I used to be a competitive sport player with some success in the past. Last couple of years, I have spent my times to analyze, thinking, testing to find the secret of winning in sport. Factors Decide The Result Of The Match You must observe and have basic knowledge about match winning conditions if you want to become the winner. In almost all kind of sport matches, you always have: 1. Player/Team 1 (You). 2. Player/Team 2 (Opponent). 3. The Referee. 4. The Venture/Arena/Stadium. 5. The Speculators. 6. The Weather. If you can “overpower” the opponent, then all the neutral referee, stadium, speculators, weather are meaningless. I would give 95% the outcome of the match is base on the level of the players. While the rest 5% is up on external factors. If you want to be the winner, then you should only need to focus on your own skill, own power, own intelligence. You should not care much about the rest because some times it will give you some extra benefit but some times it gives you disadvantage such as when you play in the opponent stadium/venue/arena.

So what make the difference between each player? You have a human body, the opponent also human as well, so both have the same body structure, thus there won’t be any difference at the start point, before any match.

So the outcome of the match depend on each player: 1. Stamina. 2. Speed. 3. Power, Strength. 4. Skill. 5. Intelligence, Mindset. 6. Will power. 7. Luck. Above “ingredients” apply to almost all sports in this world. What is the most important one? The answer is depend on the situation, development of the match. Sometimes you need speed, sometimes you need power, etc. The best way is prepare everything for all the potential situations you can face. Only by that, you can have full confidence when go into any match and/or face any opponent no matter how strong they are. So let’s go to analyze all the factors together.

Stamina Stamina is some kind of “energy” are require to perform a physical activity such as run, punch, jump, smash, kick, shoot, etc. The most simple way to understand the stamina of each player is treat it like the electric energy of the battery. The stamina of each player have the two (2) period: before the match and during the match. It most case the stamina is the number one factor that will determine the outcome of the match. Because without the stamina(energy) in the body, player cannot do anything but just only to surrender to their opponent.

Players can gain the stamina from hard training (before the match) and through food consuming (during the match).

Speed Who is run faster always have the advantage over slower player. Except some racing sports where the speed is direct factor that decide the result of the match/game, the speed is playing an “contribution” role in many other sports. The speed here not only mean run faster, but also kick faster, hit faster, shot faster, punch faster, throw faster, think faster, etc. By reacting faster than the opponent which mean give player easier opportunity to score the objective of the game/match. But the trade off is your stamina will running out quicker when moving/doing in high speed. You can only gain/cultivate your speed through training (before the match), you cannot gain speed during the match (the exception are some racing sports).

Power, Strength The power or strength is not easy to understand or explain. What is really power/strength of each player in sport? The power/strength of each player only have real value when it touch something such as sports equipment like the ball, racket, bats, sticks, or opponent body. Whether fast or slow of the ball is base on the touch connection moment between the body + equipment vs the ball (in hockey it is the puck, in badminton it is the shuttlecock, etc.) You also need stamina for that important “deciding moment”. If you try to hit/shot hard, then you will need more stamina than when you do it in slow motion. The only way for you to gain extra power/strength during the match is “upgrade” the equipment. Other than that, your power/strength can gained through training only.

Skill Skill or technique is an action of the body from the stillness moment to the finish such as run and shoot the ball, using the racket to hit the tennis ball, jump and throw the ball, etc. There is no such thing as the “accurate” technique in sport but they are just the myth. But there maybe “beauty” or “ugly” technique given by the speculators. There is absolutely no rules of “accurate” technique you must follow (except some non-competitive sport for display/showing). Skill can only be gain through hard training. The harder you train, the better skill you have. But then you still need time and stamina to repeat your actions in training session. That is the natural laws of life that apply to most players.

Intelligence, Mindset What is really intelligence, mindset of a player? Sorry but they are just the myth. There is no such “smart” or “stupid” player. Because there is only player with knowledge vs player without knowledge. When you playing a sport with certain set of rules and playing field, you only need to care about that specific that knowledge, you do not need know the knowledge of science or any other sports. Intelligence or mindset in sport are means “strategy”. And there are many strategy in sports from direct to indirect with the match. The intelligence or mindset also decide whether you learn/use the skill accurate or not. How you should react with the referee decision. How you should act/manner in each situation. Etc. All related to the powerful human brain and the education each player receive in their real life.

