Blue Burger

Ingredients 1 tbsp olive oil 1/2 tsp salt 1 tsp ground black pepper, divided 4 C. sliced mushrooms 1 red onion, thinly sliced 1 lb ground beef 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1/4 C. crumbled blue cheese 4 hamburger buns split Lettuce leaves (optional) Sliced tomatoes (optional)

Directions 1. Before you do anything preheat the grill. 2. Get a small mixing bowl: Add the olive oil, salt, and 1/2 tsp black pepper then whisk them well. 3. Place a large piece of foil on a baking sheet. Place half of the onion and mushroom in the middle then pour then onion mix all over it. 4. Fold the foil around the veggies. Repeat the process with the rest of the ingredients to make a second packet. 5. Get a large mixing bowl: Add the beef, Worcestershire sauce, 1/2 tsp black pepper and salt. Mix them well. Form the mix into 8 beef cakes. 6. Place them on a large piece of foil then top 4 of the beef cakes with 1 tbsp of blue cheese then cover them with the remaining 4 beef cakes. 7. Wrap the piece of foil around the patties gently. Place the mushroom and beef packets on the grill then cook them for 12 min. 8. Assemble your burgers. Serve them with some mayonnaise. 9. Enjoy.

Directions 1. Before you do anything heat the grill and grease it. 2. Place a large skillet on medium heat. Add the oil and heat it. Stir in the onion with garlic and cook them for 6 min. 3. Add the carrots, squash, and zucchini then cook them for 3 min. turn off the heat. Stir in the oats, cheese, soy sauce, egg, salt and pepper. 4. Get a mixing bowl: Add the veggies mix to the bowl and cover it. Place it in the fridge for 1 h 15 min. Shape the mix into 8 cakes. 5. Spoon the flour into a dish. Dust the veggies burgers with flour and cook them in the grill for 6 min on each side. 6. Serve your burgers with your favorite toppings.

Place a plastic wrap on the bowl. Place it in the fridge for 6 min. 6. Press the middle of lamb balls with your thumb gently then place 1/6 of the cheese mix in it. Push the meat mix gently until it covers the cheese mix in the middle. 7. Repeat the process with the remaining ingredients. Transfer the bell pepper to a zip lock bag and seal it and place them aside for 5 min sweat. Peel the bell peppers and chop them. 5. Directions 1. Before you do anything preheat the oven to 375 F. Grease a casserole dish. Place it aside. 2. Place a lire skillet on medium heat. Add 1 tbsp of olive oil. Stir in the carrot with onion. Put on the lid and cook them for 6 min. Stir in the mushroom. Cook them for 4 min. 3. Add the tomato paste, tamari, veggie stock, thyme, marjoram, cornstarch mix, salt and pepper. Simmer them for 2 min. Fold in the burgers with walnuts and peas, seasonings, salt and pepper. 4. Lay the burger mix in the casserole. Lay on it the potato then top it with paprika and the rest of the olive oil. 5. Cook the burger casserole in the oven for 34 min. serve your burger casserole right away. 6. Enjoy.
