Notes (1.) Under the Punjab Amendment Punjab Act xi of 1975 Section 9 of Ordinance viii of 1961 was amended thus: In Section 9, sub-section (2), the full stop occurring at the end shall be replaced by a colon and thereafter the following provision shall be added, namely:‘Provided that the Commissioner of a Division may, on an application made in this behalf and for reasons to be recorded, transfer an application for revision of the certificate from a Collector to any other Collector, or to a Director, Local Government, or to an Additional Commissioner in his Division.’ (2.) Substituted by PO No.1 of 1964. (3.) Omitted by Ordinance XXVII of 1981. (4.) Omitted by Ordinance XXVII of 1981.