Will Power Whether you want to win or lose, the will power or the spiritual power is playing the role. It is hard to win any match if you do not have any will power. Or can be understood as the “motivation”. In most competitive sport match, the will power of all players are at similar level.

Luck Luck is ability from GOD and the Universe, you should admit that. But you should not care much because if you are truly overpower your opponent, luck are meaningless. Luck usually in favor of “harder/stronger” player. The “better” player on paper is the one not only practice/training harder but also smarter.

Amateur Players vs Professional Players If all of your opponents in real professional only have the level of an amateur player, then you would easily become the world champion. Why professional sport player usually (if not always) have easy win over amateur players? Because professional players usually faster, shot/kick/hit the ball faster and harder, their skill help them obtain the objective games more accurate than the amateur players. Not because of they are “smarter” but just because they have spent more time to play that games/sports since their childhood. Is that possible for an amateur player to win against professional player? In theory, the answer is yes as long as you have more stamina, move faster, hit harder, obtain the objective games better than the professional player. They are all belongs to the winning factors of any match I have describe above. I have observe and analyze the current professional sports industry and I have found that many professional sport players was/are doing wrong. Their theory about the game, how to train, play and win the match are just wrong. I can say I have a better method to help “stupid, weaker” player defeat the “smarter, stronger” player in very easy way. It all come down to have the correct ideas, understand the games/sport better than others.

Crafting The Winning Path Way Let’s analyze all the 7 winning factors of any sport match: Stamina, Speed, Power, Skill, Mindset, Will Power, Luck. - The “will power” and “luck” factors are off the table because they are similar with all players and not the real factor decide the outcome of the match. - So it all come down to the big five (5): Stamina, Speed, Power, Skill, Mindset. The most important factor is the stamina. Because you need stamina for training, practicing and playing. Without stamina, then all other factors are meaningless. The second one is both the speed and power. They are equal because they are supporting each other. Example: In soccer/football, tennis or any sports, when you want the ball move as quick as possible, you must give more “power” at the “deciding touching moment”. The “deciding touching moment” have 2 factors: the speed of your body movement and the “weight” of the sport equipment such as the shoes or racket. But the more “heavy” the slower of body movement will become, that is natural law of physics (gravitation). The skill and mindset are only important when both players have similar level of stamina, speed, power. They are become worthless if the difference of stamina, speed, power are too much. Not only that, you can obtain the strategies quickly by listening to other person such as your coach, your friends or just any random fan/speculator, etc.

So the winning path way must be focusing on the stamina, then the speed and power. In order to have more stamina, more speed, more power than other players, you must do research, observe, study, learn, testing, practicing. You must have a brand new idea, new theory (new method) that not yet be known to other players (and also must be the working one). Now let’s find out the secret of stamina, speed, power of human body !

Observe To Find New Crazy Idea, Theory What is the stamina? I do not think all the current professional players/coach/expert have the correct theory and idea about it. In the previous chapter about the stamina, I have said 2 important things: - The stamina are similar to the electric energy in the battery. - You can gain stamina before and during the match. Can you treat your own human body as a battery source like a car, while the “stamina” like the fuel? I think you should think in that way because a card without fuel cannot run but just like any worthless steel. Without stamina, the body cannot operate too. If treating human body like a car and stamina like the fuel, then we must do some investigate into the racing sport “FORMULA ONE”. I have done all research and find out some interesting facts: the less fuel inside the car storage, the faster the car become. You can watch videos of the F1 races in 2022 seasons to find out whether that statement is correct or wrong. The speed of the car increasing overtime because of 2 things: - Cars are not allowed to receive more “fuel” in middle of the race by the rules. - The total amount of the “fuel” in each car decrease overtime as the race go on. When a same car run faster when have less fuel than when they have more fuel in the storage, then the “amount of fuel” in the car is playing an very important role to decide the winner.

But in all other sports rules at the moment, there is absolutely no rules like the current Formula 1 Racing rules about consuming “fuel” during/in middle of the match yet, at least not now.

That’s is the golden opportunity for all the smarter player to take advantage of. But only if they know the secret of “energy/stamina/fuel” !

