Lower heart bands bring unpleasant feelings of worry, anxiety, feeling sorry for yourself or someone else, etc. True loving is to deeply, deeply care about

It can be experienced as an energy adjustment to give you a finer edge, so that you are more finely tuned to your heart frequencies. Please don't make it a big deal. Just bring the energy back to your heart to get a higher heart band readout and understanding.
