, harmonize with my body for my maximal health." "Body, safely process this medicine and excrete the breakdown products." 8. Ascension Symptom Reason: Ascension symptom/Kundalini syndrome. Think Buddha Belly. As people meditate they become so "light" that they need to ground themselves to the earth and not float away. Solutions: Do grounding exercises and maintain a balance between meditation and worldly activities. Regularly walk on the earth with bare feet (in safe areas). Incorporate grounding foods into your diet (e.g. root crops). Don't eat sweets all the time (Many spiritual idealists live on sweets). Pendulum Commands: "Strengthen my root chakra." "Ground me to the Earth." "Balance my chakras." "Clear my Sushumna channel." 9. Psychological Protection Reason: Psychological protection, excess weight as a form of armor. For individuals who have experienced a traumatic event (most common in women who experienced sexual assault), excess weight can help the person feel safe by creating a barrier to the outside. Solution: Address the underlying fears and insecurities, become empowered instead of being in self-defense (victim mode). Pendulum Commands: "Transform me into feeling safe in the world." "I am protected by God and Spirit." "Remove the energy of trauma." "Neutralize traumatic energies." "Create a shield of protection around me." Emotional Healing technique from this book may be required.

10. Emotional Eating Reason: Emotional eating. When people use food to regulate their emotions, weight gain can occur (e.g. Van Strien et. al 2013). Solutions: Emotional healing technique to get at underlying emotions, 12-step program for overeaters, enhance willpower. Pendulum Commands: Use Emotional Healing technique from this book. 11. Relationships Reason: Relationship. When people are happy with their partner, they tend to gain weight (Meltzer et. al. 2013). When people eat together, they tend to eat more. Also, women start to eat as much as the man, resulting in weight gain. Also, complacency sets in. Solutions: Be aware of this. Control your portions. Keep up your desire to be a healthy weight. Pendulum Commands: "I can control my portions." "I am individuated in my relationship." "I desire to look and feel my best." 12. Menopause Reason: Weight gain in menopause (Simkin-Silverman 2003). The years surrounding the menopause are associated with weight gain, increased central adiposity, and decreased physical activity. While weight change occurs independent of menopausal status, adverse changes in body fat distribution and body composition may be due to hormonal changes occurring during the menopausal transition. Solution: The one factor most consistently related to weight gain during menopause (according to medical literature) is the lack of physical activity. To avoid weight gain, women should make regular physical activity a priority. Pendulum Commands: "Transform me into one who desires regular exercise." “Help my body, mind, and spirit adapt to the hormonal changes going on in my body for my highest good.” 13. Fluid Retention The reasons for excess fluid retention are extremely complex and varied. Often, fluid weight gain can happen rapidly (e.g. several pounds in one day). The body will be swollen. Fluid retention can signify a life-threatening situation, so see a medical doctor immediately. The basic goal of the pendulum healing is to support any medical work being done to heal the underlying cause of the issue and to reestablish fluid balance in the body. Reason: Edema Solution: Taking medication to remove excess fluid and reducing the amount of salt in your food often relieves edema. When edema is a sign of an underlying disease, the disease itself requires separate treatment. Pendulum commands: "My kidneys regulate my fluid levels." "Balance the salt levels in my blood for my optimal health." "Safely relieve my body of excess fluids." 14. Heavy/dense Energies Reason: Density can accumulate in the auric field. Once I was at a healing demonstration and the healer put people on a scale, then did an energy healing and weighed the people immediately after, and they dropped several pounds of weight. I was pretty blown away by this and even had the healer do it for me so that I knew it wasn’t a fake. This clearing won’t get rid of fat, but it will make you look and feel much lighter. Pendulum command: “Clear this person of dense energies causing excess weight.”