Foods, Fuels, Stamina, Energy You can treat: Foods are fuel. Stamina are energy of machine. Are all the fuels in real life are the same? No, we have all kind of different fuels such as oil, gas, petrol, electric, coal, etc. And they are not equal because some is cleaner than others, some quicker to put the “fuel” into car/motorbike/plane than others. Example: It only takes less than a minute to put oil/petrol into your vehicle that can use for many distance. But it will take a lot of times to charge the electric car/motorbike, and the distance of that electric vehicle is always shorter than the “fossil fuel vehicle” (now and the future even with the same out of charging/pumping). If fuels are operating like that, so must be the foods we are eating everyday. Not all foods are the same. Some are “better” than others, some will take more time to eat, to consume, to digest, etc. All kind of energy/stamina are equal but the foods are not. Do you know that the total time for human body to digest each type of foods are not the same (the condition is with an equal amount of foods by weight and same level of exercise).

I have done my own personal research and self experience to find out the truth of food consuming time. The interesting result is the more simple of the foods preparation to consume, the more quicker for human body to consume.

Example: raw fruits, vegetables will help the body digest quicker than cooked grains, meat. Below are the estimated time each type of foods human are required to digest: - Raw fruit, leafy vegetables: 1-4 hours. Example: berry, apple, melon, mango, orange, banana, kale, spinach, arugula, dandelion, etc. - Cooked vegetables of all kind such as grains, root trees, staple foods: 36-48 hours. Example: rice, bean, spaghetti, pasta, corn, tomato, potato, etc. - Cooked meats: 72 hours and more Example: chicken, beef, pork, fish, pawn, etc. The exact time depend on the amount of foods you put inside the body and whether you use any machine to grind the foods before consuming the foods or not (blending machine in most case). Example: a green smoothie will help you digest in about 1-2 hour , while if you eat raw those fruits vegetables through mouth, it will be about 4 hours. Why the digested time are so difference between each food types? Because of the “density” of each foods are not the same. Or you can understand that foods with high amount of protein will take more times to digest. Raw foods also help the body digest faster due to their natural enzyme that still stay within the foods.

Stamina, Fuel vs Power, Muscle, Protein All the current professional players are choose the wrong strategy when it come down to daily food diet. There are only 2 choices on the table: stamina of fuel or power of muscle. You can only pick one (1) because they are reflect each other. The truth is that now all the professional sport players are choosing protein, muscle over the stamina, fuel. The only thing “muscle” can help player in sport match is power. But you need to remember that “power” can also be gained through sport equipment too. Stamina is the winning key, so if you want to become the winner, world champion, then you must pick stamina as ultimate weapon but not the power, muscle. The stamina can help you in training, practicing and match playing, while power muscle only help me in very small moment of the match when you direct touch your opponent. When you choose stamina path, then you must must change your daily food diet in a smart way to maximize your body potential.

Treat Your Body Like A Formula 1 Car Many of you may think I am crazy but I have a tried on my own and receive a remarkable result. If you want to become world champion, you must try something new, you must be the one “set” the standard, not the one who follow others. Formula 1 (F1) car does not care about anything else rather than fuel and speed. You may heard about many things such as: - Humans need to eat 3 meals a day. - Breakfast is the most important day of the meal. - Professional sport players need to eat more protein and foods than normal people. - Lack of nutrition. - Players need go to the gym. - Players need to consume certain amount of calories. Etc. They are all the “myths” which you need to forget if you want start the new journey. If you continue believe and follow those ideas, theories then you will never able to defeat the current stronger players forever. The new idea, new theory is treat body like a Formula 1 car to have more stamina, thus will improve your playing level. And ultimately will help you become the new champion on your sport.

A Formula 1 Car Food Diets You should only consume 3 meals a day including: - 1 big meal before the match to “fuel” your body, to “stock” the energy inside. - 1 small meal during the match to give you the extra stamina/energy you may need. - 1 small meal after the match(s) to help your body “recover”. This meal only be consumed when there are no any match left you need to play in that day. The “match” here can be understood as the “battle” in a real competition. The training session can be treated as the casual practice. The important question is what type of foods and what quantity you should eat in each meal. The total time for the body to fully digest/convert the foods into the energy is very important because you do not want to “stock” all the foods into your belly since it will “limit” your movement. You need to remember a fact that “a car with less fuel always run faster”. Thus the goal you need to obtain is eat just enough amount of food that your body truly needed for the match you will play in that day. What is “enough”, that question you must find through testing/practicing on your own because each person have different physical body.

