I n o r d e r to compare a p a r t i c u l a r b lo o d c o n s t i t u ­ e n t , a s f o r example i n o r g a n i c p h o s p h o ru s , I n a b lo o d which was d i l u t e d to d i f f e r e n t e x t e n t s , i t was assumed t h a t th© blood as c o l l e c t e d from the don or c o n ta in e d 15 gm. o f hemo­ g l o b i n p e r 100 c c .
