JOURNALING:

Journaling is an intentional living practice that helps to focus and clear energy. I invite you to begin a habit of daily journaling. Start by writing out who you need to forgive, including yourself. Work towards releasing any negative thoughts, fears, or judgments you may be holding onto. Journaling is a space to let go of these things which hold us back. It will give you the opportunity to engage with past experiences in your life and manifest your desires. Connect the thoughts and feelings of your soul to paper. E.

GRATITUDE:

Take some time to journal about what you’re grateful for in the different areas of your life. Oftentimes we spend so much time focusing on what we don’t have, we forget to acknowledge all that which we do have. If we are constantly operating within the context of scarcity, we will never be able to generate inner-peace, well-being, joy, and prosperity. Being in a state of gratitude opens the doors to abundance. We are what we think. Focus on gratitude and raise your vibration. F.

MEDITATE:

Begin a practice of daily meditation. Incorporate it into your morning and/or evening routine. Being in a meditative state raises your vibration. When you begin to operate from a higher vibration/frequency, you put yourself in a position to attract more positivity into your life. If you’re new to practicing meditation, start small. Begin with 3 minutes and build up from there. If 3 minutes is too much to start, try 1 minute. Whatever amount of time you feel comfortable with, the purpose here is to clear your head space so that you can begin to operate from a higher frequency, be more grounded in your vision, and have clarity in your decision-making. Meditating in the morning is a great way to set your intention for the day. In the evening, it is a wonderful way to wind down, and can even allow for better sleep. There are many health benefits to meditation and being a more centered person. 11

BUDGET FORMULA:

This recommended budget formula can help you in creating healthy money habits. A common mistake people make is they first spend money, then they save. When this happens, most of their money is spent, leaving little or nothing to save. Money Allocation: 10% Donating/Tithing When we focus on giving to the world, we create the flow of abundance. We must give for the sake of giving, without attachment or expectation. As mentioned previously, when we are in the state of abundance our vibration rises and we are confident that we are and will be taken care of. Contribute to charities and organizations that make a difference in areas that you are passionate about. 20% Saving •

The first type of saving you should be doing is Long-Term Saving. This is your retirement fund. This is your #1 savings area. If you don’t focus on your long-term savings, you’ll never get there.



Next is Mid-Term Saving. This is your fund for large purchases such as a new car, new home, etc.



Finally, Short-Term Saving. This is your safety fund. This is 3-6 months’ worth of your income. You may never actually reach this full amount as your safety fund is designed for money to be constantly going in and out. It’s for unexpected events such as travel, gifts, car repairs, leaky roof, etc.

30% Living Expenses This is your monthly living and household expenses. 40% Rent/Mortgage This is your monthly rent or mortgage expense.

M. DAILY WORKSHEET: The following pages will be your daily guide through your financial consciousness journey. Affirmation: Each day you are greeted with a daily affirmation leading you into your morning routine. Embrace the affirmation and take notice of what comes up for you as you read it. Morning Routine: Start with exercise and/or stretching, and prayer & meditation that feels comfortable for you, building this over time until you reach a routine that feels right for you. This practice will bring into alignment your mind, body and spirit. Intention: Set your intention for the day. This might be a larger goal of yours, or just a way of living and acting towards yourself and others. It’s your commitment for the day. Let it be true for you and act on it with purpose and integrity. Word of the Day: This word is your message that will guide you through your day.