1. The big meal before the match: only raw fruits, vegetables. Because they are the foods the body digest at the highest speed (less than 4 hour). You can using the blender to speed up the digestion process if you do not have much time (usually 2 hour before the match). 2. The small meal during the match (if needed): only raw fruits, vegetables, water. You should only consume foods during the match if you truly feel you are running out of your energy. During the match, you have very little time so you should using smoothie that you can prepare before the match. You can still able to eat raw fruits, vegetables if you need but I highly recommend you choose foods high in water content such as watermelon, coconut, orange, etc. 3. The small meal after the match to help you recover: including both raw and cooked foods. You should avoid eating meat in high quantity (less than 50 gram of meat) because you can also able gain the protein through foods that your body can digest quicker such as corn, beans, etc. If possible, can you avoid meat if you need to play any match the day after because meat are required a lot of times to consume. I would suggest 50% raw fruits vegetables and 50% cooked foods. Most of the players are eating too much after the match, you don’t have too. You do not have to calculate any “calories” or “nutrition”, but you should use your feeling and what your body telling you. You should not eat everything til you feel completely full for it does not help your body recover faster than consuming little fuel/food.

So what is the amount of meal 3? The answer you must find on your own because each body are not the same, and the amount of physical activities of each player on any day are not the same too. You can find it by reducing amount of foods each day and/or in each meal. You always must to remember the golden rule: “less fuel will help body operate faster”.

Try The New Secret Method You must try, train and practice the new secret method I have shared if you want to become the champion in your sport or just to become the winner in your local club. The total amount of time you need to “verify’ my crazy theory is 30 days. But how to start, where to begin? You can either using straight above crazy method immediately on your own. Or can follow my suggestion below: - Step 1: Change your current daily diet from 6 meal per day to 3 meals per day. Most professional sport players are using this kind of diet. Meal 1 in the morning/noon: maximum 1 hour (60 minutes). Meal 2 in the afternoon: maximum 30 minutes. Meal 3 in the evening (no training/playing match left): maximum 30 minutes. The amount, type of foods is anything you like but must be including both raw and cooked foods with 50% raw fruits, vegetables and 50% cooked foods. This is the transition diet and you should only do it in the first 5-7 days. - Step 2: Replace the food types in each meal In meal 1 and meal 2: you must change the food types to completely raw fruits, vegetables only. While the meal 3 still remain. The quantity of food in each meal is no-limited, eat until you fill “enough”. 5 – 7 days are all what you need in this step. - Step 3: Implement the secret method in full mode Which means the amount/quantity of food you eat in meal 1 is always much higher than meal 2 and meal 3.

And you can skip meal 2 if you think your stamina is enough already. The amount of plain spring water you can drink is unlimited. You are not allowed to eat any eating beside your fixed 3 meals (total 2 hour eating window per day). You can only consume snack in the meal 3. It is important to understand that your body need time to adapt with the new diet and you will receive some “trap” side effect in the first several days: such as hungry, crafting certain food. I called is a “trap” because that is the battle of mindset and your will power. You must always reject that “trap” and tell yourself that you want to become the better player, you want to become champion to help yourself, your family, etc. As the time go and once your body fully adapt to new food diet, then all that negative side effect will total disappear. You can trying this crazy method anytime you want either during the season or off the season.

Push Your Body To Break The Limit The best way to break your limit, to increase your hidden stamina storage is try, practice and raise the bar everyday. But here is not playing sport but rather than consume less and less food while the amount of activities still remain the same. In my personal experience, the less cooked food the better for the body. You should not eat more than 100 grams of cooked foods in meal 3. The “ideal” number of cooked foods is less than 50 grams. You may just need only a table spoon of meat and a small up of rice/pasta/potato per day only. Even raw fruits, vegetables you should not consume too much. Each person have it own physical body, thus only they know what is their limit. But you must understand the state of “tired” or “hunger” are just the trap of life. Because once you go to sleep, all of that feeling will gone away. So I have shared all the strategy, method to help you increase your stamina level. Your reaming job is trying, practicing to help the stamina level of your body increase.