Weight loss can be very challenging, but pendulum healing can be used to facilitate the process by making it more likely that actions you take will succeed. It is important to spend time determining the cause of weight gain by doing some detective work before attempting weight loss. It is possible to heal excess weight, and the pendulum can be a valuable aid in making it happen. Have faith that once you identify the cause of excess weight gain and combine healing work with actions you take, you will be able to get to your desired weight. Chapter Summary This chapter identifies 14 causes of excess weight gain: 1) Excess fat 2) Metabolism 3) Lack of sleep 4) Excess stress 5) Medical conditions 6) Quitting smoking 7) Prescription drugs 8) Ascension symptoms 9) Psychological protection 10) Emotional eating 11) Relationships 12) Menopause 13) Fluid retention 14) Heavy/dense energies The pendulum can assist you in losing excess weight, but it will not do the work for you. It is vital that you identify the cause of weight gain and use the pendulum healing to support your efforts at weight loss to make success more likely. Pendulum Healing Protocols This chapter outlines the protocols found in the main body of the book and also includes some extra protocols that advanced pendulum healers might find useful. Use this chapter as a quick reference for a healing protocol and read the chapters to learn the background material and go into the details of the subject. Pendulum Healing Basics In case you are new to Pendulum Healing I am including this short “How To” to get you up and running. If you don’t have a proper pendulum you can spin your fingers instead. Other good designs are the Isis, Osiris, and Karnak. 4) Simplest way to heal someone with a pendulum is to hold the healing pendulum over the person or over the part of the body needing healing and let the pendulum spin in circles until it stops spinning and starts to balance out by swinging side to side. 7) Sample healing commands: “Remove any trauma” “Raise vitality to the highest level possible” “Increase will to live to highest level possible”

“Change the energy of every cell, tissue and organ of the person to Blue-Green (The color of vibrant health). “Increase consciousness to the highest level possible” “Increase amount of love to highest level possible” 8) Open and close healing with a prayer and invocation of beneficial spiritual beings (e.g. God) 9) Turn the whole healing over to divine will by saying “This healing will help the person for their highest good and the highestgood of all concerned.” 10) Always trust your work because doubt will cast a negative “spell “undoing the good healing work you have done. Trust that you were asked to help for a reason and that what you did was perfect. Healing can happen in many ways. Don’t limit it by thinking the healing didn’t work if you don’t see the results your ego wants. Trust the process. Universal Pendulum The markings on the Universal Pendulum representelectromagnetic

energy. To use it for healing: 1) Using the equator of the pendulum set the energy you want by sliding the string to the center of the metal bow and then turning the bow so that the string is over the energy you want to transmit. 2) Hold the pendulum by the third knot, or marker, on the string. Let it spin over the person, or witness card, until it balances out and begins to go side by side. A general protocol to follow is to choose energies/colors based on what the person needs (e.g., use Red or Infra-Red for wound healing, Ultra-Violet for skin issues, etc.). Once finished, use Green to neutralize Negative Green in the person’s body and then use Blue (actually Blue-Green or Cyan scientifically) to bring the person into resonance with the energy of health to complete the healing. Emotional Healing Emotional healing is a way to use the pendulum to discover and heal emotions that are pathological and need to be cleared and replaced with healing emotions so that the person can heal and evolve emotionally. Emotions can underlie physical problems and they can be transferred between people, lifetimes and generations. Unless focused action is taken, these pathological emotions may not heal. Emotional healing with pendulums is based on energies and is not a replacement for therapy. 1) Use dowsing or muscle testing to get Yes or No answers to guide the healing. Determine if Emotional Healing With Pendulums is required. 2) Telepathically ask the following questions anddowse/muscle test for answers: Is (name of person) willing to show up for the healing? Is (name of person) willing to tell the truth? Is (name of person) willing to let go of what is no longer needed? If you get a No on any of these start here with the healing. If you get a Yes to all proceed to the actual issue. 3) Use the chart of emotions and dowsing/muscle testing to identify the pathological emotion and the healing emotion that will replace it. 4) Use the other chart to determine where the emotion came from. If it came from the person himself/herself (i.e. Theirs) who or what is it directed towards? If it comes from “Other” who gave it to them? When did they get it? Is it current, from this lifetime (identify life stage), a past lifetime, or was it passed on generationally in a lineage? This information allows you to find the emotion in the time space continuum so that you can clear it. If the emotion comes from “Other” do a healing for that person as well by including them in your healing command for the person who is receiving the primary healing. 5) Once identified release/clear the pathological emotion with the command:

6) “(Name of person) releases__________________ (negative emotion) to Divine love and gratitude.” Install/suggest the healing emotion with the command: “(Name of person) is now free to _________________ (say replacement emotion).” 7) Use dowsing/muscle testing to see if more emotional issues Use dowsing/muscle testing to see if more emotional issues 7 until no more issues exist. If after several attempts the emotional problems persists, take a break and do another healing at a later time. Often the problem will resolve itself after your efforts, but it may take some a few hours to see the results. 8) Use Emotional Healing With Pendulums as distance healing method. You do not need to talk to the person to do the healing. If a person is present let them rest with relaxing music on while you do the healing. 9) Use the method on individuals, groups, institutions, businesses, etc. 10) The method also works well with animals. Dogs, cats, horses, birds and others. Pendulum Magic Pendulum magic involves the combination of pendulum healing with a magical ritual to strengthen the effects of the pendulum commands. The six steps are as follows: 1) Know your goal or, desired outcome. 2) Assess if the situation you are trying to magically change is in an energetically fixed state, or is it in a state of dynamism. 3) Identify variables that are either helping or hindering you to achieve the goal or outcome you desire. 4) Create spells related to variables you identified. 5) Identify magical correspondences that can be used in a ritual to cast the spell. 6) Make a magical ritual that is your own by combining your spells and correspondences into a meaningful event. Pendulum magic increases the probability something will happen, so you must take advantage of this advantage by taking actions in your life to make desired outcome(s) happen. Healing Past Lives Past life memories are often traumatic, this is the reason for healing. 1) Use dowsing chart/muscle testing to distinguish between current issues, past life issues and generational issues. 2) If past life use dowsing chart/muscle testing to distinguish what type of healing best: Emotional healing, past life closure, or physical healing. 3) Emotional healing use Emotional Healing With Pendulums technique. 4) Past life closure: Instruct your pendulum: "Dear (higher power), help this person bring closure to their past life." "Help them come to peace with their death so that they can embrace their new existence." "If it is in their highest good, bring about a sense of completion in the past life so that they can live fully in the now." This can be even more effective if done with a Negative Green pendulum. Negative Green symbolically represents the winter solstice and the transition to the end of life. 5) Physical healing: use “Time Machine Healing” described in protocols section. Go back in time to period needing healing and do the pendulum healing in the past. 6)

If it is a Generational issue use dowsing chart/muscle testing to determine how many generations it goes back and which side of the family it is from. The following commands can be use: "Higher power, take me back in time to witness the seed moment of (state issue, whose side of family, how many generations back). I now witness the healing trajectory of total recovery for the entire lineage through all time." "Higher power, clear the DNA of harmful memories of X generations on X side of the lineage for all generations in all time." "Remove the imprint of trauma from the consciousness or methylated DNA for X generations on X side of the lineage for all generations in all time." Negative Entities Negative entities are low consciousness human generated thought forms and consciousness mixed with the geopathic earth energies. The healer attempts to make conditions that weaken the negative entities by increasing the levels of love and raising consciousness (sensu Hawkins, 1994). By changing the “environmental conditions,” the negative entities will cease to exist, and the problems will disappear. To prevent their return, other steps are taken, including trying address the geopathic stressors, doing energetic and emotional healing on the people involved, and invoking divine assistance. Negative Green emanating pendulums can be very useful for this. The negative entities can be grouped in three classes: 1) Those that cause unexplained illness/pain. Healing involves: both basic pendulum healing (Hunter 2015) and increasing the levels of love and consciousness. Repeat as needed until problem resolves. 2) Location entities that “haunt” a house or other area. Healing involves: clearing the house of stagnant energies, raising levels of consciousness and love, addressing geopathic stressors and if ghosts are involved psychopomp work to help the souls of the departed pass on. 3) Ones that possesses a person and negatively alterpersonality. Healing involves combining the approaches of the two previous sections. Possession is a combo of entities effecting person and location entities. Do not personify it. Repeat healing work multiple times. Alien Abduction For people who have been abducted by UFO do basic pendulum healing and also include the following commands: “Remove the trauma of any medical procedures that occurred during the abduction.” “Neutralize any alien implants the person may have received.” “Raise the consciousness (of the person you are healing) to the highest level possible.” “Repair the third eye” or “Heal the chakral web of the Ajna chakra.” “Neutralize any thoughts, emotions, or memories related to the abduction.” “Divine, make me invisible to aliens.” “Dear (spiritual ally), protect me from abduction. Keep me safe.” Then use the “Emotional Healing With Pendulums” protocol. The person should be taught to ground themselves with physical exercise the root chakra, learn how to fight hit a punching bag in a gym, eat grounding foods such as red meat, walk barefoot regularly, and cease all spiritual activities such as meditation. Also do the protocols from “Negative Entities that haunt a location” to resolve stressors in the home. Teach the person find a spiritual ally and invoke spiritual and psychic protection. Use pendulum to command that “All portals in the home be closed.” Weight Loss

