1 1/4 C. warm water 1/2 C. butter, softened 1 egg 1 egg yolk 1/3 C. milk powder 1/4 C. instant mashed potato flakes 1/4 C. white sugar 1 tsp salt

3 7/8 C. bread flour 2 tsp active dry yeast 1 (12 oz.) can cherry pie filling 1 (12 oz.) can poppy seed filling 1/4 C. butter, melted

Directions 1. In a bread machine pan, place the water, softened butter, egg, egg yolk, milk powder, potato flakes, sugar, salt, flour and yeast in order as suggested by the manual. 2. Select the Dough cycle and press the Start button. 3. After the completion of cycle, place the dough onto a lightly floured surface. 4. Make small equal sized balls from the dough and arrange onto a lightly greased baking sheet in a single layer about 2-inch apart. 5. With a plastic wrap, wrap the baking sheet and keep aside for about 1 hour. 6. Remove the plastic wrap and with your fingers, flatten each ball slightly. 7. Now, with your thumb, make a small well in the middle of each ball. 8. Place about 1 tbsp of the filling in the well of each dough ball. 9. With a plastic wrap, cover the baking sheet and keep aside for about 25-30 minutes. 10. Meanwhile, set your oven to 375 degrees F. 11. Place the buns in the oven for about 13-15 minutes. 12. Directions 1. In a bread machine pan, add the warm water, butter, skim milk powder, 1/4 C. of the sugar, salt, egg, egg white, flour and yeast in order as suggested by the manual. 2. Select the Dough cycle and press the Start button. 3. Before 5 minutes of the completion of cycle, add the cinnamon and currants. 4. After the completion of cycle, place the dough onto a floured surface and with your hands punch down the dough. 5. With a plastic wrap, wrap the dough and keep aside in warm area for about 10 minutes. 6. Make 12 equal sized balls from the dough. 7. In the bottom of a greased 9x12-inch baking dish, arrange the balls. 8. With a plastic wrap, wrap the baking dish and keep aside in a warm area for about 35-40 minutes. 9. Meanwhile, set your oven to 375 degrees F. 10. For the egg wash: add 2 tbsp of the water and egg yolk in a bowl and beat well. 11. Coat the top of each ball with egg wash. 12. Place in the oven for about 20 minutes. 13. Remove from the oven and immediately place the rolls onto a wire rack to cool completely. 14. From the widest end, roll each dough half roll into a thin cylinder tightly. 9. In the bottom of a greased baking sheet arrange the buns in a single layer about 3-inch apart. 10. Make one long cut on top of each loaf. 11. With a plastic wrap, cover the dough loaves and keep aside in warm area for about 3040 minutes. 12. Meanwhile, set your oven to 375 degrees F. 13. For the egg wash: in a small bowl, add 1 tbsp of the water and egg yolk and beat well. 14. Coat the top of each loaf with the egg wash. 15. Place in the oven for about 20-25 minutes. 16. Make 8 equal sized balls from the dough and then, gently flatten each into 4-inch circle. 5. In the bottom of a baking sheet, arrange the flattened dough balls. 6. With a kitchen towel, cover the baking sheet loosely and keep aside in warm area for about 35-40 minutes. 7. Meanwhile, set your oven to 350 degrees F. 8. For the egg wash: in a bowl, add the water and egg white and beat well. 9. Coat the tops of rolls with egg wash and top with remaining dried onion. 10. Place in the oven for about 15-20 minutes. 11.