Increase Power, Strength In Correct Way Most if not all professional sport players are either don’t know or pick the wrong path. They are practice gym to gain muscle. Muscle without stamina are meaningless just like the dead meat ! More muscle inside the body also mean you are required more stamina to “move” that muscle around. The only benefit of muscle is giving player some extra power in physical interacting. But you can able gain extra power via using “heavier” sport equipment such as shoes in football/soccer, racket in tennis/badminton, etc. The most clear example is the tennis sport. Professional tennis players do not train to help more muscle in their hand to hit harder. But they prefer to add extra “weight” into the tennis racket in order to hit harder (the ball move faster). In theory, if you want to become the world champion in tennis, all you need to do is: - Have a tennis racket have swing weight of about 500. - Able to swing that racket at the similar speed from professional player swing the current 350 swing weight racket. - Have enough stamina to carry, use that heavy racket. - Able to understand, using all kind of technique/skill in tennis. When that happen, you will over power all the current professional tennis players. There is no way for any player to defend and return the ball at 200+ km/hour speed in a normal rallies, all your ground stroke will have the speed of a typical smash/serve.

That similar rules apply to almost all kind of sports that using equipment.

The real power in sport is the “deciding touching moment” which equal the “swing speed” of the body + the “weight” of the touching point.

Which mean you can increase your power via increase your swing speed. Or increase the weight of part that will touch the ball (or any other neutral playing object). But the trade off is you need more stamina to carry, to use. So in theory, as long as you have enough stamina then you can gain unlimited power/strength via either swing speed or equipment. In real sport match, you always run, you do not sit down to lift any weight ! Now do not go to any gym to gain muscle, just waste of time. Do not make that biggest mistake unless you compete any sport that are require touching with heavy object. The real power is the stamina !

Select Tools, Gears For Training, Playing After moving into the right direction and have abundant stamina inside your body, it is already enough to become a real contender of any world class event. But if you want to become the champion, you need to select the best tools, gears that can “empower” your game/play. The “heavy” of the sport equipment, the more power you have. So you need to select 2 type of equipment: 1 for training and 1 for competing. For training you should have equipment heavier of about 20 to 50% than the current most heaviest one in your sport. Example: In tennis, the most heaviest swing weight of racket is about 350, then you should “custom” to make the racket have swing weight of 450 to 500. In soccer/football, the shoes weight is around 250 gram, then you can increase the weight to about 300-350 gram. You can do it by adding some lead tape or something like that into the gear. The “gears” mean anything from shoes, racket, bat, etc. to clothes, socks. When you using heavy gear for training/practicing, it will speed up your power. You should using both the “standard” and “heavy” gear in training so your body can get used to. Then when you competing in real competition, your body will feel much lighter, your movement will become must faster.

Using Secret Weapons In Real Match Each match, you face new opponent, and the level of them are not the same. So you need to prepare and bring all the “gears” you can use into the match. Then pick whatever the most suitable one. At the beginning of the match, you should only using the most “light” gear you have. Then depend on the situation, you can “switch” things up so to defeat your opponent. Some popular cases you might face: - If you winning the match, there is no need to change your gear. - If you and your opponent are playing toe-to-toe, then you should change the gear for faster speed. In many world sport events at the moment, there is no absolutely rules of changing gear/equipment during the match/event, so you can do that. There is no way for your opponent to counter it unless your opponent also read and follow the secret method in this book ! When that happen, it all come down to the intelligence, mindset, tactics in the match.

Creative Tactics In Sports The sad part in many sports today is that there is lack of new creative tactics. All the players/teams are seem only following “one” standard of competing. Example 1: In tennis, each players only carry and use 1 size/type of racket with same weight. A smart player would use the the powerful racket in intense moment such as in the tiebreak, the reason is to change the “rhythm” of the ball so your opponent can catch off guard. But at least for now, I don’t see any yet. Example 2: In soccer/football, when one team have the free kick near opponent goal post, why they always make the “player barrier” in front of the goalkeeper? The “player barrier” only increase the chance of the success for your opponent because the goal keeper must react fast (his/her vision was blocked with that barrier made by his/her own team !). If that barrier do not exist and the goal keeper stand in the middle of the goal post, then it is nearly impossible to score the goal from any free kick ! But since my childhood, I have never seen any team use that effect strategy to prevent the goal from free kick. Example 3: In basketball, you usually see all the players stay in one half of each team. It will decrease the chance of success for “counter attack” play. When you lost the ball, you can put 1 player in your opponent playing field and the 4 remain players to defend then wait for a quick throw. Your opponent always must choose to between throw a 3 point or 2 point ball. 36