You must identify the cause of the weight gain and make commands relevant to helping the person lose weight due to that cause. The pendulum itself will not do the weight loss, but it can make the efforts of the person more likely to succeed. The 14 causes of excess weight gain recognized and commands to help: 1) Excess Fat "My body knows when to stop eating" "I listen to my body and know when to stop eating" "I eat the perfect amount of food at every meal" "Reduce my cravings for high calorie foods" "Increase my cravings for low calorie foods that are healthy" "Increase my desire to exercise" "Increase my will power to the highest level" "Increase my bodies desire to move and sweat" "Help me find enjoyable ways to exercise" "Divine, help me lose excess weight" 2) Metabolism "Increase my metabolism to levels healthy for my age" "Body burn more calories for my highest good" "Inhibit my appetite and increase my energy expenditure" 3) Lack of Sleep "Restore my ability to sleep soundly or get a restorative sleep" "Remove any blocks to me getting enough sleep" "Reduce my desire for caffeine" "I get enough exercise so that my body is tired at night" "Increase my levels of melatonin to the ideal level" "Decrease my appetite" "Increase my energy expenditure" "I sleep and deeply rest at night" "Remove anxiety" "Reduce my desire to eat at night" 4) Excess Stress "Reduce my cortisol levels" "Bring me peace" "Allow stress to pass right through me" "My life unfolds with ease" "I surrender my worry to the divine" "I exercise to relieve stress" 5) Medical Conditions Too numerous to mention. Research condition makerelevant commands. 6) Quitting Smoking "Remove any thought forms/elemental of smoking from my aura" "Heal my jaw chakras" "Harmonize my jaw chakras" "Clean my jaw chakras" "Change the color of my hypothalamus to Blue-Green" "Restore balance in the hypothalamus" "Remove the energetic imprint of smoking from me" "Restore me to my pre-smoking state" 7) Prescription Drugs "Harmonize this medication with my body" "Body harmonize with this medicine for my maximal health" "Medicine harmonize with my body for my maximal health" "Body safely process this medicine and excrete thebreakdown products" 8) Ascension Symptom

"Strengthen my root chakra" "Ground me to the earth" "Balance my chakras" "Clear my Sushumna channel" 9) Psychological Protection Emotional Healing With Pendulums Protocol. "Transform me into feeling safe in the world" "I am protected by God and spirit" "Remove the energy of trauma" "Neutralize traumatic energies" "Create a shield of protection around me" 10) Emotional Eating Emotional Healing With Pendulum Protocol 11) Relationships "I can control my portions" "I am individuated in my relationship" "I desire to look and feel my best" 12) Menopause "Transform me into one who desires regular exercise" “Help my body, mind and spirit adapt to the hormonal changes going on in my body for my highest good” 13) Fluid Retention "My kidneys regulate my fluid levels" "Balance the salt levels in my blood for my optimal health" "Safely relieve my body of excess fluids" 14) Heavy/dense Energies “Clear this person of dense energies causing excess weight.” Chakras Most healers rely on a simplified knowledge of chakra system to do their work. This causes them to miss several important chakras when doing healings. The system of Master Cho Kok Sui (2000) is more complete than others. You can work on individual chakras, or do collective healing. Sample healing commands: “Increase size of chakra” “Decrease size of chakra” “Increase vitality of chakra” “Heal the chakra” “Restore chakra web” “Open chakra” “Remove blocks” “Harmonize” “Synchronize” “Root basic chakra/chakra below feet to earth”

I have also found a major charka about 36-60 inches below the feet. When a person is standing this chakra is in the ground. When lying down this chakra is in the air. It is important to treat this charka, especially when doing healing on people who areungrounded, have kundalini syndrome, or mania. Medical Care Protocol Whenever you have to visit a doctor or go for a hospital procedure you should use pendulum healing before, during, and after the experience. The pendulum can help to optimize the experience and speed up the healing process. While you will need to tailor this to the situation you are trying to influence, the following commands will give you an idea of what to do. If you are conscious during the procedure(s) you can use your fingers as a pendulum. If you can’t do the pendulum work yourself, have a pendulum healer do it for you, or do it retroactively using time machine healing. 1) Raise the levels consciousness and love of everyone involved with the medical experience. Do it for the doctors, nurses, office secretaries, literally anyone who is playing a role. Ask that the procedures be in the persons highest good and the highest good of all concerned. 2) When you are in the doctor’s office, or hospital room, etc. raise levels of consciousness, love and remove all remnants of trauma from the area and send it to divine love and gratitude. Also ask that all souls (self-identity consciousness of dead people) be sent on their path to wherever they need to go to evolve for their highest good. Neutralize any emotions of fear, suffering, and energies of low consciousness present in the room. 3) During the procedure(s) do pendulum work around each medical goal. For example, if a certain medicine has to have a certain effect, or if a certain surgical procedure needs to go a certain way, or the body has to do a certain thing for the procedure(s) to be successful, work on each of these separately. 4) Remove all trauma from the experience. Also remove negative side effects of medications and harmonize them with the body. Perform standard pendulum healing on yourself including increasing vitality to highest level, increasing will to live, changing energy of every cell tissue organ in body to Blue-Green and also make commands related to your particular situation, especially any medical goals (e.g. reduce bleeding, or harmonize body to function without removed tissue, organ, etc.). Doing pendulum healing during medical procedures can dramatically improve the success rate of said procedures and result in successful healing while greatly reducing the chance that you will pick up negative entities. Time Machine Healing Time machine healing is a great way to go back in time and do healing for events that have already happened. While you can’t change the past, you can influence future outcomes of past events to improve healing.

1) Make a witness card (Hunter 2105). If you are doing a selfhealing it is optional. 2) Command the pendulum to go back in time to the period right before the episode occurred. Let the pendulum spin until it stops on its own and goes side to side. Then begin to do healing on the past using any relevant commands. You can use regular healing commands, or commands relevant to your situation. 3) Command the pendulum to return you to the time either during, or immediately after, the event you are trying to heal occurred. When the pendulum stops spinning, begin using the healing commands. In many cases removing trauma is an important command to include, as is raising consciousness levels and love. Finally, you want to command that you witness total healing. When an event occurs it contains several possible trajectories including a) complete recovery b) partial healing c) no healing (see Braud 2003) You want to command that you witness full recovery of whatever it is you are trying to heal and then let the pendulum spin until it balances and swings side to side. 4) Finally, bring yourself back to the present with a pendulum command and when it stops spinning, reaffirm complete healing and perform any other healing commands you want. You can also do time machine healing for the future. For example, I did an emotional healing to help a person fall asleep at night and that was successful, but the person still woke up very early in the morning every day. At first I thought the healing wasn’t a success, but then I realized that at night the person’s crown chakra became too large causing anxiety. I couldn’t access this because it only happened during sleep. When the person was awake they didn’t display the problem. So I did a time machine healing for the future. I started with doing healing on the chakras in the present. Then I told the pendulum to take me several hours ahead to the early morning when the person would wake up. When the pendulum stopped spinning I knew I was in the future and then I did a healing on the person’s chakras in the future. Then I asked to come back to the present and repeated healing again. The person reported improved sleep. Rapid Healing of Injuries Whenever an injury occurs you can greatly alleviate it by immediately commanding with your pendulum, or fingers spinning, “Remove the energy of Trauma” or similar command. This prevents the energy of the injury from settling in to the physical body preventing damage. Two examples from my own life are the almost instantaneous healing of a first degree burn, and the rapid healing of a bruise on my head. In the case of the bruise I kept spinning my fingers over it until it went away and was no longer in pain. If using a pendulum let it spin over the area. You can do it at any time, but it is the most effective if done immediately after injury. Easing Symptoms Of Autism, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), And Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD) Modified from notes on the relief of symptoms of a person with Autism by Mariann Hoffman. The healing protocol follows the notes. The goal is not to cure, but rather to help alleviate symptoms. The general protocol will also help those with ADHD and ADD. Here are some notes from the healing of an Autistic person:

Protocol: Dowse: “How extreme are the symptoms of the Autism/ADHD/ Dowse: “How extreme are the symptoms of the Autism/ADHD/ 10 scale before the healing?” 0 = No symptoms -- 10 = most severe