No matter of the outcome, your opponent will receive a lot of pressure because no matter what choice they make, your team can send the ball quick to the waiting player on the forward. He/She will have 2 chance: the first chance is 3 point ball and the second chance is the guarantee the easy 2 point layup. This kind of play is the “gambling” play for the “weaker” team, it will take more risk but will also give you more opportunity. When playing a “normal” game, the “weaker” team will often lose already, but by taking more risk, it will increase your winning chance. Not only in basketball, this kind of tactic but also apply to almost all other team sports such as soccer/football, handball, etc.

In each sport, the playing rules are not the same but very different. In order to increase the winning chance, you must always craft new strategy and prepare for all the possible scenarios you could face during the match (plan A, plan B, plan C, plan D, etc.).

How To Increase Awareness, Reaction Level Awareness, reaction level are playing an important role in sport. When both players at the similar factor, those factors will become extremely value. Some methods can help you raise your awareness and reaction time: - Do meditation in your sport playing field often in both 2 forms: sit down and stand up. You should do it in silent mode without any music. The length is from minimum 10 minutes to any number you want (depend on your own personal situation). - Observe, walk in the playing field to increase your “feeling” about the whole “battle” arena. - Only using electric devices when you truly needed, use your eyes in the real life world instead. - Choose the clothes that fit your body (do not wear anything oversize).

Deal With External Factors Beside your opponent in the match, you also face some other factors such as the referee, speculators, the arena/stadium/venue, the media. The advice I can give you is do not complain during the match because that’s not going to help you. You can complain after the match if you want. Sometimes the external factors will you some small edge, but sometimes it gives you some disadvantage. If you want to release some stress during the match(if have), the best way to do is screaming loud alone to the sky.

When the match begin, you should ignore all those factors but you must try to adapt the situation, give your best to win the match. You should only focus on the match because only winning the match can give you reward. Remember 95% the outcome of the match decided by you and your opponent, not those external factors !

Win Or Lose, Accept The Result At the end of the match or the tournament, no matter win or lose, you must accept the result. If you win, then you should try to tell yourself that: the reason is your opponent is just weaker. If you lose then you must blame yourself first because you are just not good enough in that day. In order to “revenge” and become better player in the future, you must practice more to gain more stamina and fix your weakness.

Nobody can win forever, nobody can lose forever. You must learn to “giveaway” some matches or some tournaments to other players. Sports in general are just a small game of life, there are many other “games” exist beyond sport border are waiting you to learn, to try.

Competitions, Tournaments Each sports, each tournament have different format, length, rule, requirement, etc. In team sport like soccer, football, basketball, baseball, etc. there are only few tournaments each year/season. While in the individual sport like tennis, badminton, ping pong, boxing, etc. there are many tournaments in each month. No matter what tournament, what sport you are going to compete, you should always need to spend at least 10-14 days to prepare before your first match, return to your serious food diets like what you will compete in real match and you must take it seriously. In order to adapt with the weather/climate of the location that will host the tournament, you should arrive as soon as possible (minimum 2 days in advanced for small tournament and at least 5 days for the big tournament).

Off Season In the off season, many professional sport players are still touching/playing their sport, which is not good. Off season should be like the holiday where you should be completely free from your sport. You can play other different sport for fun and entertainment. During the off season, you can eat whatever foods you want or using any food diets you like as long as you do not play/practice your sport. On season should be including both serious training and tournament. You should return to your serious food diets once the the season is on. On or off season is up to each individual player, you can either follow the “industry” standard or set your own. You can have 2 or 3 off season per year if you like. And that off season could be from 10 days, 15 days or 30 days, etc. if you desire and feel need it.