Pendulum commands to try: “Remove the negative side-effects of all vaccinations” “Harmonize the vaccines with the body” “Remove the negative side-effects of all medications” “Harmonize the medications with the body” “Remove the negative side effects caused by antibiotics” “Harmonize the antibiotics with the body” “Help the person be understood and accepted as is” “Harmonize relationships between the person and others” “Neutralize negative thoughts emotions and memories between this person and others.” “Ground the person 100%” “Open the chakras” “Remove all blocks from the chakras” “Optimize the chakras” “Increase the vitality of the chakras to 100%” “Harmonize the chakras” “Harmonize the five senses” “Neutralize extremes of the senses” For grounding, people have a chakra below the feet (about four to five feet away from the body). If you have the person lie down, or you do the healing while they are sleeping, you can hold your pendulum in the air and locate the chakra. Let the healing pendulum spin until it balances out. This will help ground the person. Suggested Pendulum Commands When Working with Cancer Patients Modified from notes by Mariann Hoffmann. “Align the chakras.” “Increase consciousness level.” “Remove all negative side effects of radiation and chemotherapy and other medications.” “Harmonize them with the body.” “Change every cell tissue and organ that is non-cancerous to Blue Green.” “Restore balance in immune system.” “Increase red blood cells and optimize their health.” “Make PH Alkaline (basic) or make PH exactly right level for the person.” “Transform cancerous cells to non -cancerous ones.” Use Negative Green pendulum for this part. “Send love to all cells (including cancer).” “Teach cancerous ones to accept death.” “Ask for divine remission of the tumor.” “Ask the cancer cells to cooperate with the survival of the body rather than their own selfinterest.” Also use Medical protocol, Time Machine Healing and Emotional Healing protocols. Here is another variation from notes of Melissa Tessaro Align chakras Increase will to live, strength and ability to receive Restore and balance immune system Transform cancerous cells to non cancerous cells Send love to cancer cells Divine spontaneous remission of cancer Change energy of non cancer cells to blue green Ask cancer cells to co operate with survival of body Increase light in all non cancer cells x 100 Powerfully influence all other cells around them for the positive Any medical treatments harmonize with body Reduce lump to zero and dissolve to nothing fast Increase white blood cells in body.

Temporary Relief for Mania, Anxiety, Some Types of Insomnia When people are manic/overly anxious/or having sleep issues the crown chakra is often overactive compared to the rest of the chakras and another chakra below the feet (if the person is standing this chakra would be about three to five feet away from the body underground) is also out of sync with the rest of the chakras and not grounded. The first step in healing is to reduce the size of the crown chakra using the command “Reduce the size of the crown chakra”. Then if you have the person lie down, or if you do the healing while they are sleeping, you can hold your pendulum in the air and locate the chakra below the feet. Let the healing pendulum spin in the air until it balances out. These actions will have the immediate effect of calming the person down, and often they will fall asleep. Unfortunately, this healing is not a permanent and will need to be repeated when symptoms return. Luckily it can be several weeks between healings. Do it on an as needed bases when symptoms of mania, anxiety, insomnia return. Check if the person needs to receive the Emotional Healing with Pendulums protocol to achieve longer term results and also do regular pendulum healing as outlined in my book Pendulum Healing (Hunter 2015). Receive Money Owed When money is rightfully owed you try the following: Raise consciousness, love, and do regular pendulum healing for everyone involved. Ask that relationships be harmonized by neutralizing and negative thoughts, emotions, memories, etc. between you and the person/ organization who owes you money. Then use the pendulum as ask that the people who owe you money pay you. Use their name, or the name of the organization, and specify that they pay you. Follow this up with action in the real world. A legal sounding demand letter is more effective than a phone call. Consider taking other legal action if you don’t get a response. Legal Protocol They call them legal battles for a reason, so the best way to win is with love. Harmonize relationships between everyone involved by neutralizing any negative thoughts, emotions, or memories between you and the other people involved in the legal proceedings. Explicitly send love to the opposing side including lawyers. Raise levels of consciousness and love of everyone involved from the judge to jury court clerk, the opposing side anyone involved. Call in spiritual protection ask that the outcome be for the highest good of all. Don’t ask to win. Ask God if there are any spiritual lessons you need to learn and be open to seeing your own faults and be open to evolve, grow and learn, even if it is hard on your ego. Take any steps needed to do this. When in the courtroom raise consciousness, love, and remove trauma. Use your fingers since a pendulum is too conspicuous. Also raise consciousness and love of everyone again. If things don’t go your way, assume that it wasn’t in your highest good to win. The goal here is to get a fair outcome. Not to win, per say. The “Orion” Pendulum

The "Orion" pendulum featured on the cover of this book is a brass healing pendulum that emanates white light and has a very high spiritual energy giving it powerful healing properties. It is an Egyptian inspired design that resembles the star pattern of the constellation Orion- the Hunter- which is also the template for the layout of the Great pyramids at Giza. This pendulum it is very responsive to commands and swings easily making it well suited for both healing and dowsing. The energy it emits is quite strong yet surprisingly gentle. Dr. Hunter blesses each pendulum and empowers it for healing work. To learn more visit: www.erichhunter.com