How To Become Professional Sport Player The first thing is find a real reason/motivation. Without a real motivation, you should not become professional for it just waste of time in your life. The second thing is read this book carefully if you want to become professional sport player. Because this book contain all the necessary tools, important knowledge to help you become professional sport player alone by yourself. You do not need to spend much money in any sport academy. All you need to “cultivate” your personal is practice by yourself alone and/or with some friends. You just need to start from local club in your local area, then find better opponent outside. The best training is through real match battle ! The faster way to increase your level is “fight, compete” with stronger/better players. Do not fear of losing, do not only seek for winning. You only learn when you losing, you do not learn anything from winning. The best coach who can truly help you is yourself !

How To Prolong Professional Sport Career Few decades ago, the average retiring age of most professional sport players in about 30 year ago. But now that number is increasing to about 35. Even now, you can see many sport players can still become world champion in the age of 32+. The big contribution is their “better” choice in lifestyle and food diets. This book already share a brand new “Formula 1 food diet” or “the stamina diet”. If you want to prolong your professional sport career, then you should follow those diet, you will receive remarkable result. You will able to play your sport at the professional level till 45 years old if you believe and follow those special food diets. Common Mistakes Of Many Sport Players In my opinion, many sport players are making a lot of mistakes both inside and outside the match such as: - Eating “wrong” food diet (too much protein). - Spend too much time to to “warm up” before the match. You should only spend 15 to 20 minute to warm up. - Go to the gym to gain muscle. Most sport are require you to move but in gym you always either sit down or stay in one place. - Take the supplements because the “doctor” tell you so. The best supplement for the body in the world are the natural fruits/vegetables. Do not believe in any “sales message” from any companies/beings. Do not use any “drug” made in the laboratory. - Lack of creative during the match. - Lack of objective in training/practicing. Many are blind following the myth of “improve” via training. Most current sport players do not know how to improve their stamina or power/strength in training. - Care too much about unimportant things such as using “tricks” to “harm” the opponent instead of focusing on their own game. - Having tattoo on the body. When you are allowed other person to “write/create” tattoo on your body which mean you are accept to give away your power. You should not do that in all circumstance unless the tattoo created and made 100% by yourself. - Using online social media too much. If you want to become better player or the world champion, you must avoid all those common mistakes.

Switch To Other Different Sport You may think that idea is stupid one. But with the crazy winning method I have shared in this book, you can choose/change any other sport career if you want for whatever reason such as your childhood dream, seeking new motivation in life, etc.. It only took people about 15 days to truly learn and play any new sport and able to play at amateur local club level. In my calculation, the total time you need to switch to other new different sport and able to compete at the highest world class level is from 12 to 24 months (all depend on your adaptation ability). Because the most important thing in all sports is the “stamina” which you already have, what you lack is just some real match experience to improve your skill in that new sport. Do not believe in any theory or what the media will say about you or any famous player in that sport. If your body, your mind, your spirit are telling you to play any other new sport instead of your current sport, you must do it while you still able to do. You should not reject that call of God or the Universe because maybe that is the correct path life was prepared for you since you was born. You need to remember in all sports, all players are equal because all are all humans ! If you want to have a new motivation and purpose, then the “title” will be the one are waiting you to grab.

I do not know any world champion in 2 different sports yet ! That challenge are too big, even a player can play 2 separate sports at professional level is not yet exist today. Maybe all the current world champions in all sports should stop playing their winning sport and try into different sport to find out who is the most talent players of all time !

Prepare, Ready For Success Every player should prepare for success and should have plan of : - What you will do when become the champion? - What you will do with the reward? - Will you share the prize with you family? - How you will answer the media, the fans? - After obtain the objective, what you will do next? Etc. It similar to the question “what you will do if you win the lottery/jackpot ?” I highly recommend you should expand your thinking when you still just a normal player/person so that you can make the correct decision after becoming the champion. That advice apply to not only sport players but also all other people in this world. Because you only know who is your true friends when you in difficult situation. While when you famous or have millions/billions money, then all are the good people in front of you.

Life Beyond Sport Sport industry is just one (1) out of many industries in real life. Despite the fact that sport could be your professional career (help you make money), but you should not focus too much, especially in your free time. You should care more about other industries, other people life in this world. You do not need to become professional in other industries but just to read, to learn any basic knowledge about the subject that might grab your interest for whatever reason. There are many different subjects that are having big impact in the society such as health, economy, financial, culture, food, environment, etc. Only learning, studying other industries, other people life can help you become the better person for the society.
